Amy Winehouse talks the biggest load of balls on her new album...MEATBALLS!

We've been leaked details about a track from her new album- and it's quite literally cooking. The unnamed track goes: "I can cook, chicken soup, meatballs, a good chicken- jerk and fried."

Amy's been keen to eat healthily and put on weight since she came out of hospital last month. But to be honest, those lyrics seem a little underdone to us, Amy. Maybe give them a few more hours. We're told that Amy's new album- her third- is an attempt to recapture her childhood.

Our impeccable source tells us: "She's working on one track which talks about her upbringing as a Jewish girl. The song brings her back to happier days when she didn't have a care in the world."

Well, it certainly makes a change from her banging on about jailed hubby Blake Fielder-Civil. Although her heartache over Blake did make for some awesome material for her Grammy winning album Back to Black, it looks like Amy is ready for a change.

The beehived one has been jamming with pals including Remi Nicole, Mark Ronson, and even potty Pete Doherty has been lending his ear to Amy's new material. We're told: "It's only in its early stages, but Amy is really excited about getting back to what she does best- making great music. The lyrical content is a little off the wall, but Amy writes about what's on her mind and she goes all out."

Amy, who revealed she used to pop into the kitchen of her favourite boozer, the Hawley Arms, grab some frozen mince and make meatballs for her pals after boozy nights out, likes to get her entire crew involved. The babe is known to splash out hundreds of pounds on her favourite jerk chicken, steak, rice and peas for her posse at Mr. Jerk's in London's West End. We're told: "When Amy's working she gets loads of Caribbean food delivered to the studio. It can get a bit messy sometimes, but that's where Amy gets her soul from- good old fashioned soul food."

It sure beats hard drugs.
