She hasn't been seen onstage since her controversial performance at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.
But Miley Cyrus was back to her wild and overtly sexual ways as she filmed an appearance on British talk show Chatty Man with Alan Carr, in the UK on Thursday.
The 20-year-old is in London promoting her new album Bangerz, and the comedian was excited to invite her on his programme.
And Miley certainly didn't disappoint him, gracing the stage in yet another revealing outfit and, of course, bringing that now infamous foam finger with her on the show.
After provocatively fondling Robin Thicke with the giant hand during their much-talked about VMA's Blurred Lines performance, Miley once again got suggestive with the accessory.
This time Miley simulated sucking the middle finger, sticking her tongue out in the process.
She then then turned it around to the audience to make another rude gesture.
Once again Miley opted for head-to-toe PVC for her talk show appearance, squeezing into some very tight shiny high-waisted trousers and a matching bra.
Over the top she wore a pink fluffy bomber jacket and boosted her height with some strappy sandals.
She also wore a Chanel charm bracelet around her ankle, which appeared to catch Carr's eye.
The talk show host admired the jewels, lifting Miley's foot up to get a closer look as they sat on the couch.
Following her sit down, Miley graced the stage to sing her hit single Wrecking Ball with the little help from her band and dancers, all of whom are dwarfs.
Twerking alongside one of her blonde back-up dancer, Miley proceeded to smack her on the bottom.
Ahead of Miley's performance, Carr, 37, who has presented his talk show since 2009, seemed excited to have Miley on the show and tweeted: 'Twerk time on the #chattyman sofa!!! @mileycyrus and @alancarr talk VMAs & about that #WreckingBall video. Sam x :).'
Sue Perkins, a presenter of The Great British Bake Off, who will also appear on this Friday's show, had her own personal encounter with Miss Cyrus during filming and felt compelled to tweet about it afterwards.
She tweeted: 'Tonight I accidentally trod on Miley Cyrus's foot. Don't say I don't ever give you showbiz gold.'
On many occasions since the VMAs on August 25, Miley has been spotted trying to conceal her face with her handbags or hands.
So it is a change to see Miley smiling, as she promotes her new single Wrecking Ball, which has so far received 50 million views.
Her recent wild child displays and nude scenes in the Wrecking Ball video, are explained by Miley in a recent interview on The Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, on New York City's Z100 radio station, as a metaphor for how vulnerable she feels inside.
She said: ‘I think the video is much more, if people get past the point that I'm naked and you actually look at me.
‘You can tell that I actually look more broken than even the song sounds.’
In the video a nude Cyrus straddles a swinging wrecking ball, licks a sledgehammer and smashes up a few walls for good measure.
The next Chatty Man will be aired on Friday September 13 at 10pm.
