Lindsay Lohan has lost the appeal for her lawsuit against Take-Two Interactive
In the lawsuit she claimed the video game’s creators used her likeness without permission.
In Thursday’s decision, Judge Eugene Fahey shaded Lohan:
“The artistic renderings are indistinct, satirical representations of the style, look and persona of a modern, beach-going young woman that are not reasonably identifiable as [Lohan].”
Zedd is one of the most successful DJs in the world right now. His songs “The Middle,” “Stay,” “Break Free,” and “Clarity” have all held their own on Billboard's Top 100—and he won a Grammy for “Clarity” in 2014. Zedd's ultra-modern Los Angeles mansion is a serious feat of architecture. Inside the 9,400-square-foot house, Zedd has created a space devoted to fun — from the full-size Skittles vending machine to the dining table's built-in hibachi grills. Zedd calls one of his rooms the Costco Room, “I call it the Costco room, and the goal for me was to stack everything up with anything I could ever use so I eventually don’t have to leave the house.” Inside are endless paper towels, toilet paper, tissues and a giant fridge. His humble abode resides in Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills. As if the endless space and amenities weren’t enough, he admits the house isn’t done yet: He’s adding a “guest house-bowling alley complex” in the backyard.
From the deleted scenes of Paul Thomas Anderson's Oscar nominated film Phantom Thread, Lesley Manville's Cyril and and Daniel Day-Lewis' Reynolds have a food fight at the breakfast table.
It is positively relentless, and ends with Daniel Day-Lewis getting a faceful of jam.
As a part of the Almeida Theatre 'Figures of Speech' collection, Game of Thrones/Misfits/Olivier award-winner Iwan Rheon took the time to recite ten minutes of Fidel Castro's famous 1953 speech. While some people forget he's an actor and stay mad about him promoting a "communist manifesto," most reaction seems to be mostly praise for the impassioned performance.
The retired actress/paparazzi ninja stepped out in pajamas to promote her new clothing line in New York and New Mexico.
The new line is called "Everyday Chic" and uses a lot of dresses and t-shirts and a lot of loose clothing. She also focuses on head wraps, pockets and slip on dresses.
Her mother's fashion advice growing up was "never leave the house without lipstick on." She doesn't know what advice she'll pass to her daughters (almost four and almost two), she just wants them to be in pajamas and happy.
Her longtime partner/husband/whatever Ryan Gosling- or, her "man"- was also an inspiration for the line. She went through a phase when she wore his clothes constantly and she wanted to replicate that comfort. Her line will release a "boyfriend cardigan" soon that's inspired by one of his sweaters.
Miscellaneous Gosling tidbits from her interviews, since she seems more comfortable publicly talking about him now (Ryan has been mostly MIA publicly as he works on a Neil Armstrong biopic, but was recently snapped out with Eva's mother so he's alive):
She credits her family, "a great man" and his family for her being able to do it all without a nanny. But she says it's still hard and most women go through the same battle.
When asked if the constant tabloid rumors about her and Gosling being separated or having problems are true, she says "no way."
When asked which director could bring her out of acting retirement, she says "Ryan Gosling as the director" and says while it won't happen any time soon, they do plan on working together again.
Some of us got to grow up during the golden age of Disneychannel (2000-2007ish) and honestly looking back, they served bops on bops for our childhood. I was listening to Cheetah Girls via the previous Cardi B postnot that I listen to them on the regular and I was going through some more of the catalog of Disney and they go hardTt. Of course they're cheesy even for their time but they are still remain anthems... lil girls and lil gays of the '00s were lipsyncing for our lives in the living rooms to the (not in any order and not limited to [cause I know some of y'all stay pressed thinking it would be an end all be all list]) following songs -
1. Don't Even Try It by The Moist Towelettes (from Pixel Perfect)
No lie this song was the reason I started making this list. I was watching bits of Pixel Perfect and this band only came on for like 15 seconds after the main band of the movie did not get a gig bc they did not have 'the image'. The screening guy was persuaded by Moist Towelttes with their Y2K pop girl band routine with synchronized choreo. This song gives me t.A.T.u teas in the chorus.
DON'T EVEN TRY IT WHAT PART OF NO DON'T YA UNDERSTAND DON'T EVEN TRY IT SAY GOODNIGHT, SAY GOODBYE DON'T EVEN TRY IT
2. What Dreams Are Made Of by Paolo and Isabella (from The Lizzie McGuire Movie)
Iconic... the piano rendition, a eurodance uptempo mix, an outfit change (which probably originated by Legend X's), the lights changing when she sings 'technicolor'. Now all of us wished we could go on a getaway to another country and fill in for a native pop sensation. And no you probably did hear right - some of the sung parts do not sound like her in the bridge and last chorus. But who cares cause we and lil Lizzie were gettin our LIVES. yes I know the movie was a theatrical release and is not a DCOM but I need to plug
(lipsyncs to some other woman's voice) DREEAAAMS
3. Supernova Girl by Microbe (from Zenon Girl of the 21st Century)
Ziggy Stardust hew? Protozoa gave us 80s new wave electro beats and a dance moves while playing guitar. This is the TRUE POC English prince of pop and glam rock we needed.

