Ed Sheeran basically admits Niall Horan stole his girlfriend

Ed Sheeran pulls from his own life for song inspiration, which is why everyone was wondering who inspired the song about an ex cheating on him with a friend! Although it's rumored that "Don't" is about Niall Horan and Ellie Goulding, Ed has never confirmed or denied the gossip. However, in a new interview on Howard Stern's radio show, Ed hinted at some girl drama with one of the members of One Direction.

When asked whether "Don't" references one of the 1D guys, Ed initially refused to comment.

"The PinkPrint" album release still not determined

Nicki Minaj Pink Print album release still not determined, album will feature a collaboration with Remy Ma.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The 31-year-old Queens-born rapper is set to release a new album, titled The Pink Print.

According to sources, release was initially reported to be on November 28, but recently, Minaj reps informed Billboard that the release date has not yet been determined.

The album would follow Minaj's 2012 record Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. The hit, "Anaconda", "Pills N Potions", as well as "Chi-Raq" and the Soulja Boy-featuring "Yasss Bish!!", are just but a few of those songs Minaj previewed as new materials, but nonetheless, there is still no news on the tracklist.

During an interview with MTV, Minaj explains that the album's title is a "hats off" and reinterpretation to Jay-Z's famous 2001 LP, The Blueprint.

"I wanted to do that, I wanted to be like Jay Z," she explained. "I felt like with what I'm doing, I want female rappers to be able to pattern themselves with what I've done one day."

Minaj described the album as "more stripped", according to Billboard, where Minaj later gave the following quirky plug while on the red carpet of this years' Billboard Music Awards:
"It sounds like betrayal. It sounds like running. It sounds like fainting. It sounds like love. It sounds like... *gasp!*"

In an interview with Hot 97, Minaj explains her strong interest to collaborate with Remy Ma: the highly influential Bronx MC who had just finished an eight-year sentence for charges of assault, weapons possession and attempted coercion. "As soon as she get out, Rem holla at me," she said.

Kylie Jenner Spotted On Dinner Date With Close Rapper Pal Tyga In New York

Kylie Jenner appears to be spending an increasing amount of time with her rapper friend Tyga these days, with the pair spotted leaving a restaurant together on Sunday evening along with the reality star’s older sister Kendall Jenner, fuelling speculation about the nature of their friendship.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians sisters were seen leaving the Blue Ribbon Sushi restaurant yesterday hand-in-hand as they walked to their waiting car, with ‘Rack City’ rapper Tyga also heading into the same vehicle. Kylie, 17, was dressed to impress in a loose-fitting white t-shirt which she teamed with a pair of thigh-high boots, flashing her long legs. Model sister Kendall, 18, also looked gorgeous showing off her statuesque figure in a pair of leather fitted trousers and a white crop top, putting her taut stomach on show.

I get creep vibes from Tyga. Hopefully the two aren't dating because that's disturbing. I feel bad for Chyna the rumors must be embarrassing.

Tourgate 2014: Katy Perry shades Taylor Swift on Twitter?

Katheryn Perry tweeted this earlier tonight which might not make sense to the common pop observer but this is ONTD and we know our stuff! So as y'all know, earlier in the week Taylor Swift was whining yet again about a certain rival female singer who didn't respond to her cupcake baking invitation and also had the audacity to invite some of her dancers to come and dance in her own tour, thus "sabotaging" Taylor's tour (in Taylor's words of course). So has Katy turned the tables and exposed Taylor for what she really is or nah?

Ashley Tisdale Marries Fiance Christopher

Surprise -- this wildcat is taken!

Ashley Tisdale secretly married fiance Christopher French on Monday, Sept. 8, the actress confirmed via Instagram. "Best day of my life!" she gushed, alongside a snapshot with her new husband. "Introducing Mr and Mrs French Sept 8, 2014."

Tisdale, 29, and musician French got engaged last August on the 103rd floor of the Empire State Building in NYC. "He had been planning on it for awhile," a source told Us at the time. "She knew it was coming but she is so happy!"

Indeed, Tisdale was over the moon. "Best night of my life," the Disney alum tweeted. "We're on top of the world." That same month, the actress showed off her engagement ring on the red carpet at the 2013 InStyle Summer Soiree in West Hollywood on Aug. 14.

The new spouses first met in December 2012 and via mutual friends, according to an insider. "I think from the moment that him and I met, I just knew it," Tisdale gushed in an interview with On Air With Ryan Seacrest in December 2013. "I was like, 'Ok this is the guy,' and he knew the same thing. It doesn't get any better. I just can't explain it."

Tisdale was the guest of honor at a Miami, Fla. bachelorette party in May. She was joined by several close friends, including her former High School Musical costar and best friend Vanessa Hudgens. The gal pals spent the weekend partying at Purdy Lounge and stripped down to bikinis as they relaxed on a yacht.

