Jaime King and musician Lana Del Rey play grief-stricken lovers in the music video of Lana's hot track Summertime Sadness. But they showed no sad faces on Friday as they walked hand-in-hand and hung out in Hollywood, California.
The duo left a coffee shop and walked to Jaime's car before going separate ways on the warm summer day.
Lana went for a hip and casual look, sporting a fringe-lined crop top along with some studded denim shorts and a dark plaid flannel shirt. She also threw on a baseball cap backward to finish off her trendy ensemble. Jaime, meanwhile, looked much more demure in a simple light blue sundress with a white floral print. She added some large bug-eye sunglasses and white sneakers to finish off the summery look.
Jaime also showed off her baby bump, and she and husband Kyle Newman are expecting a baby boy sometime in October. Coincidentally, it was Kyle who directed - along with Spencer Susser - the video for Summertime Sadness, which was received warmly for its dark imagery and creative use of film-effect filters.
DJ Cedric Gervais' remix of the song also hit the airwaves this summer and helped boost Lana to her highest position on the Billboard Hot 100. The original song, which is slower and darker in tone, was released in June 2012 as a single off her album Born To Die.
And though Lana and Jaime appeared to have fun spending a little downtime together on the weekend, they've both been busy working on projects. Lana is currently putting together her next studio album, and Jaime is wrapping up work on Sin City: A Dame To Kill For. She stars in the film, set for an August 2014 release, alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba and others.
Lana was also spotted visiting a friend in Beverly Hills
And leaving a salon with boyfriend Barrie.
