Sarah Silverman and Michael Sheen attend GQ Men of the Year party

Sarah Silverman and Michael Sheen made a joint appearance at the GQ Men of the Year 2014 party in Los Angeles on Thursday, December 4.

In another recent appearance, Silverman and Sheen were interviewed together for The Nerdist podcast, where they chatted about their first date (a tennis match) and pet hates (Sheen's love of dodgy puns).

When Sheen praised his "funny and smart" 30 Rock co-star Tina Fey, Silverman jokingly interrupted: "Why don't you fuck her?!"

Asked about their plans for later that night, Silverman quipped, "We're going to have a fight about Tina Fey on the ride home."

The couple began dating in January 2014.

Drake's throwaway track nominated for TWO Grammy's

Who else but the boy? It's pretty obvious by now, Champagne Papi cannot lose. Drake is known for keeping his fanbase fed by dropping tracks in between albums and it looks like those treats have paid off. The Canadian rapper released "0 to 100/The Catchup" back in June and it was recently nominated for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song at the 2015 Grammy Awards. When will your fave?

Newcomer Makonnen has also reaped the benefits of having Drake on a track. The Atlanta rapper received a nomination for Tuesday (Remix) in the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration category which features the Degrassi: TNG actor. Makonnen was signed to Drake's OVO Sound label two weeks after the release of Tuesday (Remix).

Ben Affleck questions the role of international NGOs, talks about his work in Eastern Congo

Ben Affleck recently sat down with Marketplace's host David Brancaccio to talk about his foundation, the Eastern Congo Initiative.

On traditional aid: "When we looked at aid and traditional aid and aid models and [at] what was successful, we found a really mixed bag. In fact, opponents of aid will point out that $50 billion has been given over the last 70 years, and there hasn't been much progress. Part of what we believed was that that was because, in large measure, it was about western people paying themselves to go over there and sort of wander around and do very short-term projects. So we wanted to do something sustainable that would raise incomes and that would be there long after we were gone. And so what we chose was coffee and cocoa. Both of which [for] the Congolese were huge businesses and huge agricultural sources of revenue before the war."

On being just another guy from California: "We don't go in and dictate terms. One of the flaws that we identified when I first started traveling and doing research was that you have large NGOs who sort of plant themselves in the region and say, "This is how you're going to do it." And I sort of liken it to as if the Chinese showed up in Iowa and said, "No, no, no this is how you're going to farm." They may have a good technique for farming, but the cultural issues and the dramatic change would be such that it would be counterproductive. So what we do is we identify the community organizations who are already in the communities. Who already have the relationships. Who are already leaders in the communities. Who have experience with what they're doing, and we help foster growth with them. We help support them. We help expand what they can do.... I am keenly aware of the fact that I am a guy from California. That despite the fact that I've been [to] the region nine times, and have done a lot of research and know a lot of people down there, that doesn't make me an expert. What makes me smart is that I listen to experts, and most of all I listen to the Congolese."

Helping farmers to trade internationally: "We work with about 4,000 coffee farmers and about 1,000 farmers on the cocoa side. What we did was build capacity. We said, 'Hey, you need to make slightly better products so that they can be traded on the open market.' We brought in partners like Joe Whinney of Theo Chocolate. Theo started by buying 28 tonnes and this year they've purchased 700 tonnes of cocoa, which is enough to make 10 million chocolate bars. They are in the marketplace. This is trade, not aid. Agricultural conditions are prime for this kind of production. We've leveraged our position to do public-private partnerships. On the coffee side, we brought in USAID and our friend Howard Buffet to work with these three cooperatives - 4,000 coffee farmers. Starbucks just made their very first purchase of Congolese coffee. 40 tonnes - that's 2.5 million cups of coffee. It arrived in Seattle last week. Those are the kinds of efforts that we think will bear longterm fruit. We also make all sorts of grants to community-based organisations but we recognise that creating wealth, creating jobs for people is the most potent way to achieve change."

Analysis of Disney Female Leads Proves Pretty Much What We Already Know

Since we're always discussing the injustice of not having enough diversified princesses/leads, Buzzfeed did an analysis of main Disney princesses and leads and compared hair color, eye color, race, origin, skills, status of parents, status of royalty, whether they wear pants or not, etc. Most of the article is pictures.

What characteristics/traits do you want to see in a Disney lead?

Several people have the full event on YouTube but I didn't include it since it's over three hours and contains a full movie. It was insanity but fun to watch. The Christmas With Friends album is currently available on iTunes and it features several people from Supernatural on it as well (Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins, Richard Speight Jr, Rob Benedict, Julie McNiven).