This is the first marriage for both. Tisdale was briefly linked to Boys Like Girls' Martin Johnson in 2012 and previously dated Step Up Revolution director Scott Speer until their split in December 2011.

The Best Twitter Reactions to Apple's New iPhone 6, Watch, and Pay Service

It's that time of year again, when Apple tries to convince you to rebuy something you already have because it's a little bit bigger or smaller or thinner or whatever. The scoop from today's event: there's going to be an iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus (like most men, they rounded up; the plus size is actually only a 5.5-inch display), an Apple Watch (a timepiece that counts down to Fitbit's demise), and Apple Pay (you will now be able to pay for things with your phone because credit cards are too cumbersome). As with any cultural event or revolution, all our greatest minds flocked to Twitter to make sense of it all. Here are some of the best reactions to this march toward becoming that gold babe from Metropolis.

#WhyIStayed: Abuse survivors share their stories following Janay Rice's statement

On Monday morning, TMZ released a damning video of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice's violent attack on his then-fiancée Janay Palmer in February. The brutal video showed Rice knocking Palmer unconscious before dragging her out of an elevator. On Monday afternoon, the Ravens got rid of Rice, and the NFL announced he had been suspended indefinitely.

While many cheered the NFL's move to (finally) punish Rice's vicious behavior, too many media outlets immediately fell into a tired pattern of victim blaming. "Let's not all jump on the bandwagon of demonizing this guy," said Fox News contributor Ben Carson. "He obviously has some real problems, and his wife obviously knows that, because she subsequently married him."

Writer Beverly Gooden had heard enough. "I was watching the responses to the TMZ on my timeline, and I noticed a trend. People were asking 'why did she marry him?' and 'why didn't she leave him,'" Gooden told Mic. "When I saw those tweets, my first reaction was shame. The same shame that I felt back when I was in a violent marriage. It's a sort of guilt that would make me crawl into a shell and remain silent. But today, for a reason I can't explain, I'd had enough. I knew I had an answer to everyone's question of why victims of violence stay. I can't speak for Janay Rice, I can only speak for me."

Jhene Aiko, 'Souled Out': Track-by-Track Review

Jhené Aiko's songs are intimate conversations, which have flourished since the release of her 2011 mixtape Sailing Soul(s). Her vocals are lithe enough to seduce, while her sharp lyricism and wordplay are tools to knife through a man's crap.

On Aiko's major label debut, Souled Out, the cuts run deep, searing with spite and indifference. Often, she's calling a love interest out on his missteps. Even more, she looks inward, chronicling her wearisome romantic history. The bulk of the 12-song set is delivered in a quiet fashion, in the way the emotionless speak when their well's run dry.

Souled Out is an insular album, not meant to spill from nightclub speakers or queued up on playlists at house parties. It's 'party of one' music to overthink with and lines to quote when angry at a significant other--the soundtrack for hard times.

Check out Billboard's track-by-track breakdown of Jhené Aiko's Souled Out.Collapse )

Sip, se puede: Hennessy Cognac features Obama poster artist

The bottle: Hennessy V.S. Limited Edition, $32

The back story: What’s a quick and easy way to sell a few hundred thousand bottles of Cognac? Just put a label on it designed by the same street artist who created the iconic Obama “Hope” poster.

As strange as that may sound, it’s what the team at Hennessy Cognac seems to be thinking. The brand recently launched its Hennessy V.S. Limited Edition — “limited” in this case means 315,000 bottles — with a label courtesy of “Hope” artist Shepard Fairey, who’s also known for his “Obey” sticker campaign. It’s actually the fourth in an annual series by the famed Cognac brand (previous Hennessy editions have featured labels by similarly provocative artists, including graffiti specialist Futura X and toy designer KAWS).

Kevin Smith: My comments about Jennifer Garner were intended as a joke

Kevin Smith has said his recent comments about Jennifer Garner, the wife of his one-time collaborator Ben Affleck, were "blown up. It’s so embarrassing. For years, I’ve been telling the same joke where people will ask if I’ve seen Ben and I say, 'Oh, he’s married now and his wife doesn’t like me!'"

However, Smith acknowledged that there is "a seed of fuckin’ truth to it. She’s not like, “I don’t like Kevin Smith so you’re not allowed to hang out with him,” but I worked with her on Catch and Release, and we don’t have the same sense of humor."

While Smith hasn't seen Affleck in over two years, the actor remains "one of my favorite human beings on the planet because he’s so for-reals, funny, sharp, and witty."

It seems that the dislike between Smith and Garner is mutual. In 2011, Garner was asked about a 2003 Dinner for Five episode in which she threatened to kick Smith's "ass" for teasing Affleck. She insisted there was "no significance to that. We were not together. We had not been together. But Kevin is so harsh and relentless, and anyone who’s worked with Ben has seen that he’s so kind and generous to anyone that he works with—and certainly had been nothing but a gentleman to me, for the record. I couldn’t bear it—the injustice of it all! And Kevin and I still, if I see him, he spends the whole time tearing him down and I’m like, “Well, wait a minute! I think he’s great!”

