Miley Cyrus just can’t catch a break. After being laid up in a hospital for more than a week due to a “severe allergic reaction” to the prescription antibiotic Cephalexin, the singer had to push back the first two dates of her upcoming European tour.
And just when it seemed like she was on the mend, telling Ryan Seacrest in an interview earlier this week that she was feeling strong and ready to rock the stage again. So what’s going on with Miley?
“In general, adverse reactions to medications are frequently encountered and, among these, adverse reactions to antibiotics are the most frequent,” said Dr. David Lang, Department Chair for Allergy and Immunology at the Cleveland Clinic.
Lang, who has no first-hand knowledge of the Cyrus case and was speaking in general terms, said penicillin and related drugs rank first in terms of allergic reactions to antibiotics. Cyrus told Seacrest she is allergic to penicillin and didn’t realize that the Cephalexin she was prescribed to treat a sinus infection had the drug in it.

Controversy translates to chart action for Avril Lavigne, whose "Hello Kitty" debuts on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 75 following the track’s Vevo video debut on April 23. It’s her second-highest charted song from her recent self-titled album; "Here's to Never Growing Up," also co-produced by Lavigne's husband, Chad Kroeger, peaked at No. 20 in June.

Was Naya Rivera dropped from Columbia Records?
Billboard reported on Thursday that “multiple sources” confirmed the singer-actress was let go from the label. But in a statement furnished to Gossip Cop, Rivera’s rep says the claim is untrue.
Publicist Samantha Hill tells us:
“The newest story claiming that Naya Rivera was dropped from her recording contract with Columbia Records is absolutely false. If the ‘news’ outlets who put out this story had bothered to contact anyone from her team they would have learned this was false. To be clear, any rumors or statements made as fact, that Naya Rivera was fired or let go from ‘Glee’ or dropped from her recording contract, are categorically false. Someone obviously has an agenda to damage Naya’s good name and the media are failing at their duty to responsibly vet their sources and verify what is true and what is not. Naya’s attorneys are prepared to take any and all legal action to enforce and protect her rights.”
As Gossip Cop has reported, Rivera’s “Glee” future remains uncertain amid reports of on-set issues.
We’ll have updates.
Inspired by classic Italian pop of the ’60s and ’70s and recorded in London and in Ibiza with her partner Sebastiano Properzi, we’re premiering a new track from the EP, ‘In Sintesi’, below.
“‘In Sintesi’ came together very quickly”, Murphy explains, “and I think we all enjoyed the freedom of creating from scratch our own thing, after the weeks of work involved in getting the cover versions close to something we could be proud of.”
“Knowing one’s own recorded version has to stand up against the great music you are covering is a pressure you don’t have when you write. It started like this; “Sebi, how do you say ‘in synthesis’?”.”

Unbeknownst to them, Ariana Grande and Jai Brooks were photographed kissing backstage at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in L.A. Thursday. The famous exes, who broke up in July 2013 after 11 months of dating, threw caution to the wind as they shared a sexy smooth at the star-studded event.
Earlier that night, Grande, 20, performed her debut single, "The Way," and her current hit, "Problem." Could her new jam be about Brooks? When Grande recently spoke to E! News, she dropped a few hints. "I do like guys with tattoos. I like guys who can make me laugh. I like funny boys. I like a bad boy," she said. (After breaking up with Brooks, Grande dated The Wanted's Nathan Sykes for five months.)

