First images of Super Nintendo world Osaka released



The new theme park inside of universal studios Osaka is based on Nintendo’s iconic franchises, with the first images of the actual park being released.

The main attraction is the Mario karts ride, utilizing a augmented reality helmet while riding it. The park is mostly interactive, with visitors receiving a “power up band” to interact with the attractions and environment.

Opening is planned for February 4 of next year.

BTS lands historic Hot 100 #1 for Life Goes On





BTS tops this weeks Hot 100 chart, with the title track of their new album Be. Dynamite also rose back on the charts to #3. A note that this is the first time a pre-dominantly Korean sung song has topped the charts. They also make history as the first and only group with multiple #1 debuts, and the first group since the Bee Gees to have three #1s in such a short span of time. GOT7's 'Breath of Love : Last Piece' is out now!


One week after pre-releasing its opening track "Breath," GOT7 have released their fourth studio album Breath of Love : Last Piece on all platforms.

The South Korean septet also premiered the music video for "Last Piece," the second title track from the album, which you can watch below. Breath of Love : Last Piece currently sits atop the iTunes Album Chart in the US and eight other countries.

Billie Eilish does the Vanity Fair interview for the fourth year in a row



Vanity Fair released their third "same interview, one year apart" video with Billie Eilish today. The first video was released in 2018 and compared Billie's answers that year with the same interview conducted in 2017. That interview was notable for how sad and despondent Billie appeared. But in her 2019 interview she seemed to be adjusting well to fame.

This year Billie of course seems on top of the world after winning 5 Grammys and adopting her pit bull Shark. She acknowledges how lucky she is and that the time off from touring has given her an opportunity to create new music.

Beginning in January 2019, NRG, a global insights and strategy firm, conducted more than 350,000 interviews about 700 entertainment franchises to discover which were considered the most bold, inspiring and thought-provoking by U.S. consumers.


To little surprise, Disney and Marvel dominated the top 20 entertainment franchises with 70% of the entries, which included titles from the film, TV and video game industries.The results were analyzed to determine which franchises are most likely to withstand the test of time and continue to evolve and reinvent themselves to remain relevant to their global fans.

Disneyland Hong Kong closes for a third time amid the pandemic



Disney on Monday announced that its Hong Kong park would close a third time due to restrictions put in place because of an uptick in novel coronavirus cases.

The park closed initially on Jan. 26 and reopened in June. It closed again in July and then reopened in September.
The Hong Kong park will close on Dec. 2. There is no date for when it may reopen. Currently, Disneyland Paris and Disneyland Resort in Southern California are closed. Walt Disney World in Florida, Shanghai Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Resort remains open.

Felicity Huffman Plots Acting Return in ABC Baseball Comedy





Felicity Huffman is set to lead an untitled comedy set in the world of minor league baseball at ABC. The project from ABC Signature, Kapital Entertainment and writer Becky Hartman Edwards is inspired by the life of Susan Savage, the owner of the Sacramento River Cats, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants.

The untitled comedy marks Huffman's first acting work since she served a brief sentence for her part in the college admissions scandal, in which dozens of parents and a college counselor, William Singer, were indicted on charges they paid to have admissions tests taken for their children or bribed college coaches admissions officers to admit their kids. Huffman pleaded guilty in May 2019 to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud after allegedly paying $15,000, disguised as a charitable donation, to have another person take her daughter's SAT exam.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw to Star in Apple Thriller From Reese Witherspoon, 'High Fidelity' Boss



Gugu Mbatha-Raw (The Morning Show) is reuniting with Reese Witherspoon for the Apple TV thriller Surface.

The series has been picked up with a straight to series offer and an eight episode order. Production is scheduled to begin in 2021.

The plot is being kept under wraps and is based on an original idea from Veronica West. West was the co-creator on Hulu’s High Fidelity. Witherspoon will produce the series via her Hello Sunshine banner.

Formula 1 driver Romain Grosjean survives fiery crash during race



Note: A video and pictures from the crash can be seen at the source. You've been warned.

On the first lap of the Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend, Grosjean's car hit another car and went into the barrier, causing a huge explosion. His car split right in half.

Luckily, he was able to jump out of the car and escape the flames. He's now recovering in the hospital, with minor burns on his hands and ankles.

He seems to be in good spirits and has posted multiple videos with updates and to thank fans for their well wishes.

Page Six reported that the couple were spotted having dinner with friends over the weekend at the Beatrice Inn in New York.

Kelly Clarkson wins primary custody of her children, Blackstock Seeking $436K in Support



Kelly Clarkson has won primary custody of her two children, River, 6, and Remy, 4, whom she shares with her ex, Brandon Blackstock, according to multiple reports.

The judge said in a statement, "The court finds that the minor children are not now and have not been residents of Montana and that California is their home state."

People is also reporting that Blackstock is requesting $436,000 in monthly spousal and child support. Blackstock was Kelly’s former manager.

A source tells People:

“Brandon has been equally unreasonable in his requests for child and spousal support, as well as attorney fees. Kelly’s offered to pay for all the kids’ expenses, but Brandon seems to think he is entitled to and needs $301,000 in spousal support and $135,000 in child support per month.”

UPDATE: LA Covid Testing Appointments No Longer Canceled in Favor of She's All That Remake



Those who had made Dec 1 Covid testing appointments at Union Station in LA received communication stating that their appointments had been canceled in favor of an event.

This event is the filming of the gender-swapped remake of She's All That, called He's All That and starring TikTok star Addison Rae.

UPDATE: Since 12:11 AM on Dec 1, the Mayor of LA has announced that the appointments should be back on and the Covid testing kiosk should be back open while He's All That films.
