As it ascends, "Stronger" becomes the longest-reigning leader by an "American Idol" alum. Previously, Clarkson's "A Moment Like This" (2002) and "My Life Would Suck Without You" (2009) and Clay Aiken's "This Is the Night" (2003) all spent two weeks at No. 1.
While smashing the charts ("Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" made Clarkson the first artist ever to have topped the Hot 100 and each of Billboard's Dance/Club Play Songs, Country Songs, Adult Contemporary and Adult Pop Songs charts) and being covered on Glee, Kelly's been on tour doing some covers of her own.
"Jazz hands" lmao. Brief mention of Glee.
2/23 @ Atlanta, GA: Whitney Houston's "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)" with special guest Tamyra Gray!
I see and hear you hitting those high notes gorl, and I am praising your light tbh.
Tamyra is nice too.
2/28 @ Greenville, SC: The Rolling Stones' "Wild Horses"
Technically not covers, but I'm including these because they're infrequently done.
2/24 @ Nashville, TN: "Don't You Wanna Stay" as Jason's surprise guest
That crowd reaction from when she comes out is amazing. :')
2/25 @ Champaign, IL: "Maybe"
My December and this song specifically are flawless & underrated.
