But before they did it with Dean they did it with Sam, now it's back where it belongs, with Sam. I don't think they are going to drag that part of it out too long though.
Doesn't matter to me, I just watch for the Dean, Castiel and now Benny parts these days anyway. Those Purgatory scenes were great, Dean flipping out on the prisoner was great, managing to physically meet Crowley in that fight scene was pretty cool - Ackles totally nailed everything he was handed tonight. It was really nice to finally see Castiel and it was a great reunion scene with maybe the second best hug the shows ever had and Benny was kind of funny in his "protectiveness", whether it was real or pretended. Have to admit Sam's Thor's Hammer scene was kind of cute. LOL Mrs Tran was good, Kevin on the other hand is starting to get on my nerves with his whining.
I seriously laughed when this promo came up. I was like, I saw this episode, only it was Dean making a home with Lisa while Sam was gone. I couldn't even deal.

I didn't quit on purpose, I caught up to realtime and was waiting for the season to finish to burn my DVDs, but then I just forgot about it and heard bad things and didn't enjoy what I saw of that last season so I just never bothered.
Sam's flashbacks are always so fucking boring. I loved pretty much every episode of season 4 except "I Know What You Did Last Summer" which remains one of my least fav episodes of the series.
I'm so happy Cas is back on my screen though that last scene was not promising. Misha's face is such a happy place
I totally want it to make it to ten seasons! I mean, I see why that could be horrible, but Smallville and 7th Heaven made it that long; I want SPN to at least match those crazy shows.
Their story lines always work in 2-3 season installations with death being the main ~cliffhanger~ so I can see how they could manage to stretch it to season 10.

Although, Sam, LOL. That's not going to happen yet. If you and Dean survive the end of the series (please do), then you can do that. But not now.
I used to love it and I still love the actors (mostly Jensen) but wow. It needed to end after Season 5