The third installment will be tentatively titled Bill & Ted Face the Music -- three decades after the last film. Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon reunited with Reeves and Winter back in 2007. “Chris and Ed came to us in 2007 with the idea of doing it,” Reeves said, “They pitched us an idea. It sounded great.” That was a decade-and-change ago. “I think it’s kind of like A Christmas Carol with Bill and Ted,” Solomon said. “Looking at their lives, and really kind of rediscovering what they’re about.” Galaxy Quest’s Dean Parisot has been attached as the director.
Katy Perry visited the Japanese television show Sukkiri Thursday (Mar. 29) In the midst of the sold out Asian leg of her Witness tour. The New York Times is reporting that the morning after Donald Trump won the Presidential Election, executives held a meeting to address the lack of economic diversity on their network.
ABC had spent years cultivating shows from people of color, different religious backgrounds and different perspectives on gender but not taken on the reality of how other people in other economic brackets are living.
ABC President Channing Dungey said: "We had not been thinking nearly enough about economic diversity and some of the other cultural divisions within our own country.
Dungey sad this led them to revive both Roseanne and America Idol. He said "Idol is about the American Dream. It's about a girl with a cowboy hat and a boy with a banjo and people from small towns where music has saved their lives in different ways.”
The article notes the ABC intends to continue greenlighting shows that show the other side of economic diversity. "In recent history we haven’t paid enough attention to some of the true realities of what life is like for everyday Americans in our dramas. We intend to take that into discussion in the future".
Conservative political commentator Ben Shapiro tweeted his problems with the new Roseanne show, arguing that the series was too liberal despite the title character voting for Trump, citing how Roseanne accepted her gender nonconforming grandson and supported a woman's right to choose. "The whole premise of 'Roseanne' is that this pro-abortion, pro-LGBT woman who is happy to watch her grandson wear girls' clothing voted Trump -- because she's blue collar. That isn't an accurate depiction of Trump voters."
Like several other luminaries of French cinema, Catherine Breillat has a negative view of the #MeToo movement.
About Harvey Weinstein “Despite everything, I think that Europeans have lost a lot with the loss of Harvey Weinstein. You have to remember that there are French producers who we haven’t denounced — I won’t mention them; I won’t mention names, although I know three who are extremely respected — I don’t know why they weren’t denounced as well. They absolutely had their place.”
About Jessica Chastain “Long before the #MeToo movement started, I was very upset when Jessica Chastain made statements against the film ‘Last Tango in Paris.’ If you listen to her, that film should never have been made. To listen to her, Maria Schneider was raped. But Jessica Chastain wasn’t there, and it’s not true — I was on set. The scene was fiction.”
France’s equivalent of #MeToo “I’m absolutely against #BalanceTonPorc (France’s equivalent of #MeToo). It’s too easy to accuse people via hashtags anonymously; we have a justice system. And France, too, has a history with ‘balance ton juif,’ ‘denounce your jew.’ We know the hashtag #BalanceTonPorc was invented out of vengeance. This isn’t to diminish women; there are real rapes and real violence. In French, the word violence contains viol: rape. That’s why the reception of my films was frequently so devastating.”
“I said that I would share this journey with y’all, the weight loss and getting healthy. And today when I got on the scale, since I was 17 years old, I’ve been over 200 pounds. Today was the first time in my adult life that I’ve been under 200 pounds. So I wanted to let y’all know it’s possible, we can do it and we can get there. For me it was with no surgery, no pre-packaged foods, not listening to no spokespeople saying, ‘It’s easy, you can do it.’ It was just putting in the work and not giving up on me. So I want to share with y’all what it looked like on the scale this morning, and I want to share with y’all the goodness that you can eat and still drop this weight. It’s called raw foods, it’s called dancing your pounds off. It’s called giving yourself the chance to live the best life you can live. Thank you all for sharing my journey.”

Shawn Mendes sat down with "Hot Ones" and gave an interview while he got hot and bothered eating wings.
In the interview he says people up North are supremely kind. “Yes, it’s probably true, but it’s annoying. We’re way too polite,” “I caught myself driving down the highway and some guy cut me off and I went to honk at him and I then stopped myself from honking,” he recalled. “Is that really how we are in Canada? Like we actually don’t honk? It gets really annoying. So it’s a good and a bad thing.”
