Leighton Meester teams up with family clothing store Marshalls on Thursday at New York City’s Union Square Park to take a stand against domestic violence.
The 22-year-old Gossip Girl cutie hyped up Marshalls’ “Stop ‘Til It Stops” campaign, which hopes to to provide support, prevent violence, and promote justice for victims of crime and abuse, their families and communities. As part of their annual “Shop Til It Stops” program, Marshalls will donate $1 (up to $150,0000), for every shoe purchased from October 2 to 16 to help put an end to domestic violence.
