Now YOU can live in Carrie Bradshaw's home … for a bargain!
Sarah Jessica Parker and hubby Matthew Broderick have re-listed their N.Y.C. townhouse for the reduced price of $22 million after originally listing it in 2012 for $25 million. The twosome bought the place, located in Greenwich Village, in 2011 for $18.995 million.
The 6,800 square-foot home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as 7 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, 12 ft ceilings, skylights, and a built-in entertainment system. There is also a five-zone HVAC system, state of the art NEST thermostats, Lutron Maestro dimmers with LED displays, a modern water-based fire suppression system, and an air cleaning & humidification system. Fancy!
The building has a doorman, and there is a Juliet balcony that overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden.

Construction Underway On Tom Brady And Gisele Bundchen's Custom Massachusetts Mansion
We already knew Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady were in the process of building a giant custom mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts, and now the Boston Globe has more deets about their sprawling property, including the architect's rendering of the home (photo above).
The couple purchased the 5.2 acre estate in May 2013 for $4.5 million, and they plan on building a 14,317-square-foot traditional stone house with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Tom and Gis are working with the same architect responsible for their former Brentwood mansion, and we're guessing this pad will be just as eco-friendly as the last one.
There will be a nursery, master suite with two separate closets, guest/staff quarters above the garage, a wine storage room, a yoga studio and a library with an interior balcony. Can't wait to see photos of the place -- we're sure they'll pop up somewhere in the next year!
A few months ago the couple sold their enormous Brentwood estate to Dr. Dre for $40 million, and last year they also unloaded their Boston brownstone for $9.2 million.
Take A Peek Inside The $30 Million N.Y.C. Penthouse Joan Rivers Called Home
Joan Rivers passed away on Thursday afternoon, and while the Fashion Police host was known for her sassy tongue and hilarious red carpet commentary, she was also the president of the homeowner's board for her New York City building.
And this isn't just any building -- the Upper East Side property was built in 1910 for John R. Drexel and wife Alice Troth Drexel, and in 1930 it was converted into luxury apartments, one of which was occupied by Ernest Hemingway for a number of years.
And after taking a tour of the late comedian's penthouse, which was listed for a whopping $29.5 million in 2012, it's easy to see why she wanted to be in charge of the HOA! In an interview with the NY Times a few years before her death, Joan said of her role, "I'm very much an A personality. I got involved just because I wanted things done right ... I care about the building. And I think that's why they just keep letting me be president of the board."
In August 2009, the home was put on the market for $25 million, and around that time former Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi offered to rent it for $200,000 a week during the United Nations General Assembly. "I thought it was great," she joked at the time. "I said I would give half the rent to Lockerbie [and the other half] to have an exterminator come and clean the apartment when he was done.”
Rivers’ apartment boasts Central Park views with floor-to-ceiling windows, and though some websites are reporting that the square footage is upwards of 24,000, a number of other outlets put it at 5,190 square feet (including Curbed and Dirt), which makes a bit more sense as it has just 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. On the design of her triplex, Joan joked with the Times that it is "Louis XIV meets Fred and Ginger."
Joan's daughter Melissa resides on the West Coast, so it's unlikely that she'll hang on to the property. Joan reportedly owns another estate in Connecticut, which she bought for $1.4 million in 2000.
