Gaga's Artwork for Venus

Another day, another photo of Lady Gaga doing something weird – this time stripping naked for the artwork on her new single Venus and posing with a scorpion and later a kebab.

The singer posted three alternative artwork covers for her new ARTPOP track on Twitter, with one seeing her topless with a scorpion balanced on her head, another being a picture of a bat and a third seeing her standing naked with a kebab where her mouth would be.

The covers were the results of a collaboration with designer Steven Klein, who previously worked with Gaga on the visuals for Alejandro.

Gaga is expected to perform Venus for the first time on The X Factor this weekend.

The track was originally meant to be the second single from ARTPOP, but was pushed back due to the popularity of her R Kelly collaboration Do What U Want.

It emerged this week that the duet will not be eligible to chart in the UK however, as it is being given away free with digital pre-orders of her new album.

In addition to her X Factor performance, Gaga is set to appear on The Graham Norton Show next month – bizarrely filling in for Cliff Richard.
