"Selina Meyer, VEEP"
The glass ceiling doesn't exist for the VP turned President who doesn't care for maintaining a "ladylike" image or the tabloids that pick apart her life and wardrobe. She's focused on running the country better than all of her predecessors.
"Daisy Johnson, Agents of Shield"
Skye's road to being badass Daisy Johnson has been rocky, starting out as a rebel hacker and making her way to Shield agent. She now leads the Secret Warriors team tasked with keeping the Inhumans safe.
"Felicity Smoak, Arrow"
From IT Tech to EA to VP to CEO of Palmer Technologies, Felicity Smoak (and Emily Bett Rickards) has risen in the ranks from mere guest star and sidekick to de facto leading lady. While she doesn't kick ass out in the field, the Green Arrow and co. wouldn't be able to do what they do without her running her magic behind the computer screen.
"Sarah Manning, Orphan Black"
Sarah Manning is the most badass clone of the pack and that's saying something. She would kill anyone who threatened the safety of her daughter and the rest of her clone sisters. Or she wouldn't hesitate to put herself in the line of fire for them.
"Peggy Carter, Agent Carter"
Peggy Carter is the moral center of the SSR (later Shield) but has suffered as much sexism from her "allies" as she does the enemies she fights. The best (and most "badass") thing about her is that she hasn't let any of it get to her.
