Buffy the Vampire Slayer Cast: Then & Now

Back on March 10, 1997, Buffy Summers first arrived in Sunnydale -- and would go on to battle vampires, killer hyenas and even evil beer with pointy stakes, a collection of short skirts and her core group of friends.

15 years after the show's premiere on what was then The WB, the stars of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" are still enjoying a steady stream of success.

Sarah Michelle Gellar, Alyson Hannigan, Nicholas Brendon, Anthony Stewart Head and even the bleach blond James Marsters -- see the members of "The Scooby Gang" have been up to since the show ... and how they all look now!

Sarah Michelle Geller (Buffy): Sarah married Freddie Prinze Jr. in 2002, they have one child together. Since the show, she’s been in “The Grudge” and “The Grudge 2” and she now stars on TV’s “The Ringer.”

Nicholas Brendon (Xander Harris): Nicholas has continued to work on TV since “Buffy” and currently has a spot on the series “Criminal Minds.” He was also tased after fighting with police in 2010 and sentenced to 3 years probation.

Alyson Hannigan (Willow): Alyson now stars on "How I Met Your Mother" and is expecting her second child with husband Alexis Denisof, her co-star on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

David Boreanaz (Angel): After playing Angel on “Buffy” and his spin-off show, David now stars as agent Seely Booth on TV’s “Bones.” In 2010 Boreanaz revealed he cheated on his wife, though the two are still together.

Eliza Dushku (Faith): Eliza reteamed with Joss Whedon for "Dollhouse." She also starred on "Tru Calling" and recently appeared on "White Collar." She's been linked to Rick Fox since 2009.

Anthony Stewart Head (Rupert Giles): Since working on “Buffy,” Anthony has appeared in a number of TV shows such as “Merlin” and “Free Agents,” and was most recently seen in “The Iron Lady.”

Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia Chase): Charisma’s most recent work includes “The Expendables 2” and ABC Family’s “The Lying Game.” In 2004 she appeared in Playboy.

James Marsters (Spike): James has continued to work in both TV and film, recently snagging parts in “Smallville,” “Hawaii Five-O” and “P.S. I Love You.” In 2011 he married 24-year-old student Patricia Rahman.

Juliet Landau (Drusilla): Julet went on to do voice work in shows like "Ben 10" and "Justice League." She recently announced she's writing a "Drusilla" comic series coming in June.

Seth Green (Oz ): Seth currently voices Chris Griffen on “Family Guy” and he’s also landed parts on a ton of TV shows and movies including “Rat Race,” “Austin Powers” and “The Italian Job.” He married Clare Grant in 2010.

Emma Caulfield (Anya): Emma recently appeared on the TV series “Life Unexpected,” “Gigantic” and “One Upon a Time.” In 2011 she was a victim of the same hacker who leaked nude photos of Vanessa Hudgens and Scarlett Johansson.

Amber Benson (Tara Maclay ): Amber has appeared in a number of popular TV shows since “Buffy,” including “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Ringer” and “Strictly Sexual.

Michelle Trachtenberg (Dawn Summers): Michelle has worked on a slew of TV shows and movies since her days on “Buffy.” Most recently she’s been in “17 Again,” “Take Me Home Tonight” and on “Gossip Girl".

Tom Lenk (Andrew): Tom appeared on Broadway in "Rock of Ages" after originating the role of Franz in Las Vegas and L.A. productions. In 2011, he toured with a one-man "alternative comedy/storytelling show."

Clare Kramer (Glory): After playing Glory, Clare appeared on episodes of "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch," "True Calling" with Eliza Dushku and "House."

Adam Busch (Warren): Adam has appeared on "Grey's Anatomy," "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and stars in the upcoming "Men at Work."
