"The world didn’t understand the context and the events that led up to it. Because nothing ever just happens like that without some lead-up. Some events took place to cause me to be pissed off when he called me a bitch."
"I started to feel like we reconnected, which felt great for me — because all I ever wanted my whole career after that thing happened in 2009 was for him to respect me. When someone doesn’t respect you so loudly and says you literally don’t deserve to be here — I just so badly wanted that respect from him, and I hate that about myself, that I was like, “This guy who’s antagonizing me, I just want his approval.” But that’s where I was."
"But the 2015 VMAs come around. He’s getting the Vanguard Award. He called me up beforehand... and we had maybe over an hourlong conversation, and he’s like, “I really, really would like for you to present this Vanguard Award to me, this would mean so much to me,” and went into all the reasons why it means so much, because he can be so sweet. He can be the sweetest. And I was so stoked that he asked me that. And so I wrote this speech up, and then we get to the VMAs and I make this speech and he screams, “MTV got Taylor Swift up here to present me this award for ratings!” [His exact words: “You know how many times they announced Taylor was going to give me the award ’cause it got them more ratings?”] And I’m standing in the audience with my arm around his wife, and this chill ran through my body. I realized he is so two-faced. That he wants to be nice to me behind the scenes, but then he wants to look cool, get up in front of everyone and talk shit. And I was so upset. He wanted me to come talk to him after the event in his dressing room. I wouldn’t go. So then he sent this big, big thing of flowers the next day to apologize. And I was like, “You know what? I really don’t want us to be on bad terms again. So whatever, I’m just going to move past this.” So when he gets on the phone with me, and I was so touched that he would be respectful and, like, tell me about this one line in the song.
And I was like, “OK, good. We’re back on good terms.” And then when I heard the song, I was like, “I’m done with this. If you want to be on bad terms, let’s be on bad terms, but just be real about it.”"

.@kirstendunst, who recently received a much-deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, opens up about how her approach to acting has changed since motherhood, the scrapped fantasy series she and Sofia Coppola are dying to make, and more. https://t.co/ZRkqfdNW5h— Vogue Magazine (@voguemagazine) September 9, 2019
- Kirsten Dunst was interviewed by Vogue some days after getting her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame to talk about her career and new Showtime series "On Becoming a God in Central Florida".
- Claims to feel freer as an actress after having a kid.
- She and Sofia Coppola shopped around a "Faerie Tale Theater" with Shelley Duvall-type of show, but no one picked it up: "It was too expensive. We were like, “We have the best directors wanting to do their takes on fairy tales and have fun people be in them!”
- When asked, Dunst says that she doesn't know what genre she wants to tackle next. The interviewer suggests a musical and she low key drops a blind item: "[Gasps] Are you kidding me? I honestly fought so hard for this one role—some other actress got it. But I wanted it so badly. It was a musical. You’re so right. I love musicals, so I would do that in a heartbeat."
- About how the industry changed since the beginning of her career: "I think the movie star as an idea is kind of dead, in a way. I feel like I got to be a part of that in the ’90s. It felt like, Movies are important!—and now it feels like everything doesn’t matter."
- Always dreamed on being in movies that would be at the Criterion Collection and tried to pick her projects wisely in order to keep doing it until she's an "old fart".
Will the "movie star" idea ever be resurrected, ONTD? TYFYA!
A British man named Oli London has spent around £125,000 (over 155,000 USD) on surgeries to resemble Jimin from BTS. London discovered BTS while living in Korea during 2013 and was quickly captivated by them. In 2019 he underwent rhinoplasty, alarplasty, jaw surgery, cheekbone reduction, and chin contouring in South Korea.
- On his procedures: "I want my entire lifestyle to revolve around K-pop and I want my entire look to look like Jimin because for me he is perfection, his jaw shape, his lips his voice, everything. I know some people don’t understand plastic surgery but it’s certainly become a lot more normalised around the world and, at the end of the day, I’m doing what makes me happy, I’m following my dreams."
- On accusations of racism and appropriation: "I’m not actually changing my race, I have a deep respect for Korean culture. It’s cultural appreciation not cultural appropriation so I’m very, very respectful of Korean culture. It’s just I’m really in love with Korean culture. I really understand it, I’ve been learning the language so I’m incredibly respectful to Korean people. Korean people love me! They are very kind to me, they are very nice, they don’t have a problem with it. As long as it doesn’t affect people, as long as it doesn’t hurt people, I’m doing something that makes me happy and I’m doing something because I love Korea, I love K-Pop. It’s just a particular look you get; a lot of people want to emulate Kim Kardashian, people want to emulate these stars, for me it’s a K-Pop star."

