I had messaged the screenwriter on facebook and the movie is based on multiple books including Beezus and Ramona, Ramona Forever, Ramona and her Mother,and Ramona and her Father

I have a little sister, and based on this trailer, our dynamic is similar to this... if I go see it with her I might get all emotional lol

I wish they would have just focused on Ramona and Beezus instead of pulling from all the books, oh well.
