Sony has moved the Venom sequel, now titled "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" from October of this year to June 25, 2021, the date vacated by RPats' The Batman yesterday. Woody Harrelson (Rampart) plays the villain Carnage. Production wrapped in February.
This effectively also delays Tom Holland's Spider-Man 3 which was set for July 16, 2021 as Sony is unlikely to release it 3 weeks after Venom 2, although Sony has yet to confirm it. Production was set start some time this July.