If you've ever wondered how the discussion about Kim Kardashian's Vogue cover went down, now you know.
The E! star shared an old photo of herself with Anna Wintour and daughter North West at a lunch meeting for Throwback Thursday on Instagram, which not only happened to be the day they discussed the famous mag cover, but was also Nori's first introduction to the Vogue editor-in-chief.
"#TBT when Anna met North! Oh and told us about our Vogue shoot! #BestDayEver #Vogue #NorthOnlyPayingAttentionToHerDaddyTakin
Wintour and Kardashian looked chic as always while sitting down at a nice restaurant. Kim seemed to be lit up at whatever they were discussing—probably the cover—while Anna shared the enthusiasm with a big smile (although we hope she didn't let that delish food on her plate get cold!).
Meanwhile, cutie North seemed to pay no mind to who she was sitting at the table with and instead focused all her attention on daddy Kanye West who was snapping the picture. So cute!
It was recently revealed that it was Vogue creative director Grace Coddington's choice to put Kimye on the April 2014 cover.
"There was a wedding story to be done," Coddington said, while speaking with the Financial Times. "And Anna [Wintour] probably had them in mind, because she had been seeing a lot of Kanye, so she said, ‘Maybe we should shoot it on look-alikes.' And I thought, ‘Why not just do it on the real thing? This is Vogue.'"
Coddington added, "I do think Kim Kardashian represents this moment in our culture. I'm fascinated by her, in the same way I'm fascinated by the people I see on the street or the subway."
"Elementary" star Lucy Liu stopped by "Late Night with Seth Meyers" on Wednesday (April 30) to talk about this week's episode, which is her directorial debut for TV.
"It was the first time I directed on this sort of level," says Liu. "It was just an amazing experience and the most fun I've ever had. Nothing major went wrong, I think we had some weather challenges because it's been winter here for 10 months [ laughs].

NEW YORK – Here's what it's like to be part of Emma Stone's inner circle.
When her mother passed her five-year mark of being in remission for triple-negative breast cancer, Stone and her brother Spencer and their mom celebrated not with a fancy dinner or a swanky vacation, but by getting matching tattoos.
It's why Stone, 25, has been volunteering at Gilda's Club, which doles out group love to cancer patients, for three years. And it's also why she's a bit uncomfortable doing the promotional version of a drive-through at the organization's downtown headquarters.
"It makes me so happy but I want to be there more in person there with them. I'm a little bummed I'm not spending more time with them today. It always feels a little bit like, 'Gilda's Club, bye!'' she says.
And unlike so many other actors, who ooze faux candor and neediness like bad deodorant, you get the sense that she means it. It's perhaps why Stone epitomizes unforced sincerity and breezy confidence on the big screen as well, today as Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. So how to reconcile that persona with the bundle of nerves that Stone says she really is on the inside?

Capping precisely a year-and-a-half of buzz and anticipation, Disney Channel on Friday announced a premiere date for Girl Meets World.
The follow-up to the 1990s ABC comedy Boy Meets World will bow Friday, June 27 at 9:45/8:45c, following the world premiere of the network’s latest original movie Zapped, which stars recording artist and Shake It Up alum Zendaya.
Nicki Minaj has revealed that she is trying out for more acting roles after appearing in The Other Woman. In the new comedy, Minaj plays the assistant to Cameron Diaz's lawyer character Carly, who discovers that her boyfriend isn't just married but also having other affairs.
Minaj told MTV News that her "very tiny" role in The Other Woman was enough to wet her feet. "It gave me an idea as to what the world would be like being on a set and being on a trailer for hours. And now that I know it's something I can do, I think I want to expand a role eventually," she said.
The Pink Print rapper also revealed: "I am going on auditions, and I'm trying to find the right role with the right director and the right writers. I want to be part of something from the beginning stage this time, and I want the role to be custom-made for me."
However, Minaj said that she doesn't want to do a "humungous role right now" as she is getting ready to complete her new album. Minaj also shared the kind of projects she would like to be involved with in the future.
She said: "The thing is I have such a versatile personality. Some days I feel like I wanna do a Will Ferrell comedy; some days I feel like I wanna do more like a Set It Off-type of movie with some other young black actresses and like creating a movement with that. And sometimes I think, maybe I could do X-Men or something."

