Maybe sex in the city is making people crazy. Why else would Sarah Jessica Parker be lamenting the fact that she's "holding her husband (Matthew Broderick) back because he's not on the single's market?
According to WENN, Parker is quoted recently as expressing regrets over marrying beloved 'Ferris Buehler' star Broderick because she thinks she's "holding him back" from someone better suited for a man "in his prime".
Parker says, "I feel bad that he's not on the market... I feel like I'm holding him back in certain ways. I love him so much."
"He's just getting to his prime and I'm holding him back."
But in Parker's own words, Broderick says, 'I'm pretty happy being held back.' So why on earth would she then go on to say:
"Every now and then I see him with a woman and she's really smart and beautiful and I'm like, 'God, they have great chemistry. They'd be great together.'"
There couldn't be a better way to cause a split in a marriage than to encourage other women to chase your viral hubbie. Unless you want trouble from a bunch of angling hussies, shut your piehole, Carrie.
I guess that's one method to try to quell the "gay" rumors. Viral? It's funny on so many levels.
