Oh. It's because she's a wax figure.
Madam Tussaud's in London unveiled the new arrival yesterday. Winslet had topped a poll to name "Britain’s best leading lady":
"Titanic star Winslet clocked in at number one in a visitor survey by the world famous attraction, Queen actress Helen Mirren came second, while Dame Judi Dench, Keira Knightley and Helena Bonham Carter followed.
“Guests from around the world voted for Kate Winslet in droves –- she has clearly got wide reaching global appeal”, commented Liz Edwards, PR Manager here at Madame Tussauds. “She is an iconic actress of a generation; a true English Rose and we’re delighted to be creating a figure of her.”
With numerous Academy Award, BAFTA and Golden Globe wins and nominations under her belt, Winslet’s inclusion in the attraction is yet another accolade for the English mum of two.
The actress will be in good company as her figure joins a host of other award-winning screen superstars including the poll’s 2nd placed Helen Mirren and 3rd placed Dame Judi Dench."
idk I think it looks pretty good.

No need to argue over who ~really deserved it~ though, thank you. We're not exactly talking about the Oscars here.