While Miley Cyrus is still recuperating after recent health setbacks, she’s released a bondage-filled concert video that should hold fans over until she’s ready to hit the stage again.
The two-minute clip, directed by Quentin Jones, is titled “Miley Cyrus: Tongue Tied” and is a part of Cyrus’ Bangerz tour concerts.
The black-and-white video depicts the nearly-nude singer tied up with taped nipples.
The Doctor Who star has boarded the cast of the blockbuster sequel in a major role that will expand in the second and third installments of the new trilogy.
According to Deadline, Smith is "the final major piece" of casting for the project, which is being directed by Thor: The Dark World's Alan Taylor.
Arnold Schwarzenegger will reprise his role as the cyborg T-800 in a plot that will reportedly intersect directly with James Cameron's 1984 original.
In a recent posting on HitFix, it's been claimed that the new Terminator script - from Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier - will see scenes reprised from the 1984 original, similar to how Back to the Future II replayed key sequences from its predecessor.
Terminator: Genesis's cast also features Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor, Jason Clarke as John Connor, Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese and Dayo Okeniyi as Danny Dyson.
The blockbuster has already started production for release in cinemas in summer 2015.

To hear the cast tell it, the set of Palo Alto, Gia Coppola's feature directorial debut, was one big youthquake. "It was a kids' club; all of us were under the age of 30," says Emma Roberts. "We all were really young and so passionate about the project, and we all really just came together." In theaters May 9, the film "is a solid voice in a generation of pit vipers," declares Keegan Allen. Nat Wolff agrees. "I don't think there's anything that's false [about Palo Alto]. It came from a really real place."
Coppola (niece of Sofia and granddaughter of one Francis Ford) adapted the screenplay from James Franco's book of short stories. Centering on a group of wayward suburban high schoolers, the highly stylized film has a dreamy, lo-fi quality balanced with refreshingly awkward dialogue delivered, in many cases, by actual teenagers. Its emotional honesty -- due in large part to the closeness between the young cast and their 27-year-old director -- strikes a similar nerve to Larry Clark's Kids and grandpa Coppola's The Outsiders. "Gia and I are both women so close in age and we really understood each other," says Roberts, who has known Coppola for years from growing up in L.A. "That's part of the reason she cast me in the movie. We just had an understanding of working together."

Renowned actor Edward James Olmos has always been very vocal about pushing forward the influence and value of Latinos and Latino culture in Hollywood.
So it’s no surprise that in a recent interview with Telemundo’s "Suelta la sopa," he spoke about how proud he is about his roots.
“Being Latino – I love it,” the 67-year-old Mexican-American actor said in Spanish. “I love being Latino. It’s a love that I have that comes from a deep sense of pride.”
The “Machete” actor said Latinos have the responsibility to promote the culture as much as they can, something that some fellow actors - he said- have forgotten to do.
Olmos singled out actress and singer Jennifer Lopez, with whom he shared the screen in her breakout role as “Selena.”
He said her role in the iconic movie about the Mexican-American singer catapulted Lopez “to a stardom that she would not have been able to reach without that film.”
“I told her, ‘You have to understand that the future is in your hands, and I hope you use it not only to advance who you are but also to promote what we represent, as Latino women and men,’” Olmos said. “She has done a lot of things, but she has not dedicated herself to her culture, and that is the most important thing to me.”
Olmos also mentioned Cuban-American actor Andy Garcia and others, saying that although they express they are proud of their Latino roots, “they don’t like the limitations of being a Latino; they only want to be artists.”
“I am a Latino artist,” Olmos said.

