Billy Eichner Screamed in Letterman's Face and They Both Loved It

The beauty of Billy Eichner's humor is that it isn't exactly understated. Not everyone appreciates it (dummies), but thankfully, Dave Letterman does.

Eichner appeared on last night's episode of The Late Show and delighted Dave and the audience alike with a game of "Celebrity Child or Kentucky Derby Winner?" As is often the case with Billy on the Street games, it devolved into a lot of screaming. That said, Letterman came away pretty happy and $18 richer.

Sighhhh, some TV hosts get to have all the fun.

Bastian Schweinsteiger Spotted Holding Hands With Ana Ivanovic During A Stroll In NYC

A snap of FC Bayern Munich star player Bastian Schweinsteiger and tennis hottie Ana Ivanovic holding hands while strolling in New York City recently is making headlines. Various media outlets could only speculate Schweinsteiger and Ivanovic are dating.

On Sept. 11, German news outlet, posted a picture of Schweinsteiger walking hand in hand with a mystery woman. The picture was altered, enough to thrill people, to hide the identity of the woman.

However, Bild eventually disclosed the true identity of the woman and revealed it was the 10th-ranked female tennis athlete Ana Ivanovic. According to Bild, Schweinsteiger and Ivanovic acted intimately and relaxed during their stroll in Manhattan. However, nothing has been officially confirmed yet.

Ivanovic has reportedly dated a number of athletes in the past. She has dated fellow tennis player Fernando Verdasco in 2008, but parted ways a year later.

As for Schweinsteiger, he used to date model Sarah Brandner. In Schweinsteiger's profile in the Bundesliga website, it has been said he met Brandner while shopping in Munich. Then, he stumbled upon her again during a vacation in Ibiza.

Neither Ivanovic nor Schweinsteiger have commented on the rumour. Ivanovic is currently in Tokyo as seen on her latest social media post. She will compete in the Pan Pacific Open, which starts on Sept. 15. In August, Ivanovic nominated Schweinsteiger for the ice bucket challenge.

Kelly Ripa is a size Queen y'all

If you have a day job, the odds are pretty good that you don’t watch Live with Kelly and Michael on ABC every morning at 9:00 a.m. Normally, that might be a good thing. On Wednesday morning, however, Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan actually got pretty hilarious while discussing Apple’s new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

“How big are we talking? How big is big?” Kelly asked Michael as the two discussed the brand new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus that had been unveiled by Apple less than a day earlier. “Show me with your fingers,” she then told the show’s producer.

Frat's Taylor Swift Lip Dub Is Better Than Taylor Swift Herself

Shrug off whatever Taylor Swift was doing in her embarrassing and problematic video for "Shake It Off" and make Delta Sigma Phi - Beta Mu's one-take wonder the official version you groove to. Pros include: No homophobia (good work, Frat!), no tweaking, and hella cute dudes.

The guys who made this video at Transylvania University (which is in Kentucky and not located in Dracula's castle — although, how cool would that be?) are pretty impressive. Not only must they have rehearsed this thing forever (because this is all ONE TAKE, you guys), but they seem like they're actually a pretty nice group of dudes, too. I know you can't tell that just by looking at someone, but guys singing unironically to Taylor Swift while not doing any weird "no homo" stuff and not even trying to be sexy (or twerking) (oh god, the twerking) seem like they'd be pretty down-to-earth and let all of us just hang with them and drink beer and listen to the latest Katy Perry and discuss her feud with T-Swizzle while keeping our grades up.

The biggest surprise for me was how many guys are in this frat. The videos I've seen about college fraternities usually feature 5-8 guys max. Live and learn, I guess!

Is 29 & married make it too late to get a college boyfriend because umm, them guys w/ beards tho. Also, I used Jezebel as a source. Please don't judge me, ONTD. I am already judging myself

Step aside, Emily Thorne; there’s a new Revenge-r in town.

ABC on Friday unveiled the key art for Revenge‘s upcoming fourth season, which finds the soap’s reigning queens turning the Hamptons into their own personal battleground.
And considering the season’s tagline (“What goes around comes around”), we’re not sure which woman should be more afraid!

Check out the full-sized image, then drop a comment with your hopes for Season 4.

This is ancient but noone posted it and the world would be too dark a place if OUAT got a poster post and Revenge didn't.

An interview with Queen of the Clouds & 2014's Pop Savior, Tove Lo!

Tove Lo isn’t just ready to take over pop; she’s ready to conquer the whole atmosphere. Her full-length Queen of the Clouds [out Sept. 30, iTunes link] flutters to new territory altogether with its unabashed lyrical honesty, lithe melodies, inventive instrumentation, and enigmatically engaging spirit. Simply put, it’s one of the most unique, unforgettable, and undeniable albums you’ll hear all year. This is the birth of the icon and Queen of the Clouds.

In this exclusive interview with editor in chief Rick Florino, Tove Lo talks the album and so much more.