First Look: "Scandal" Season 4

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Scandal is moving up an hour to Thursdays #TGIT at 9/8c, so fittingly, its stars are dressed to the nines.

In our exclusive first look at the Season 4 cast shot below, Olivia & Co. are donning way more than their Sunday best — the ladies are in red carpet-ready ball gowns, the gents in white bow tie tuxes. Is there a White House event to get shot at that they need to get to... like Fitz's re-inauguration?

Also interesting to note: The eyelines. Everyone is staring straight into the camera except for Mellie (Bellamy Young) and David (Joshua Malina). The former is eyeballing hubby Fitz (Tony Goldwyn), while the latter is gazing at Olivia (Kerry Washington) — or maybe Jake (Scott Foley) because of those classified B613 files he gave him? Or because, well, why wouldn't you stare at Scott Foley?!

Scandal returns Thursday, Sept. 25 at 9/8c on ABC.

Best Actress Race, Still on for Julianne Moore? Still Alice

Everyone's talking about it: This year's two female acting categories are, at this admittedly early date, looking extremely thin. In the lead actress category, of what has already been screened, the one and only slam-dunk contender is Reese Witherspoon (Wild). Of what is still to come, Meryl Streep (Into the Woods) could get in, Amy Adams (Big Eyes) is always a possibility and Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) has a plum part — but really, who knows?

This possible opening has been recognized by the teams behind the two most serious best supporting actress contenders, Patricia Arquette (Boyhood) and Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything), both of which are now weighing whether or not it makes sense to give up a relatively sure-fire nom and possible win in the less prestigious of the two acting categories in order to vie for a nom in the other one. (Rounding out the field of potential supporting actress candidates is Keira Knightley for her turn in The Imitation Game.)

Mel Brooks brings extra finger to Hollywood handprint ceremony

No, you don't need to adjust your eyes or your computer screens -- Mel Brooks had 11 fingers when he put his hands and feet in cement at Hollywood's TCL Chinese Theatre on Monday. The comedian brought a prosthetic finger along for the ceremony, held to mark the 40th anniversary of his film "Young Frankenstein."

Brooks shared a photo of his handiwork on Twitter, coyly referencing the joke:

Later, the 88-year-old director explained the gag during an appearance on "Conan". "I wanted to do something just a little different, I didn't know what," he told Conan O'Brien. "So I got another finger." "Young Frankenstein" celebrates its 40th anniversary later this year.

G.R.L. Singer Simone Battle -- Money Problems A Factor in Suicide

G.R.L. singer Simone Battle had been struggling with financial problems before committing suicide ... TMZ has learned.

We know friends and family members told law enforcement ... Battle was depressed over money issues recently -- the family wasn't specific but they were clear ... money was bringing her down.

The family didn't quite understand, because Battle was part of a successful singing group that had just completed an overseas tour.

People close to Battle told cops ... she was frustrated that she hadn't hit in the U.S. and worried she never would. Apparently Battle wasn't cutting it financially overseas.

We broke the story ... the 25-year-old singer was found hanging from a clothing rod in a bedroom closet of her West Hollywood home. Her boyfriend found the body about 8:30 A.M. We're told he had last seen her alive about 5 hours earlier.

Ariana Grande latest interview in Sydney!

Everyone wants a piece of Ariana Grande right now.

The 21-year-old is one of the hottest acts on the planet - she has a No. 1 album worldwide (My Everything) and was the "most streamed artist in the world" last week, according to Spotify. She's as hot as Beyonce on social media at a time when Beyonce is red hot (Grande opened the MTV awards and Beyonce memorably closed them).

It's little surprise, then, that Grande has a healthy ego. She certainly lived up to the starlet stereotype when she met the media in Sydney ahead of her performance on the Australian version of the X Factor.Midway through a photo shoot with a media outlet, Grande decides she doesn't like the photos and wants to change outfits and do the shoot again. She then demands the photos taken so far be destroyed and when the photographer refuses, she cancels the remaining photo shoots - including Fairfax Media's.

When Grande finally sits down for our filmed interview - more than an hour late - she seems agitated and obsessed with how she looks, especially her hair. She's concerned that the top of her head not be in shot so she looks taller.

As a courtesy I tell her what I'll be asking - it usually helps put an interviewee at ease. I'd read she was a horror movie fan - she apparently used to paint her face in skull make-up - and that I'll ask about that but she ticks me off: "Everybody asks me about horror movies".

I try again, telling her she "brought the sunshine" to Sydney. Grande: "I love the rain. I'm sorry I missed it."