• In a (now-deleted) statement posted to her Instagram, the hip-hop provocateur wrote that the project will also include two new songs that were left off the "free giveaway version" — most notably, a track called "96'Corolla (Motorman)." Banks says the song "tells a story of an ungrateful technocrat who's ego becomes too big for his britches." She'll play the role of the executioner on the track, as his "neural activity is cut off via satellite, rendering him a vegetable." If you couldn't connect the dots there, she's naming the technocrat Alon Dust.

Alyse Parker, an influencer and “mindset coach” with over 210,000 followers on Instagram, is under fire over a recent post where she claimed that “money is merely a form of energetic exchange.”
She wrote in a post that if people changed their “mindset” about money, it could improve their financial standing. After heavy criticism calling Parker’s post “privileged,” the influencer is addressing the controversy.
“I understand that my perspective on money is triggering to some people who are currently experiencing financial hardship,” she said to BuzzFeed News in a statement. “But the point I want to get across is that keeping a closed mind is only going to keep them there.”
Parker has also deleted most comments criticizing her post because she doesn’t believe they came from “a place of constructive criticism.”
She also tells BuzzFeed that she herself had struggled financially and was even on food stamps.
“I was keeping myself stuck by making money the bad guy, until one day I read a book called You Are A Badass At Making Money. I was triggered. And then I realized I had the power to change my circumstances,” she says.

The ongoing case between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp has taken new turns to benefit the actress.
Heard recruited Roberta Kaplan –– who famously led the charge for same-sex marriage before the U.S. Supreme Court before leading the Time’s Up legal defense fund –– to her legal team to fight Johnny Depp. The actor is suing Heard for defamation, alleging that Heard's op-ed of domestic abuse in a 2018 Washington Post article tarnished his reputation.
Kaplan stated a dismissal memorandum, "There is a stark irony at the heart of this case. In December 2018, Defendant Amber Heard published an op-ed calling for 'changes to laws and rules and social norms' so that 'women who come forward to talk about violence receive more support.' She warned that such reform is necessary because powerful men who have been accused of violence will spare nothing to punish and harass their accusers. Months later, Plaintiff John C. Depp, II proved Ms. Heard's point by filing this defamation lawsuit."
Kaplan now wants Depp's arrest records and history of substance abuse, which he's refusing to turn over. The actress argues this information is key to show "the link between substance abuse and violence."
Kaplan stated, "It really is the height of hypocrisy for Mr. Depp, having sued Ms. Heard for $50 million, to refuse to produce evidence of his drug and alcohol addiction on the grounds of 'privacy,' while at the same time opposing a routine protective order that would ensure the privacy of Ms. Heard’s medical records and similar information."

Megan Fox opened up about falling apart and putting herself back together in a raw and revealing interview for the 10-year anniversary of the film “Jennifer’s Body.” https://t.co/GWWimaQ987— HuffPost (@HuffPost) September 18, 2019
10 years after the release of Jennifer's Body, Megan Fox reunited with director Diablo Cody and sat down with Entertainment Tonight to discuss the film, and the "psychological breakdown" she suffered after its release.
When Jennifer's Body hit theaters on Sept. 18, 2009, it was met with mixed reviews and poor box office sales. The sexualization of the film's marketing (that Cody says solely targeted young males) became a breaking point for the actress, who felt objectified and sexualized throughout her early career.
"It wasn't just that movie, it was everyday of my life, all the time, with every project I worked on and every producer I worked with. I think I had a genuine psychological breakdown where I wanted just nothing to do. I didn't want to be seen, I didn't want to have to take a photo, do a magazine, walk a carpet, I didn't want to be seen in public at all because the fear, and the belief, and the absolute certainty that I was going to be mocked, or spat at, or someone was going to yell at me, or people would stone me or savage me for just being out… so I went through a very dark moment after that."
The actress reveals even when she'd try speaking out against her experiences, the response was very different in a pre-#MeToo world:
"I feel like I was sort of out and in front of the #MeToo movement before the #MeToo movement happened. I was speaking out and saying, 'Hey, these things are happening to me and they're not OK,' and everyone was like, 'Oh well, f**k you. We don't care, you deserve it.' Because everybody talked about how you looked or how you dressed or the jokes you made."
Fox eventually shifted her focus towards her relationship with Brian Austin Green (the pair wed in 2012), and had 3 kids. As for her career now?
"I get this all the time, people will be like, 'You just don't really work that much,' and it's like, I have given birth, I have gestated and given birth to three children. I stared in a movie that opened worldwide, number one -- twice! I was on a critically acclaimed sitcom. I f**king executive produced and created a show about archaeological controversies! How much more f**king productive does a f**king women need to be? F**k you!"

Just a week after launching a campaign for re-election, a picture of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has surfaced with him in brownface (Which doesn't seem like a deep enough term for it, that's...insanely dark).

Present-Day Trudeau says He's sorry and asks Canadians for forgiveness. "I take responsibility for my decision to do that ... it was something that I didn't think was racist at the time, but now I recognize it was something racist to do."
