Bhad Bhabie is Selling Some "Fraudulent" Makeup

Ummmm... OP is befuddled by what the kids do these days as work. The bootleg Lean On Me extra, Danielle Bregoli is now the face of a line called Copycat Beauty. The company, on some absolute clownery boasts that it makes cheap dupes for high end beauty products. This child signed a $900,000 six month deal to be a spokesperson for the brand. If you look on the Copycat site, it even tells you what palette it's inspired by. Y'all they didn't even arrange the colors on the palettes - it be looking identical. OP gives it until this weekend before they all get hit with cease and desists!

Am I out of touch? No! It's the children who are wrong.

The cast list is pictured above but the main roles are:

Cheryl Blossom as Heather Chandler
Veronica Lodge as Heather McNamara
Betty Cooper as Heather Duke

Sweet Pea as J.D.

Margot Robbie talks about being pressured to have children after marriage

After marrying her husband, Tom Ackerley, two years ago, Margot Robbie says she constantly gets asked in interviews when she's going to have children.

“I got married and the first question in almost every interview is ‘Babies? When are you having one?’ I’m so angry that there’s this social contract. You’re married, now have a baby. Don’t presume. I’ll do what I’m going to do.”

“It [makes] me really angry. How dare some old guy dictate what I can and can’t do when it comes to motherhood or my own body?”, she says of interviewers who pressure her with questions about conceiving.

John Mayer for GQ: “2019 is the year of coziness”

Original white guy with guitar John Mayer graces the pages of GQ Magazine for the month of February. Mayer attempts to serve looks and give his best fashion advice. “The year 2019 is the year of coziness. Of waving your freak flag high. Ladies and gentlemen, the haters have revealed themselves to be ultimately ineffective. You are free to wear what you please, to sing what you like, and to see what else you can get away with. The only consequence of failure in fashion is that you shrug it off, have a laugh, dig up some more inspiration, and try again tomorrow,” writes a very deep and inspirational Mayer.

Joe Alwyn on playing a Nazi, a slaveholder and a rapist: "I don't think they're just bad bad people"

Actor Joe Alwyn recently gave an interview with fashion outlet Mr. Porter where he talked about privacy, his relationship with Taylor Swift, and some of his movie roles.

When asked if he's playing a slaveholder in an upcoming Harriet Tubman movie he responded: “I am. I’m not playing Harriet, not this time”.

When the interviewer brought up that Joe's short resume already includes him playing a Nazi, a slaveholder, and a rapist he said:
“I mean, I don’t feel like they’re just bad, bad people.” “And I do think it’s interesting to look at the bigger picture of why people are the way they are.”

Kirsten Dunst Refuses To Diet Despite $10 Million Offer

  • An insider told Radar Online that Kirsten Dunst allegedly hasn't accepted a $10 million offer to be in a "Bring It On" reboot because it would require her to go to a "brutal body boot camp".

  • The insider says that the actress didn't lose all of the baby weight she gained yet and isn't in a rush to do so.

  • Ennis (her 8 months old son) has been her priority and she's enjoying the laid-back life of being mostly a full-time mom right now. She also never liked working out.

  • She hasn't said yes to the offer, but she hasn't said no either.

Indie Film Release Guide: January 18th [An ONTD Original]

ONTD Indie Release Guide Graphic.png

Glass, the sequel to M. Night Shyamalan's 2016 film Split being released this weekend, doesn't face any competetion from major studio releases, but the indie slate is pretty full. If none of these float your boat (and since it's January, that's pretty likely), check your local listings for end of 2018 films you may have missed, like Mary, Queen of Scots, If Beale Street Could Talk, and On the Basis of Sex.

The films listed are from studios other than the “Big Six” - Paramount, Warner Brothers, 20th Century Fox, Universal, Columbia and Disney. Note that some of the movies listed are in their first week or two of limited release in the USA, so it may take them a few more weeks (or months) to show up in your local arthouse theater or on VOD. Check out the posts from the past few weeks for more movies that may have just opened near you: January 11th, January 4th, December 28th.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly

Stars: Sean Schemmel, Christopher Sabat, Chris Ayres, Vic Mignogna
Writer: Akira Toriyama
Director: Tatsuya Nagmine
Genre: Animation, Action, Fantasy
Plot: Goku and Vegeta encounter Broly, a Saiyan warrior unlike any fighter they've faced before.
What you should know: You might not think of this as an indie, which is perfectly understandable. But since it wasn’t released by a major studio, it makes the cut for the purposes of this post. Also of note: it made 7 million dollars last night.
Opens in: Wide release

'Happy Death Day 2U' gets release date moved up

Universal had the anticipated sequel set to release on Valentine's Day, but Feb 14th is also the one year anniversary of the Parkland shooting in Florida.

