SINGAPORE - Toy collectors and long-time fans of Hello Kitty can soon rejoice as McDonald's celebrates the 40th anniversary of this iconic character.
Fans in Singapore will be the first in the world to get their hands on a new series of Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys, when they launch on Apr 28, 2014 in McDonald's restaurants.The design of this Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys series is inspired by the fashion trend of polka dots and Hello Kitty is decked out in colourful and fun costumes from her friends' wardrobes.
From Apr 18, 2014, fans will get the chance to view the full Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys series at www.mcdonalds.com.sg/hkvideo.

Hello Kitty has become such an iconic character over the past 40 years, and this year we are excited to give our customers even more convenient options to get their hands on their favourite collectibles," said Yvonne Low, Senior Director of Marketing, McDonald's Singapore.
This year, McDonald's will be introducing an online purchasing system to give fans and collectors the convenience of a one-stop option to complete their sets, and have them delivered right to their doorstep.From 11am on Apr 23, 2014, a special collector's set comprising all six Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys will be available for online purchase at http://onlinestore.mcdonalds.com.sg.The set will be packaged with a 40th Anniversary Certificate, six Extra Value Meal™ food vouchers valued at S$5 each, and will cost a total of $80 to purchase, inclusive of delivery.
To make things even more convenient for customers, McDonald's will be teaming up with SingPost as its delivery partner.
Customers can opt for their sets to be delivered to them via Speedpost delivery or through the new SingPost POPStations which allow for 24/7 self-collection.
Each customer will be limited to three sets per transaction, available while stocks last.

This partnership will offer a new experience for customers who are anxious to get their hands on the Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys. From 11am on Apr 28, 2014, individual designs of Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys will be available at McDonald's restaurants1, priced at $4.95 each with purchase of an Extra Value Meal™.Each customer will be limited to four Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys per store visit, while stocks last.
The Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toys will not be available via Drive-Thru, McCafe or McDelivery.Each Hello Kitty Bubbly World plush toy comes in a customised box that features the corresponding character as part of the box design.One new plush toy design will be released every Monday at 11am for six weeks, while stocks last.SOURCEWhat's your favourite Happy Meal toys, ONTD?
