Twice in a Blue Moon
Sam Brandis was Tate Jones’s first: Her first love. Her first everything. Including her first heartbreak.
During a whirlwind two-week vacation abroad, Sam and Tate fell for each other in only the way that first loves do: sharing all of their hopes, dreams, and deepest secrets along the way. Sam was the first, and only, person that Tate—the long-lost daughter of one of the world’s biggest film stars—ever revealed her identity to. So when it became clear her trust was misplaced, her world shattered for good.
Fourteen years later, Tate, now an up-and-coming actress, only thinks about her first love every once in a blue moon. When she steps onto the set of her first big break, he’s the last person she expects to see. Yet here Sam is, the same charming, confident man she knew, but even more alluring than she remembered. Forced to confront the man who betrayed her, Tate must ask herself if it’s possible to do the wrong thing for the right reason… and whether “once in a lifetime” can come around twice.

Yellowcard are suing Juice WRLD for $15 million USD, claiming that his track 'Lucid Dreams' has plagiarised their track 'Holly Wood Died' off their 2005 album 'Lights And Sounds'.
Yellowcard are suing for damages in excess of $15 million and a "running royalty and/or ownership share" on future exploitations of 'Lucid Dreams', alternatively they're seeking statutory damages "for each act of copyright infringement" and for Juice WRLD to be "permanently enjoined" from exploiting 'Lucid Dreams' in the future.
The band are also claiming that in addition to recording revenue and royalties, they are owed damages from Juice WRLD’s touring and other live appearances given the “overwhelming success” of the track, which launched the rapper’s career and provided him "substantial opportunities to tour and perform around the world.”
But that's not all - in the complaint, the band also highlight a link between Juice WRLD and Yellowcard, citing that the rapper has expressed appreciation for "emo pop rock" in several interviews. Juice WRLD has at various points been quoted saying that he has “listened to and educated himself in Emo pop rock music” in order to impress a girl he had a crush on in the fifth grade. Yellowcard go even further, highlighting that the 20-year-old rapper would have been in the fifth grade in 2006 - the year that 'Holly Wood Died' was released on their Gold certified album 'Lights And Sounds'. Woah.

Rob Lowe isn't ashamed of the sex tape he made with an underage girl.
While on the SiriusXM radio show, the 55-year-old actor says the fallout from that tape is what helped him get clean.
“I think it’s the best thing that ever happened to me. Honestly, I do, because it got me sober. Sober got me married. I’ve been married 29 years and I have two great sons, so I don’t think any of that happens without going through that scandal.”
He continued, “It was one of the reasons I got sober. I woke up one day and was like, ‘What am I doing with my life? 29 years in.'”
The actor caused controversy in 1988 when footage leaked of him engaging in sexual acts with a 16-year-old girl. He was 24 at the time.
He says he only has one regret, “The problem was, I didn’t make any money off of it like everybody does now. I was too stupid.”
Marie Osmond Says 'I Thought I Was Gay’ After Being Sexually Abused: Men 'Made Me Sick' https://t.co/HIbmqL7aok— People (@people) October 22, 2019
Marie was sexually abused at a young age but she never named her abuser and claim it was not a family member, “I share my life here, but when I was 8 or 9, I actually thought I was gay,” she said . “And the reason is because I had been sexually abused to the point that men … they made me sick. I didn’t trust them, I didn’t like them.”
Then she went on some bullshit about her family of men changing her mind, "And then I realized, because I am a thinker, ‘Why did God give me all these great brothers and why did he give me this amazing father?’ ” she added. “And truly, they changed my opinion on men, which made me feel that it was something I was going through. So I’m not saying anything about anybody, I’m saying that with her statement and my life, personally that changed the way I looked at myself.”

Newt Gingrich is a guest host, except for Edward Norton segment. That is not a typo.
Edward Norton is promoting his new film Motherless Brooklyn
Summary of conversation [Spoiler (click to open)]
Motherless Brooklyn is a novel by Jonathan Lethem that was first published in 1999. The story is set in Brooklyn, and follows Lionel Essrog, a detective who has Tourette's, a disorder marked by involuntary tics.
Whoopi brings up his film. EN says the character is a hot mess, a lot of paradoxes, he’s brilliant but also has Tourette’s Syndrome and OCD. More extra than Forrest Gump and Rain Man, e.g. underdog character you can root for but he was tougher than that. Abby feels like it’s pure raw talent. EN says he couldn’t have made the film without the cast, names some [includes Willem Dafoe, Bruce Willis, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Alec Baldwin] who did it for no money [Idk if he literally meant free, or for scale or lower than their normal fee]. His tribe of NY actors rallied around him and made it possible. He worked on it for many years, in between his other film projects. Life happens, and so on, finally he got it made and finished. Sunny said, It felt so real (timely). EN sets up the clip. Plays clip.
Abby says everyone has a fave EN film, hers is Birdman. He jokes, everyone says Death to Smoochy. Talks about how grateful he is, does it to connect with people. Whoopi gushes over his acting and flow. Sunny likes that he’s an outspoken activist, mentions climate change, yesterday’s guests (Benedict, Shannon), everyone is complicit. EN talks more about climate change, people can’t deny it. Long past the point of changing light bulbs and small things will solve it. Says we need leadership to take it seriously, make bold changes.

Jake Gyllenhaal did, in fact, rescue a dog in Manhattan, only it was not* a Dalmatian ... https://t.co/qLWHU5NdXY— The Cut (@TheCut) October 22, 2019
There is a mystery afoot: Did Jake Gyllenhaal rescue a dalmatian... or did he (not)?
A gossip rag wrote last week that Jake stepped into traffic to rescue a "giant dalmatian" that got away from its owner. But another gossip rag disputes this! What is the truth?!
According to one source:
"The dog was on a leash, but had gotten away from its owner"
"The star...stepped out into the flowing traffic, bringing cars to a standstill."
"He calmed the dog and led it by the head back to its owner."
BUT, another source says:
"Or did he? Hmm."
"Gyllenhaal does live in New York City, and he does love dogs."
"The dog in the picture is definitely not a Dalmatian. Not only is it far too big, its spots are mostly large and blotchy as opposed to small and round."
Apparently, THE DOG IS TOO BIG TO BE A DALMATIAN. IT WAS PROBABLY A GREAT DANE.
what is the truth??

Rosario Dawson and her family are being sued by a transgender man who claims they discriminated against him because of his gender and violently assaulted him.
A former employee of the Dawson family, filed a suit that alleges Dawson and three of her family members violated his civil rights by “discriminating against him for his transgender status.” He’s also suing for assault, battery, trespass, and labor violations.
The family “misgendered him multiple times each day, with deliberate indifference as to the appropriate way to address Mr. Finley.” Dawson “acted with deliberate indifference and did nothing to correct the situation.”
Rosario’s mother is accused of battering him, with help from her daughter.
Dawson allegedly “actively restrained” Finley by sitting on top of him so that her mother could continue the assault.
Finley was granted a restraining order against Dawson’s mother.
