Dr. Horrible gets a Teaser Poster

During the WGA strike Joss Whedon started writing a three part musical series for the internet. Each of the three episodes will be approximately ten minutes each.

Co-writers for the internet feature are Joss’ brothers Zack and Jed and Jed’s Fiancé Maurissa Tancharoen . The writing and shooting have been completed and the series is now in post-production.

It’s the story of a low-rent super-villain, the hero who keeps beating him up, and the cute girl from the laundromat he’s too shy to talk to.’ says Whedon. ‘Doctor Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog’ will star Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible, Nathan Fillion as Captain Hammer, Felicia Day as Penny and a cast of dozens.

Awww, I miss when Subways were decorated like that! My friend used to have that same wallpaper in her bathroom, and it cracked me up.

they probably just couldn't be paid to write? he probably just started writing on his own, not under contract, so that would be okay?

Write for pay. They striked (struck?) against writing for the corporations that employ them.

They could write casually in their free time all the live long day though. Which I'm sure the majority of them did.

Maybe it's the laptop I'm on the on but the poster looks kind of crappy. I think Joss deserves better.

I'd roll my eyes at his use of a Firefly actor but he used a Buffy actor so I'd be a hypocrite. But I still think Nathan Fillion is a poor mans Jason Bateman. I'm surprised Miss Piggy (Amber) isn't in it lol