Richard Ayoade is a well known face from English comedy, having found fame in The IT Crowd, cult in Nathan Barley, and strangeness as Dean Lerner. But watching The Double, his second feature, shows that the 36-year-old’s true home may be behind the camera. It’s an adaptation of Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s novella that takes place in a surrealist dystopia: a nocturnal, oddball realm representing a “vision of what people in the ‘50s imagined the future would be”. It’s, in Ayoade’s estimation, a work that dares employ “non-realistic art direction”.
“What I like about silent films, old Hollywood films, is that they use the entire backdrop – the set, the music, the lighting, the framing – to communicate something about the characters, and the emotions they are feeling,” says Ayoade. “Now, I feel visuals are simply meant to be really epic and technically impressive, or just real. To me, both those ideas can be kind of boring.”
WHEN YOU ISN'T YOU
Richard Ayoade has joked he directed The Double wearing "cut-off denim shorts".
The British star is behind the comedy drama, with features Mia Wasikowska and her [...] real-life boyfriend Jesse Eisenberg. Richard is known for his quirky sense of humour and quipped he took a unique approach to filmmaking.
"It was all shot at night, so I was able to direct as a werewolf, which in turn meant I spent less time agonising about my outfits," he deadpanned to Total Film. "I quickly formulated my new look: cut-off denim shorts teamed with a ripped-open flannel shirt. Sometimes I'd sport a sweatband and ride on top of cars (or am I just misremembering Teen Wolf?)" Richard says both stars were a pleasure to have on set. "They're two of the best actors in the world; they are a pleasure to be around; they're surprisingly tolerant of my acrid body odour," he laughed. "Jesse's one of the few actors who thrives on sarcastic eye-rolls."
Richard Ayoade's nighttime shoot
In Richard Ayoade’s film, “The Double,” the quiet, self-conscious office clerk Simon James (played by Jesse Eisenberg) is struggling through a work day when he is suddenly confronted with his doppelgänger: exact in physique, but opposite in temperament. Arrogant, suave and irresistible to women, James Simon (also played by Eisenberg) glides into Simon’s life, throwing light on his weaknesses and self-loathing, and preying on his love interest Hannah (played by Mia Wasikowska). Nothing ever seems to go right for Simon, while everything is perfect for James. Based on Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s novella, the story delves into questions of identity, psychosis and self-preservation with absurd and sometimes agonizing humor. A seasoned comedian, the British director can draw a link between Dostoyevsky’s piercing insight and Larry David’s brazen style: “He’s really willing to go to un-noble places in people.”

Trees aren't the only things that grow in Brooklyn. "Amazing Spider-Man 2" star Dane DeHaan, says he based his performance as Harry Osborn — a childhood friend of Spider-Man's alter ego who becomes the bad guy Green Goblin in the movie opening Friday — on the hipsters and "trust fund babies" he meets in Williamsburg, where the 27-year-old lives.
"I live there (so) I understand this culture," DeHaan tells the News. "Harry is not based on any real person, but I know people he could be friends with … in Williamsburg."

Fans of the popular "Fallen" YA series by Lauren Kate have been begging for a film adaptation since the inaugural novel's release in 2009… and now it's on, it's happening.
The film adaptation began shooting earlier this year starring Addison Timlin ("Californication") as 17-year-old Lucinda "Luce" Price, who's sent to the Sword & Cross reform school after being accused of a crime she didn't commit. Once she's there, she starts having strange visions and, as should come as no surprise, she winds up in a bit of a love triangle, caught between Daniel Grigori (Jeremy Irvine, "War Horse") and Cameron Briel (Harrison Gilbertson, "Need for Speed"), who both turn out to be falling angels who have been vying for her affection for centuries.
Of course, Luce, Daniel, and Cam look exactly as dark and twisty — and totally gorgeous — as you might imagine. As Daniel broods and Cam looks sweetly upon the brunette beauty, who could blame the girl for being caught in such a predicament?
"Fallen," based on the popular series by Lauren Kate, and directed by Scott Hicks ("Shine") recently finished shooting and is slated to arrive in theaters sometime in 2015.

With less than a month to go before the big day, Kim Kardashian is getting her post-baby bod in tip top shape.
The reality star, 33, works out nearly every day, often in the early morning, according to an insider, varying between classes at Barry's Boot Camp and spinning at SoulCycle. "She alternates between different types of workouts for a better result," says the source.
And 10-month-old daughter North often gets in on the action – Kardashian pushes Nori in her stroller on long walks around their Hidden Hills neighborhood. And there's no rest for the weary, even on vacation. When Kardashian took an Easter trip to Santa Barbara, "she kept up with her workouts," says the insider. "She's very focused and dedicated to her routine."