"When Universal Pictures became aware last week that the one-year anniversary of the tragic events in Parkland, Florida fell on the Happy Death Day 2U release date, the studio spoke with victim advocates and immediately began the process of changing the release date of the film. Following discussions with its partners in exhibition, Universal will move the North American release date to February 13."

The Parkland survivors became media sensations for their brave activism and constant dunking on shit politicians early last year. The March for Our Lives event was a huge success and spawned many other sister marches across the globe.

Grimes and Azealia Banks Subpoenaed in Tesla Lawsuit

Whew!!!!! Okay, so last year Elon Musk decided to impress his new girlfriend, c/Grimes/ Claire when she taught him the meaning of the term 420. Elon Musty who thought this hilarious decided to tweet out that he was going to take Tesla from a public company to private one and joke about the shares being $420 a pop. The SEC did not take too kindly to Musk's tweet as this tempts shareholders to short sell their stock. The SEC charged him with fraud and to avoid time in the pokey, Musk paid a fine of $20 million and was forced to step down as Tesla chairman.

But the investors ain't done as they have subpoenaed wholesale chicken supplier and former rapper Azealia Banks and her (former?) friend Grimes to produce their back and forth text messages and other evidence that can be used against Musty. Tesla investors are suing Musk about the misleading tweet costing shareholders millions of bucks. Grimes is thought to be the last person Musty spoke with before sending the now deleted tweet while Banks was trying to sell soaps in their driveway.

Netflix Will Not Remove Lac-Mégantic Footage From Bird Box

Netflix has been criticized by the Mayor of Lac-Mégantic, a Canadian town that was the centre of a freight train derailment that destroyed half the town's downtown area and killed 47 people in 2013.

Real footage from the disaster was used in a Netflix television series called Travelers, as well as in the recent hit movie Bird Box, which stars Sandra Bullock and was viewed by over 45 million people.

Producers of the film said that they bought rights to the footage from a stock footage company.

Netflix says they will not be removing nor replacing the footage in Bird Box despite the outcry from Lac-Mégantic residents.

Cate Blanchett's upcoming movie pushed 5 months cuz August is a good time for women-led movies

I can't fit the word ~~allegedly~~ in the title because it's already too damn long, but apparently Cate Blanchett's upcoming movie 'Where’d You Go, Bernadette' has been pushed to an August 9 release from its original March 22 opening.

Why, you ask? Meghan Ellison in her infinite wisdom and decades of studio work and her team at Annapurna Pictures gave this reason:

August has served well as a launching pad for release of female-skewing films such as “Crazy Rich Asians,” “Florence Foster Jenkins” and “Julie and Julia.”

Also it's apparently a good change of pace from all the summer blockbusters and action movies??? It should be noted it'll now be going up against Disney's 'Artemis Fowl' adaptation so... dunno where the logic is there.

Y'all ready to see this uber quirkfest from Richard Linklater which will only be in very select theaters in late summer anyway?

Steve-O once snorted cocaine mixed with HIV-positive blood

Steve-O is no stranger to drugs, he recalls having his first drink around age 8.
His parents, who introduced him to alcohol, would allow him to drink on New Year’s Eve.
One day he went to Everything’s house to buy drugs. He found Everything, who also used drugs, passed out.
Everything, the drug dealer was known to inject himself with cocaine, often resulting in blood splatter on the walls.

“I went over to the table to scrape up a pile of cocaine to snort it, but as I had sat down looking at it, there was, of course, blood had been squirted. You could see, like, the little tiny little blood splatter on the residue. This is how desperate and pathetic my addiction was, that I sat there, like, knowingly scraping up this tainted, like, blood cocaine and I sat there and snorted it, which is so f—-d up."

“I snorted the blood of an intravenous drug user. At that point, I had already been through … I had HIV tests so many times. Over and over. It’s like all these years later. I just don’t have it.”
