Former Fifth Harmony lead-singer and Dancing With the Stars 2nd runner-up Ally Brooke will star in CDW Films’ “High Expectations,” an upcoming drama about a soccer player’s journey toward success after rejection by his father.
The film’s plot follows Jack (Gray) as he works to join a rival soccer team after his father (Grammar), a former soccer star and current club owner, cuts him from the team. Matters are complicated by the fact that his brother is also on the team he is forced to leave — and eventually compete against.
Brooke’s starring role as Sofia, the main character’s ex-girlfriend, will mark the singer’s acting debut. She stars alongside Taylor Gray, Kelsey Grammar and Briana Scurry, a US women’s 1999 World Cup champion.
“I am beyond excited to be a part of this wonderful film and to breathe life into my beautiful character Sofia,” Brooke told Variety exclusively in a statement. “It has always been a dream of mine to branch out into acting, since moving out to LA with my parents at 12 years old.”

Into the volatile situation comes a woman named Madaline (Jodie Foster), a mysterious power broker who has a hidden agenda and threatens to push a tense situation past the breaking point.

Exclusive: Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich were on different paths before their split. https://t.co/kkzj0wmqp0— Us Weekly (@usweekly) September 25, 2020
US Weekly reports that Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich were on “different paths” and that led to their split.
A source tells US Weekly exclusively that the pair’s work schedules caused issues in their relationship.
“In the beginning, Max was super careful about self-promotion and things with his career, but once they got engaged, he really hit the gas pedal and wanted to make the most out of his career opportunities,” the source says. “He felt more comfortable doing so after they were fiancés and had a little bit more of a leg up.”
The couple began dating in March and Ehrich proposed to Demi on Malibu beach in July. This month, Max began filming a movie in Atlanta and Demi stayed in Los Angeles. Another source said that the long distance started to cause issues for the couple.
“The distance has been weighing on them,” the source explains. “She has been seeing how much Max’s fame increased since being with her and it left a bad taste in her mouth.”
Before the news of their breakup, friends of Max and Demi expressed skepticism that the couple would make it down the isle.
Looks like Max’s team is trying to play work issues/long distance being the cause, not Max’s sketchiness.

I say 'possibly', because it's in talks, despite being posted by an actual creditble source. Also doubting BLACK ADAM is even being made. BLACK ADAM "stars" The Rock and Noah Centineo.
But hey, Aldis Hodge, might be Hawkman, whoo, go us!
EDIT: The Rock says yes, Hodge is Hawkman.
I've only seen him in "The East" I think it was.

Before we had social media, virtually unlimited access to every artists' discography, and music videos with "plots." We had to fight
We only had basic knowledge regarding the lives of our faves from the little info we could gather. Gather from TRL, Cribs, People, J-14, and your mom talking to you about Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt's divorce. Celebrities actually used PR companies instead of handling their own image, inevitably leading to them voicing their trashy takes and garbage existence, followed-up with a shaudy iOS notes app "apology" screenshotted to the medium of Instagram
We had to wait, and patience is the truest virtue we have as non Gen Z-ers. And you know what, nothing said patience more than waiting in front of the TV until the music video you've been waiting for finally starts playing. But even then, we still had to wait. Wait two-thirds of the way into said music video for the opulence, the magic, the power, the holy grail that is the DANCE BREAK
The '80s, '90s, 2000s were full of them, baby. Dance breaks not only entertained us, they showed us that these artists didn't come to play. They awoken the latent homosexuality in Gen X and millenniall babies everywhere

Taking a page out of Jeremy Renner’s book, former actor Vin Diesel is now a recording artist. He debuted his first single — “Feel Like I Do” — on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” before the song was officially released on Spotify and other streaming services on Friday.
Diesel said DJ and record producer Kygo was one of the first people who believed in him. The single was released on Kygo’s own label, Palm Tree Records, and was written and produced by Petey Martin.
Diesel wrote on Instagram, “For so long, I have been promising to release music...encouraged by you, to step out of my comfort zone. Thank you for believing in me. As always, I hope to make you proud.”
As some may remember, in 2013 the actor uploaded a video of him singing along to Rihanna’s “Stay” as a Valentine’s Day tribute to his partner Paloma Jimenez.

Hershey's Sugar Cookie Kisses kick off the holiday lineup — and confirm rumors of the new candy flavor that was reported earlier this summer. The flavor is the 10th Kisses variety, they are white creme studded with real cookie pieces.
The new Reese's White Elephant gift is in fact a white creme elephant that's filled with classic Reese's peanut butter filling. It will sell for about $5.
Last year, Reese's released Mystery Shapes, the collection of Reese's candies were said to be made in the shapes of a stocking, holiday bells, and ornaments. They joined the iconic Trees and poked fun at the candy's loose interpretation of "shapes."
The Mystery Shapes will return this year and be joined by a more definitive shape: nutcrackers. The new Reese's Peanut Butter Nutcrackers will feature harder chocolate shells with a creamy, rich peanut butter filling. Each is wrapped in a decorative foil with a nutcracker image.
After the debut of their interactive Cookies 'N' Cream fangs Halloween candy, Hershey introduces another candy designed for fun. The Hershey's Milk Chocolate Build-A-Santa and Hershey's Cookies 'N' Cream Build-A-Snowman are made to be broken and then rebuilt to form the characters. Each is an extra-large 4-ounce (milk chocolate) or 3.5-ounce (Cookies 'N' Cream).
