'Ceremony' Poster Premiere: Michael Angarano Falls for Uma Thurman

Cinematical is happy to premiere the official smoochy poster for Magnolia's 'Ceremony.' Starring Uma Thurman, Michael Angarano and Lee Pace, this is the feature directorial debut of writer/director Max Winkler, who also happens to be Henry Winkler's son.

Angarano has come a long way since his days as the young(er) William in 'Almost Famous.' In 'Ceremony,' he plays a fast-talking young man who convinces his former best friend to go off for a weekend away to reconnect at the estate of a documentary filmmaker (Pace). But there's a catch: He's not really there for friendship. He wants to declare his love, but not to his estranged friend. The kid is hoping to rekindle a romance with the filmmaker's fiancee, the lovely Uma Thurman. Not too shabby for the sometimes-awkward hero of 'Sky High.' After premiering at TIFF and partaking on a brief tour of the festival circuit, Winkler's 'Ceremony' will be released on VOD on March 4, before a theatrical release on April 8.