Did you approach Queen of the Clouds with a defined vision?
With the EP, Truth Serum, it was sort of accidental when I looked at the songs I wanted. I had written so much at the time. I looked at the songs I picked, and I was like, "Hey, this is the story of this relationship!" That was unplanned [Laughs]. For the album, I have it in the back of my head, but I don't write according to it. I write whatever I need to write about. Usually, I write way more than what's on the album. I have so many demos I pick from. I did know that I wanted it to be cohesive and have some storyline. I didn't expect it to be the pattern of all my relationships, but it's turned out that way. Queen of the Clouds is three chapters of how things usually go for me in a relationship.

Is storytelling an important part of songwriting for you?
Aside from my own life, I get a lot of inspiration, and it's like I have a movie rolling in my head when I write the lyrics. I want people to be able to see and feel that situation I was in or that they've been in. It's really important to me that comes through in the song.

Jessica Alba Felt Insecure With Herself Until She Hit 30

In a new interview on The Meredith Vieira Show, Jessica admitted that when she was growing up, she felt insecure with herself.

“My teens and my 20s I just wasn’t sure of myself and I was always kind of insecure and I always felt I needed to apologize for myself,” Jessica said. “After I became, first of all, 30 and being a mom of two, I just sort of came into myself as a woman and now I have a company.”

"NO GOOD DEED" (Idris Elba, Taraji P. Henson) #1 at U.S. Box Office

Variety: "No Good Deed" Easily Dominates "Dolphin Tale 2" at Friday Box Office

There’s a new “guardian” of the box office.

A newcomer, Idris Elba and Taraji P. Henson’s “No Good Deed,” has finally pushed “Guardians of the Galaxy” off its throne. The Sony thriller opened to $8.8 million Stateside on Friday and is headed for a $24 to $25 million launch that will provide a much-needed boost to the historically low U.S. box office earnings.

Warner Bros.’ “Dolphin Tale 2” was runner-up on Friday, while Marvel-Disney’s “Guardians” is far from out of the game at number three, ahead of Fox Searchlight’s “The Drop.”

“No Good Deed” stars Elba as an escaped convict who terrorizes Henson (a DA-turned-stay-at-home) and her two children in their own house.

The film, which carries a modest $13 million production budget, stands to benefit from targeting under-served African American audiences. It reunites Elba with his “Luther” TV show director, Sam Miller, and “Obsessed” producer, Will Packer, who is also behind the “Think Like a Man” franchise, which stars Henson. Lee Clay co-produced with Packer.

The Science of Pacific Rim: Brain-to-Brain Communication Makes "Drifting" Possible

Establishing for the first time that direct brain-to-brain communication is possible, a study demonstrates that it is possible to transmit thought from one person's mind to another miles away without the aid of speech or writing, nor the use of invasive technologies.

Essentially, a reading of the transmitting person's brain pattern for a specific word was converted into an electrical signal and transmitted over the internet. On the receiving end, the signal was converted into light flashes that the recipient could see and decipher.

In a paper entitled "Conscious Brain-to-Brain Communication in Humans Using Non-Invasive Technologies," the authors stress that this is a form of "mind-to-mind" transmission as opposed to "brain-to-brain," because "the origin and the destination of the communication involved the conscious activity of the subjects."

A team of scientists led by Dr. Giulio Ruffini of Starlab Barcelona in Spain successfully transmitted the words 'hola' and 'ciao' between two human subjects using electroencephalogram and robot-assisted and image-guided transcranial magnetic stimulation technologies linked together by the Internet.

The interface is reminiscent of the brain-to-brain "drifting" technology that is a cornerstone of the hit movie, Pacific Rim:

Mayim Bialik Is Not a Fan of Ariana Grande's Sexy Billboard Ads

Sex may sell -- but not to Mayim Bialik. As she shared on her blog on Friday, Sept. 12, the self-proclaimed "old-fashioned" actress is not a fan of billboards with sex-themed advertisements and images, in part because she worries about how they'll affect her two sons, ages 9 and 6.

"There is one for Ariana Grande, and I will go ahead and admit I have no idea who she is or what she does," the 38-year-old Big Bang Theory actress wrote. "Based on the billboard, she sells lingerie. Or stiletto heels. Or plastic surgery, because every woman over 22 wishes she has that body, I'm sure."

The post goes on to question how the 21-year-old "Problem" singer's outfit benefits her career. "Why is she in her underwear on this billboard though? And if she has a talent (is she a singer?), then why does she have to sell herself in lingerie?" Bialik mused. "I mean, I know that society is patriarchal and women are expected to be sexy and sexually available no matter what we do in society, but I guess now I need to explain that to my sons?"