A massive conspiracy involving some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry appears to have gone on for years, completely undetected by everyone.
Everyone, that is, except Richard Dupree.
Dupree, currently residing in the California State Prison in Corcoran, CA, filed a suit last week that leveled some troubling accusations at music’s biggest stars. According to Dupree, Jay Z and Beyoncé have been working with federal authorities including the CIA, FBI, and Department of Homeland Security to spy on him and use satellite technology to steal the lyrics he has been penning from his jail cell.
Even more appalling is that the trio of Rihanna, Chris Brown, and Kanye West have been in cahoots with Mr. and Mrs. Carter, and together according to Dupree’s suit “robbed [him] for hundreds of millions, even billions, in the satellite organization.”
And what, pray tell, does Dupree want in return for this heinous crime perpetrated against him? Honestly not that much. He requests only a small monetary award of $2.4 billion, and that he be released from prison immediately.
And they say there are too many baseless lawsuits these days!
Disgraced celebrity publicist Max Clifford (pictured outside court today) has been jailed for a total of eight years for a string of indecent assaults against girls and young women.

Mr Leonard ruled that Clifford should serve his eight sentences of between six and 24 months consecutively.
He said that Clifford - whose lawyer later said an appeal was being considered - should serve at least half his total sentence in jail.
The judge said some of the offences would be charged as rape if they had happened today.

Crazy y Cubano
Normally, Fridays are pretty slow days for news. Everyone is ready to kick back and enjoy the weekend, and doesn’t have the motivation to do anything crazy.
Don’t tell that to Kevin Hart and Mike Epps.
The comedians have been sparring via Twitter for a while now, going after each other about five weeks ago over a 48 hour period. It looked like we had hit a period of peace, though, until that all ended abruptly this morning.
Epps, appearing on the DeDe In The Morning radio show, responded with Hart’s name when they asked him to name one overrated comedian, and then followed that up by saying “sometimes marketing is bigger than talent. This business isn’t about being funny, this business is about being forced on people.”
Kevin Hart did not like that one bit. He fired off this tweet, officially putting the hammer down:

Katy Perry has never been one for conventional fashion. Whether channeling a psychedelic with a latex fetish or finding new and exciting ways to sexualize candy, Perry's style is never boring. In fact, one might go so far as to classify her fashion as cartoon's idea of how humans dress. Which might be exactly what she is.
Back in 1945 Archie Comics created Katy Keene, the Fashion Queen. With two, three, and sometimes four girls inexplicably fighting over the titular character of Archie, Keene was shelved in the late 80s due to over-saturation of the fawning teenage girl market. Busted out for only a handful of specials and annuals over the next decades, what was an ambitious model/singer/actress like Keene to do? Certainly not languish in the bowels of Archie, waiting for second-tier contenders like Sabrina and Cheryl to retire from the chase. So clearly she packed her wardrobe up, changed her last name to Perry, and traded in Riverdale for Hollywood, as evidenced by these uncanny side-by-side comparisons.

Well that’s a blow for diversity if ever I heard one.
Just the other day we posted a great quote from Amazing Spider-Man 2 star Andrew Garfield about Marvel Comic’s Miles Morales, the biracial African American/Puerto Rican character from the Ultimate universe, and his potential for showing up on the big screen. “Miles Morales was a huge moment in this character’s comic book life, and I do believe that we can do that. It’s something I’m really interested in figuring out; an eloquent way of co-existing, or passing on the torch,” he said, “I don’t have an answer, but I think it’s actually a really important move. I think it’s a really beautiful and important move.”
We agreed. That would be a really cool and important move. Unfortunately, it seems TASM2 producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach don’t share the sentiment. According to an interview they did with IndieWire, they think Peter Parker is THE Spider-Man:

