Amanda Bynes 'negotiating record deal' from hospital... where she is 'improving daily'

Looks like Amanda Bynes is planning her comeback already - as a hip hop artist.
The young actress, who is currently being held in a psychiatric ward, has been on the phone negotiating with producer Daniel Herman of Chinga Chang Records, according to reports.
The New York music impresario first approached Amanda back in June prior to her hospitalisation and has now offered her a $250,000 advance.
He told Radar Online on Friday that he had restarted negotiations with the troubled star and was hopeful the pair would be collaborating in the future.
And he said the 27 year-old, who is being held at the under an involuntary code at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles, appeared well and wanted to be released.
'I’ve talked with Amanda a few times and she wants out, he said. 'She sounded normal, lucid, chill and focused.'
He added: 'My record offer to Amanda has not changed one bit in terms of the vision.
'Part of hip hop is not only struggling, but how one gets out of them. And that is what makes great music.'
But it will be Amanda's mother Lynn who has the final say in any business deals - she still has power of conservatorship over her daughter.
The Nickelodeon actress was admitted to hospital after starting a fire in a driveway in her home town of Thousand Oaks in July.
Her mental condition had been deteriorating as the year progressed.
However on Friday her publicist Jonathan Jaxson told Entertainment Tonight that she was on the mend.
'Despite some reports, Amanda is improving daily and responding well,' he said in a statement.
'There is still a long road ahead, and that doesn't mean being confined to a locked-down treatment center.
'Amanda is in the best hands presently, medically, and each day her condition is being monitored.'
He added: 'There is not a set release date, but with the great track she is on presently, she will be out of a lockdown facility and continuing to recover elsewhere in the near future.
'Her parents love her dearly and still are hoping to continue conservatorship after September 30.
'Mental illness is a serious problem in America, and while many go untreated, Amanda is responding and cooperating with doctors and staff quite well.'

If she does become a rapper I see her working with Brooke Candy for some reason.
