Lupita Nyong’o experienced a life-changing award season this year, but for Lupita, the whole red carpet experience was a bit overwhelming for her. In fact, she felt like she was in a war zone at times.

In a new interview with US Vogue magazine, the actress was asked about her time on the red carpet.

''Everyone said, 'Brace yourself, Lupita!
