Brawl between Aubry and Martinez captured on cameras
Security cameras captured much of the action in the brutal fight between Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
The video hasn't yet been turned over to LAPD but Gabriel Aubry is anxious for that to happen fast.
Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend and the father of her child has told pals the video will prove Olivier Martinez started the brawl, and he only acted in self defense.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Aubry and Halle's fiancé Martinez got into a knock-down, drag-out fight Thanksgiving morning.
Aubry was dropping his and Halle's daughter, Nahla, off to spend Thanksgiving with her mother when the two men got into it.
"Officers responded to a a radio call at about 10 am," the LAPD Hollywood Division Watch Commander told us.
After cops broke up the brawl, Aubry was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He reportedly suffered a broken rib and cuts to his face, was treated and released to the police. Martinez also ended up going to the hospital with a possible broken hand.
Aubry was later booked for misdemeanor battery, and was released after posting bond.
Before the evening was over, Halle and Olivier were seen going to a friend's home where it is believed they spent the night with Nahla.

As expected, Gabriel has his own version of the story. It sucks that the fighting in courts is going to continue (poor Nahla!), but if this is true, it's good to hear that the whole thing was captured on cameras and there's some substantial evidence of what happened and not just biased reports.
People either seem to think she's an evil, crazy, manipulative whore or an innocent saint who is a victim in all of this. The former are bigots, the latter are just naive and frankly, I find their position to be almost as sexist as the former's.
Do I think that it's possible that this fight was deliberately premeditated? I'm certainly cynical enough to believe so. Let's not forget that Olivier Martinez is a French citizen and he himself probably wants to have his cake and eat it, i.e. go back home together with his current girlfriend and her ex is standing in the way. Ultimately, even if this was premeditated with Halle Berry's consent and knowledge, it's still her boyfriend, who is a grown man perfectly capable of making his own decisions and acting in his own interests that made the choice to go through with it. Grownass men are neither mindless luggage that can be stolen from one woman by another nor mindless tools that can be made to do something they don't already want to do by the magical power of pussy.
The courts certainly didn't view her as a victim and it's their informed opinion - far more informed than yours and mine - that ultimately matters. As it is, I'm weirded out by your wish to apply your personal experiences and emotions to a person you've never met and about whose situation you don't really know any details that can prove your theory that she's a victim. I suggest you take your own advice and use facts, facts about her, not about YOU, when making up your mind. And that facts are that there are too few facts to begin with.
