That hold on tight
It’s hard to stay up. Every time he’s gone up, he’s always come back down. It was thought that that was only because he was young. And now, with children and a devoted wife, he was supposed to be able to hold it together. So far, sure, but just barely.
There were signs before Christmas but during the holidays, he injured his back on a ski trip. This was not widely disclosed and kept out of the press. Painkillers were prescribed. The big movie was pushed back. Cocktails were consumed in combination at events. No one remembers he actually went to rehab several years ago. Still, so far, he’s functioning. And things are great with his wife. She really tries to take care of him but she’s not always with him. When he’s out on his own, it gets messy. There have been times lately where he’s been so drunk, he’s the dude passed out on the couch when everyone else has gone home. Either that or he’s the dude who’s all over the tall, attractive model type at the Oscar party that his wife decided to skip. Oh yeah, that happened. It keeps happening. They were talking nose to nose. He gave her the full charm. A “later on” was definitely implied, while everyone around him just shrugged. Because it’s not the first time and it’s not the last time and it’s the secret they’re all expected to keep. Not because he doesn’t love the mother of his children, because he does, he really, really does. But between the pills and the alcohol, he’s losing control of that side of himself that’s been held in check for too long.
It seemed as if Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie had the most cordial spilt in celebrity history.
But Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline may have beaten them to the title after they reunited at their sons' soccer match in Calabasas on Sunday.
Not only were Britney and her new beau David Lucado seen chatting to the former Mr Spears, but the 32-year-old also took time out to sit and chat to Kevin's new wife Victoria.
DreamWorks Animation is known for films like How to Train Your Dragon, Shrek,
Shark Tale, Flushed Away, and The Croods. And on Nov. 26, the animation studio will release its 30th animated film, Home.
The intergalactic adventure revolves around an overly optimistic (yet inept) alien race called the Boov, who invade Earth in an attempt to escape their mortal enemy, hoping to make this hiding spot their new home. But one resourceful girl named Tip (Rihanna) escapes the Boov’s relocation efforts and teams up with a banished Boov named Oh (Jim Parsons) to save the race after he accidentally clues the bad guys into the Boov’s whereabouts.
To introduce the world to the new alien race, BuzzFeed presents an exclusive short film from DreamWorks Animation called Almost Home, which features the voice of Steve Martin, who also stars in the full-length feature film, along with Rihanna, Parsons, and Jennifer Lopez. (At the source)

Lana Del Rey just dropped a bombshell on Facebook. The gloomy diva is hitting the road next month, performing shows across North America. The tour doesn’t have a name yet, so it’s impossible to tell exactly what she will be performing, but it would seem to confirm the rumored May 1 release date of new LP Ultraviolence.
Given that releasing albums in the middle of the night with no warning is all the rage now (thank you, Beyonce), Lana’s opus could drop any minute now. The sooner, the better as far as I’m concerned. There’s only so many times you can alternate between Born To Die and her equally amazing Paradise EP! Tickets for the tour go on sale later this week. See all the dates after the jump.
i got my presale code ready, Chicago here I come!!!!

On Monday’s How I Met Your Mother, the Mosby Boys got to the bottom of where Lily disappeared to after her big fight with Marshall — and the big secret she’s been keeping.
When Marshall first finds out that Lily got into The Captain’s car, his mind immediately goes to the worst possible scenario: Something adulterous is going on between the two of them. But when Marshall, Ted, Barney & Co. arrive at The Captain’s home, they discover that he never actually saw Lily — and he’s now engaged to Robin’s former co-worker Becky (played by Laura Bell Bundy). (So now that’s two of The Captain’s girlfriends/wives that Ted has had sex with.) Lily simply used the car, made a stop at a store and then asked Becky if she could use the powder room.
Crack amateur detective Ted thinks he’s got the mystery all figured out. What does Lily do when Marshall’s been away for a while? She starts smoking again! She’s been antsy all weekend and she was chewing gum, he reasons. He gets the daisy plant from the bathroom and starts looking for the buried cigarette, but instead, he discovers a pregnancy test. And it’s positive! All this time, Linus has been bringing Lily non-alcoholic drinks.
“I told you guys I could keep a secret,” Lily declares through tears back at the hotel.
Marshall is so happy, he’s all for moving to Italy. “You’re going to get your dream because you’re giving me mine. Again,” he tells her.
So the “Daisy” in the episode’s title turns out not to be The Mother’s name, as some have speculated, but that of Marshall and Lily’s daughter.
Elsewhere, Robin freaks out because all her mother’s stories about her dad sound a lot like Barney. She’s worried that she’s marrying her father. Her mother tries to reassure her that when you have someone you can depend on, it’ll all be OK. So does Robin have that person? The bride-to-be hesitates a little — uh oh— before answering, “I do.”
"Once Upon a Time" returns Sunday night, and Colin O'Donoghue's Captain Hook looks to play his part in helping overthrow the newest villain to threaten the Enchanted Forest.
At the midseason finale, Peter Pan (Robbie Kay) was vanquished by Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle), at the cost of his own life (for now). Pan's machinations led to all of the characters from the Enchanted Forest having to return, while Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) and her son Henry (Jared Gilmore), had their memories wiped and settled down in New York. It's here where Hook comes in. Show Tracker caught up to O'Donoghue and asked him about the coming season, about playing a lovable scoundrel and about the translation of Captain Hook by “OUAT.”
“As I was watching [the videos] I felt very conflicted, I felt her message felt very conflicted in the sense that on the one hand she is putting herself in a category of a feminist, but then the camera, it felt very male, such a male voyeuristic experience of her and I just wondered if you had thoughts about that or if you had any of your own thoughts about any of it really …”
“Beyoncé is not perfect even though she is kind of a badass but I think it is very generous of her to work these things out publicly, to you know, have the songs that include the sample of like a Ted Talk about feminism. think it is very generous of her to let us see her relationship to feminism publicly and I think that if we are being really nit-picky there are definitely contradictions, but I’m mostly just so thankful that album exists and for me it felt like real progress ...
