RIDDLE RUMOR: What other DOPE director could be meeting at Marvel for BLACK PANTHER? :)

Also I don't think this was posted here, but some guy on Reddit attended a Q&A with Kevin Feige and Joss Whedon last week. Spoilers below:
I just summarized/ c/p a few of his bullet points (there are more in the original post) :
- Quicksilver is 100% dead. There are no plans for him to return. During the filming of the original Avengers, they were planning AOU and knew that Quicksilver would die, Vision and Wanda will have a "moment", and the gem was in the scepter
- TV show characters may or may not appear in the future films
- Scarlet Witch can take down all of the Avengers, they wanted to show how powerful she is in AOU
- they've always viewed the relationship between Black Widow and Hawkeye as platonic and wanted viewers to know that
- they wanted Bruce to go "off the rails" in AOU and introduce the Hulkbuster
- the MCU will never "go dark"
