Tiffany Pollard was born in Utica, New York, in 1982. Her father and mother, Michelle Rothschild-Patterson, are evangelist reverends. To this day, Tiffany is a conservative Christian. The culture in her small town encouraged people to blend in instead of standing out, but she "always prayed to be famous,” She would wear six-inch fingernails and purple lipstick in class.

Melissa Joan Hart told her 6-year-old son that only people who believe in Jesus are 'good'



Melissa Joan Hart recently told her 6-year-old son to be wary of people who don't believe in Jesus.
"We don't know if these people are good people. We don't know if they believe in Jesus. And he really took the Jesus part to heart."

After Hart's son made friends with a Jewish boy, he asked his mother, "If you're Jewish, how do you get to heaven?"
Hart said she had some "heated" discussions with the Jewish boy's mother but did not elaborate.

Hart said that she reflected upon the warning she gave her son, but did not say whether she regretted it or not.

Many critics online blasted Hart for being anti-Semetic because her specific example was involving a Jewish child.
Others criticized Hart more generally for suggesting that anyone who's not a Christian cannot be a good person.

Pray4Soulja: Rapper Soulja Boy's car among those trapped in California mudslide



It hasn’t been a great start to to 2019 for rap superstar and former gaming entrepreneur DeAndre Cortez Way, known professionally as Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em. Just last month, Nintendo came for DeAndre Way’s bootleg gaming business and forced the “Kiss Me Thru The Phone” rapper to remove all of “his” game consoles from SouljaWatch.Com (don’t worry, you can still purchase a SouljaWatch, Nintendo had no interest in “his other” electronics).

And just yesterday, Soulja Boy’s vehicle was caught in the middle of a California mudslide in Malibu. A powerful storm that went through California over the weekend shut down the Pacific Coast Highway and trapped several motorists in flash floods and mudslides.

“My car got stuck too almost went into the ocean,” the rapper said on his Twitter account Sunday morning.

He added, “Was involved in a very bad car accident last night due to a flash flood and mud slide. I still haven’t got my car back it’s stuck in the water in the middle of the mud slide/flood.”

But the rapper then took to Instagram to count his blessings saying, “I’m just thankful to be alive, I don’t care about the car it’s materialistic you can’t take it with you when you’re gone.”

Demi Lovato Calls Out "Disgusting" Ad On Instagram


- Demi Lovato noticed an ad for Game of Sultans that referred to one character as "obese" and the other as "pretty."

- She wrote on Insta Stories, "Why is this fat shaming bullshit on my feed? So many things wrong with this ad.1. You can be 'pretty' at any weight."

-Instagram has removed the ad. Meanwhile, Demi has been called out for promoting detox tea on Instagram.

Dame Dash says Jay-Z knew about R-Kelly's alleged sexual abuse



JAY-Z's relationship with R. Kelly played a role in Roc-a-Fella's downfall.
Roc-a-Fella co-founder Dame Dash said he tuned into Surviving R. Kelly, the series wasn't easy to watch, as it evoked painful memories about Aaliyah.
Dash and Aaliyah met in 2000 and continued to date until the singer's tragic death in 2001. 
After Aaliyah died, Kelly and JAY released The Best of Both Worlds, a collaborative album that Dash strongly opposed.
Dash said JAY knew about Kelly's alleged sexual abuse of young girls, including Aaliyah.
Dash claims he refused to be credited on the album.
He donated his profits to a breast cancer awareness organization Aaliyah supported.

Have you ever wished you had a moment where you mic-dropped out of a conversation? Or gotten back at someone after years and years of shower conversations with yourself? Here are five cinematic moments like that from five films from the 90s.

1. Muriel’s Wedding (1994): Rhonda proves to be the bestest friend Muriel could ask for.

In the 1994 Australian classic film that launched Toni Collette and Rachel Griffths film careers, Toni stars as the titular Muriel, an ABBA and marriage obsessed social misfit who follows her mean girl friends to Hibiscus Island. There she bumps into Rhonda (Rachel Griffiths), an old class mate who laments about how the mean girl group made her life hell in high school and how she wishes she could get them back, cue the most savage smack down in Australian cinematic history.

During the Golden Globe's opening bit, Sandra Oh made a reference to white-washed movie roles, and Emma Stone shouted "I'm sorry!" from the audience.

Nicole Kidman's husband was briefly interviewed on CNN's New Years Eve telecast and Nicole was at his side when one of the anchors asked her when Big Little Lies season 2 would premiere.

"June, I think. We’re looking at June,” Kidman said when asked. “We’re still in the midst of editing it, but, um, thanks for asking ’cause we’re glad that people are excited about it.”

-Kendall said it was something that happened to her at 14.
