Ellen Page has packed her things and is moving to Hollywood Hills!
Our friends at Trulia tell RumorFix that the Juno star has sold her Studio City, California condo after a recent purchase of Venus Williams’ home in the Hollywood Hills.
Page’s two bedroom and one-and-a-half bathrooms condo sold for $1.04 million — which was just below her asking price of $1.05 million.
She purchased the 1,490 square foot condo for $885,000.00 back in 2011. The Studio City condo features a spacious backyard, which includes a swimming pool and outdoor dining area (perfect for entertaining!), a newly remodeled kitchen, hardwood flooring, and an upgrades master bedroom and bathroom.