For the first time, the studio behind Glee sets the record straight about Naya Rivera’s rumored axing.
Reports that Naya Rivera had been fired from Glee emerged Monday after a story in The New York Daily News cited an on-set altercation with Lea Michele as the impetus to axe the actress. But a spokesperson for 20th Century Fox, the studio behind Glee, tells BuzzFeed that is not the case, saying, “There is no truth to the rumor Naya has been fired from the show.”
Rivera’s publicist denied allegations earlier this week that the actress had been fired; but now, for the first time, 20th Century Fox is also confirming that Rivera is still a part of Ryan Murphy’s musical dramedy. “She remains under contract to Glee,” the spokesperson added.
It’s unknown if Rivera will appear in Season 5’s final two episodes, the first of which airs this Tuesday, May 6.
Animal, which airs later this year on NBCUniversal-owned Chiller after a limited theatrical and VOD run, follows a group of close-knit friends who find themselves stranded in unfamiliar territory, pursued by a blood-thirsty predator. Holed up in isolated cabin, tensions mount as secrets are revealed. As the body count rises, the group puts their differences aside and fights for survival.
Tunnicliffe created the creature effects.

We definitely need more horror films with WOC leads.
Estranged couple Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie have been spending quite a bit of time together lately, and it's not just for the sake of their 2-year-old son, the singer and actress says.
Duff, 26, and her former hockey-playing husband, 33, announced an "amicable separation" in January.
But in a new interview with E! News, Duff says they're still trying to figure out what their situation is.
"We're constantly seen together and everyone's like, 'What are they doing? Are they back together? Are they not?'" she said at the first annual iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles.
"We're really good friends, and we have so much respect for each other, and obviously Luca is our No. 1 priority."
But it seems he's not their only priority.
"I think we got to a point where we were like, we really need to honor happiness. And so, whatever that is and however we need to sort that out or work that out, we're doing that," she says.
"We love each other so much, and we love spending time together. So when you see us out, it's not just for Luca. It's because we make plans, and we hang out. And we don't know what our future looks like right now, but we're both doing really good and just figuring out what makes us happy."
In spite of the turbulent times, she adds: "I think we feel really blessed."
Meanwhile, she has her hands full with various projects. Her TV show Younger was just picked up by TV Land, and she recently signed a new record deal and is planning an album for the fall.
And yes, there is Luca. "I'm just constantly on the go," she says. "He's crazy. Oh my gosh, he's the best. He's so much fun."
It’s time to plan a return trip to Genovia.
After a five-year break since the last installment — and to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the first Princess Diaries book — author Meg Cabot announced that more Mia Thermopolis is coming next summer. The best part? The now-adult fans of the series won’t have to read a book aimed at teens. For the first time, a Princess Diaries book will be just a regular old novel for adults. Thank you, Meg Cabot.
Both novels will be released summer 2015.

They may not be seeing eye-to-eye lately, but both Jay Z and Drake were in attendance at Barclays Center on Friday night for Game 6 of the NBA Playoffs between the Brooklyn Nets and Toronto Raptors. Both seated courtside at both ends of the scorers table, the rap heavyweights made their presence felt, cheering on their respective hometown teams.
Wearing a special edition OVO varsity jacket, Drake’s appearance triggered the Nets arena team to poke fun at him during a timeout in which they placed an image of a Nets jersey over him. A few seats down, Jay and wife Beyoncé were all smiles, as cameras caught the couple indulging in candy. Currently being played right now, the game can be seen on ESPN 2 as the Raptors lead the series 3-2.

