Adidas unveils sneakers with 3D midsole

3D-printed performance footwear. This is Futurecraft 3D. Take a sneak peek at the future of running. https://t.co/9rcuSDHqXb

Adidas is taking shoe comfort to the next level. Earlier this week the company unveiled the Futurecraft 3D, a sneaker with a midsole that is molded specifically for your foot. The idea is that you get on a treadmill and run while the machine maps out your foot. Then a 3D machine prints out a midsole tailored just for you! The shoes are only a prototype for now but expect them to be out sooner rather than later.
