Jessica Simpson told to dump Tony Romo
Jessica Simpson's dad wants her to dump beau Tony Romo, according to a new report.
Despite initially encouraging the romance, Joe Simpson now feels Romo is proving to be too much of a distraction for Simpson - and has urged his daughter to end the union, according to American tabloid the National Enquirer.
A source tells the tabloid, "Joe now feels that Tony has become too much of a distraction for Jessica.
"Any free time she has, Jess wants to spend with Tony. But rather than blaming his daughter's work ethic, Joe points the finger at Tony.
"He wants Tony out of her life, but Jessica loves him and won't even consider leaving him at this point.
"But if Jessica had her druthers, she'd be married and pregnant. Her main concern is getting Tony to settle down and commit."