Reviews for Before We Go: "Dear Captain America: Don’t quit your day job"

Indiewire: "Credit to Chris Evans for keeping his goals modest with his directorial debut "Before We Go," but unfortunately he can't clear the low bar he sets for himself with this strained romantic drama that struggles desperately to be engaging, charming or relatable ... Evans clearly aspires to make a breezy and relatable, Richard Linklater-esque walk-and-talk movie, but lacks the skills to make it feel natural ... If there is anything Chris Evans can take away from "Before We Go," it's that to treat it as a tremendous learning experience. That making a good film requires more than simply aping the structure and superficial qualities of better movies, and that there is much to be learned by digging deeper into the technical and emotional mechanics of what makes them work ... D grade"

Variety: "A missed train sets the stage for Chris Evans’ directorial debut, “Before We Go,” but dramatically speaking, this talky, contrived and ultimately tedious actors’ exercise never leaves the station. While Evans deserves credit for wanting to reveal a more serious, thoughtful side to himself than the Marvel universe will allow, a tepid homage (in title and form) to Richard Linklater, Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy’s “Before” trilogy may not have been the best idea ... Dear Captain America: Don’t quit your day job just yet."

Hollywood Reporter: "If you’re going to make an ultra-naturalistic, two-character, walking-and-talking romance that tips its hat to Before Sunrise, the film that began Richard Linklater’s exquisite trilogy, then it’s best to avoid a script loaded with contrived situations and over-written dialogue. That’s the obstacle that hobbles Before We Go, Chris Evans’ wispy directing debut, almost from the start. Bland characters don’t help much either ... The insubstantiality of this actor-driven exercise makes it seem simultaneously modest and a vanity project."

My beige queen LC got married!

LC is married! Lauren Conrad and William Tell have officially tied the knot, her rep exclusively confirms to Us Weekly. The pair said "I do" in an intimate ceremony in front of close friends and family along the coast of California on Saturday, Sept. 13.

"What a perfect way to start our lives together; surrounded by the people we love most," the happy couple tell Us in a statement.
Conrad, 28, and Tell, 34, met on Valentine's Day during a blind date set up by mutual friends in 2012. "My family loves him, so they love when we come to visit," Conrad told Us at Downy's Pop-Up Laundromat event in NYC that June. "We spend a lot of weekends there hanging out by the pool and doing nothing."

Wedding planning, however, would soon fill up Conrad's downtime. The former Laguna Beach and The Hills star announced in October 2013 that Tell popped the question -- also showing off her new round cut diamond engagement ring. "I am very excited to share with you guys that William and I got engaged over the weekend," she gushed. "I am beyond thrilled!"

More at the source, but it's pretty much just a recap of their relationship

No pictures or real details yet, unfortunately, but hopefully we get some documentation soon of her pinterest wedding! Post your fav Hills/LB gifs in honor of LC's big day :)

Social media helps ID photo found near ground zero

She loved the old photo. It features two smiling newlyweds, he in a white bow tie, she clutching a bouquet of yellow roses. In the company of a few formally attired friends, they’re outside in winter, backdropped by a snow-covered slope.

Until Friday night, Elizabeth Stringer Keefe didn’t know who any of the people in the photo were. She had become its caretaker a few weeks after 9/11, while visiting a friend who was living in Manhattan. She had been trying to identify those beaming faces ever since.

Every year Keefe, an assistant professor at Lesley University, shared the bent, nicked snapshot on social media, hoping someone could make a connection. Each anniversary, a handful of people commented on the photo on Facebook, and a few more shared it on Twitter.

LAPD Confuses Black "Django Unchained" Actress Kissing White Husband for Prostitute

African-American actress Danièle Watts claims she was "handcuffed and detained" by police officers from the Studio City Police Department in Los Angeles on Thursday after allegedly being mistaken for a prostitute.

According to accounts by Watts and her husband Brian James Lucas, two police officers mistook the couple for a prostitute and client when they were seen showing affection in public. Watts refused to show her ID to the cops when questioned and was subsequently handcuffed and placed in the back of their car while police attempted to ascertain her identity. The two officers released Watts shortly afterwards.

Taylor Swift Invites Fraternity To Concert After Shake It Off Video

Can't stop, won't stop grooving! The brothers of Transylvania University's Delta Sigma Phi fraternity just lip-synced their way onto Taylor Swift's Twitter feed. After a video of the Kentucky-based college students dancing and mouthing the lyrics to the pop superstar's No. 1 hit single "Shake It Off" went viral this week, Swift took to social media to praise the frat's performance -- and to offer a little reward for their creativity.

The video, posted Saturday, Sept. 6, features the brothers fake-singing along to Swift's super-catchy single while strutting up and down the hallways of their dorm. There are also groups of guys showing off their sweet moves in the adjoining rooms.

Since its posting less than a week ago, the video has been viewed more than 379,000 times -- a number that's sure to grow now that Swift has tweeted it out to her 43.7 million followers.
Think they'll have a problem getting dates for the concert?

Ultimate Fuckboy disses Naya Rivera

Big Sean has signed up with Roc Nation. And guess what else? The Detroit rapper is celebrating his new home by popping four brand new tracks onto his SoundCloud. The first one, “Paradise,” was produced by Mike WiLL Made-It.