Happy Weekend !!!
Emma Stone is well aware there are haters out there who might not like her or the way she looks.
But the 25-year-old actress says she tries not to validate Internet commenters by paying attention to the hurtful things they have to say.
"I firmly believe that nothing really affects you or can really bother you if you don't already feel that way about yourself," the Amazing Spider-Man star says in a new interview with USA Today. "I've seen a lot of comments that say, 'Eat a sandwich' or 'She looks sick.' I've been looking at myself in the mirror being mean to myself. I'm not sick. I eat sandwiches."
"In no way is it my intention to be a bad example," Stone continues. "That has been kind of bothering me lately. I've shamed myself for it. We shame each other online. We're always too skinny or too fat or too tall or too short. They're just confirming this feeling I have about myself. I'm trying to figure my body out. It bothers me because I care so much about young girls. We're shaming each other and we're shaming ourselves, and it sucks."
Andrew Garfield's other half says she also makes an effort not to be a mean girl.
"When I make a comment about someone or I choose to gossip about someone and speculate about their body or their life or their face, it's usually a reflection of something I'm feeling myself," she reveals. "That has become ingrained in me. I'm trying to eliminate gossip from my own life."
One fellow female star she admires? Divergent star Shailene Woodley. "She feels good about herself," Stone says. "I like being around women like that."
What happens in Vegas sure didn't stay in Vegas for Ben Affleck. The actor was reportedly caught counting cards during a game of blackjack in Las Vegas on Tuesday, April 29.
Donald Sterling no longer is welcome in any NBA arena and his ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers is in jeopardy after a recording of his bizarre racist rant became public last Saturday.
Rather than apologize for his comments, however, Sterling is reportedly expressing a much different type of remorse.
He is not sorry for what he said. Apparently, he is sorry for failing to buy the silence of Vanessa Stiviano, the woman who made the recording.
“I wish I had just paid her off,” Sterling said, according to DuJour.com.
The episode appears to have begun after Stiviano, who has been described as Sterling’s girlfriend, assistant or archivist in various reports, posted an Instagram photo of herself posing with Los Angeles Lakers great Magic Johnson. In the recording, which TMZ originally posted, Sterling admonished Stiviano for bringing “black people” to his games and told her not to “promote” her association with them.
Sterling was subsequently banned from any NBA activity or involvement for life by league commissioner Adam Silver, in addition to a $2.5 million fine.
I'm just glad to know he's sorry
Shia LaBeouf may try hard to act as if he doesn't care.
And clearly, it appears this mindset has been passed down onto his hipster sense of style.
The 27-year-old actor was spotted absentmindedly showing off his stomach while dressed in a scruffy ensemble that appeared to be intentionally strewn together, including threadbare trainers, and faded brown trousers while in Studio City on Wednesday.
While the actor has attempted to play down his fame as of late, LaBeouf appeared to have purposefully played up the tattered components of his ensemble, perhaps attempting to stylishly state his laissez-faire attitude.
With his hand absent-mindedly playing with the edges of his loose-fitting and spotted shirt, LaBeouf tucked his faded brown trousers into a pair of chunky blue socks.
Keeping his stride in a pair of lace-up ankle trainers, the former Even Stevens actor protected his gaze from the warm day beneath a beige cap with a triangular logo.
Sporting his ever-present beard and mustache, LaBeouf carried a single white Barnes and Noble shopping bag, all while patting his surprisingly toned stomach.

Blake Shelton often talks about his wife, Miranda Lambert, on The Voice (she’s even appeared on the show numerous times.) Few of the show’s fans are aware, however, that Blake was actually married once before he said “I do” to Miranda. Blake wed Kaynette Shelton, whom he met when he was only 15 years old, back in 2003. Their marriage ended in divorce after Blake met Miranda.
Kaynette, who is now working as a school teacher in Kansas, is trying to make a couple bucks off of her marriage to the popular ‘Voice’ coach– by hawking her wedding dress on eBay!
The Kansas-based seller (who we can assume is Kaynette, since the seller is from the same town Kaynette lives in) is trying to sell the size 6 Demetrios wedding gown for a starting bid of $700 on the auction site. The item’s description boasts that this is the “actual wedding gown worn by Blake Shelton’s first wife, Kaynette Williams, in their wedding.”
The listing includes several photos of the strapless, short gown, as well as several photos of Kaynette and Blake at the alter on their wedding day.

“I wanted something simple but still pretty,” Kaynette told Country Weekly in 2003 of the designer gown.
It’s no surprise that Kaynette is trying to make a buck off of her marriage to Blake. It’s been reported that Blake pulled in an astonishing $75 million from April 2013-April 2014!
