There's no arguing that JoJo has worked hard to deliver this year. After releasing her fourth studio album good to know amid a pandemic shutdown and cancellation of all of her tours, she continued on to release various music videos, an acoustic version of the album and a deluxe version with five new bonus tracks.
But she didn't stop there. JoJo's Christmas album December Baby (she was born December 20th, 1990) is now available for streaming just in time for the holiday season. It's a delightful mix of new R&B and classic tunes.
ONTD, how are you celebrating the holidays this year, if at all?

Marissa Hochberg, wellness influencer, allegedly refused to pay more than $14,000 in rent for a summer stay at a luxe Hamptons home, then used a COVID-19 tenant law to squat there for 2 months.
Hochberg, agreed to pay $31,750 to rent the three-bedroom, two-bathroom abode, paying only the first half. She kept up appearances on Instagram, posting a photo of herself with captions like “Montauk mornings in my new summer garden #myownhome”. Hochberg’s Instagram is now private.
In the leading days to her move out, claimed she and her dad —listed as an occupant on the lease agreement— were protected by moratorium on evictions passed by Gov. Cuomo amid the corona virus. Trying to ward off eviction by suggesting she contracted COVID-19, while continuing posting pictures posing in the rented home.
Owners filed suit asking to boot Hochberg from the premises, to recoup $14,450 owed, plus interest. Also demanding $35,300 in rent lost out on because of the unwanted houseguest.
Hochberg, moved out Oct. 12, has also faced eviction proceedings last year by the Oriana luxury high-rise. Owing $22,130 in that case.

Social media embarago lifted last night for David Fincher's Mank and people had plenty of good things to say about it.
The technical aspects shined, with many singling out its cinematography, production design, editing, sound, and score. Praise also went to Amanda Seyfried and Tom Pelphrey, who could be award contenders along with Gary Oldman.
The film is also said to be less about the making of Citizen Kane and more to do with Hollywood in general.
Some reactions behind the cut:

Mank will have a limited theater release on November 13 before debuting on Netflix December 4.
Another 10-task challenge. You obviously don’t need to do all 10 tasks, choose as many as you want, but I figured it gives you some variety and allows you to pick and choose movies that fit your taste but also maybe lead you to watch something you wouldn’t normally seek out. For each task, you can pick whatever movie fits within the guidelines, I've added links to help you out. I tried to add tasks that would allow you to get movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and/or Hulu – but there’s also Kanopy and Hoopla (both of which you can get free access through your library or university). Have a different movie for each task – that is, don’t have the same movie for task 2 and task 6.

Miley said, "I don’t agree with that. I think that we’ve seen more divide recently than I have in my life time. McDonald's brings back McRib nationwide for the first time since 2012 https://t.co/KUb2kcgO4m— CNBC (@CNBC) October 30, 2020
McDonald’s McRib is set to return to menus across the US on December 2. This would be the first time since 2012 that the McRib rolled out nationwide instead of in select locations. It follows years of fans begging McDonald's to bring the sandwich back across America. “The McRib has been a beloved menu item at McDonald’s since its inception nearly 40 years ago,” Linda VanGosen, McDonald's vice president of menu innovation, said in a statement. “There’s nothing quite like the taste of the McRib. To our customers, it’s become more than a delicious, saucy moment... it’s a season, and it’s taking the internet by storm. That’s why this year, we’re proud to serve the McRib nationwide for everyone to enjoy.”

Jennifer Garner thinks media reports affect the lives of celebrities and even their marriages.
She told PBS why she thinks divorces are common in Hollywood, pointing at the media as a cause:
I think there’s something about seeing yourselves reflected in the news of some kind. And whether it’s true or not – if it’s true and you are starting to be serious with someone and they start saying, ‘Well when are they going to be engaged?’ It’s almost like you just wanna get there so that you can complete that and maybe it will die back for a second. And then it’s the wedding watch. And you’re always kind of chasing peace and because it’s already been in print, it feels like it’s a done deal already, whatever it is. And just as soon as you’re married and it’s, ‘Is she pregnant’ All of that stuff, then immediately it’s trouble in paradise. And it becomes almost a self-fulfilling prophecy.

'Justice League' director Joss Whedon has denied actor Ray Fisher's claim that he tried to digitally alter a castmate's skin tone on the superhero film. https://t.co/8wlOpwHHLw— Entertainment Weekly (@EW) October 29, 2020
Ray Fisher said Joss Whedon ordered the “complexion of an actor of color be changed in post-production because he didn’t like the color of their skin tone.”
Whedon says in response: "The individual who offered this statement acknowledged that this was just something that he had heard from someone else and accepted as truth, when in fact simple research would prove that it was false. As is standard on almost all films, there were numerous people involved with mixing the final product, including the editor, special effects person, composer, etc. with the senior colorist responsible for the final version’s tone, colors, and mood. This process was further complicated on this project by the fact that [original director] Zack [Snyder] shot on film, while Joss shot on digital, which required the team, led by the same senior colorist who has worked on previous films for Zack, to reconcile the two."
