It seemed things could not get worse for Amanda Bynes.
But 10 days after her drug arrest, it has emerged the former Nickelodeon favourite has been evicted from her New York City apartment, where police say they saw her throw a marijuana bong outside her 36th-floor window.
The retired 27-year-old actress was kicked out of the the midtown Manhattan high rise on Tuesday, according to InTouch.
A source told the magazine: 'At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda’s belongings from her apartment.
'Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment.
'She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell of pot from her apartment was really annoying people.'
According to the insider, she 'was notified that she is no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events.'
The report follows little over a week after Amanda's May 23 arrest following complaints from neighbours about her alleged drug use.
The star was booked for criminal possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and felony tampering with physical evidence.
