Glee "Will Likely" Pay Tribute To Cory Monteith

Though the sting of Cory Monteith‘s sudden and shocking death is still fresh, gleeks worldwide are asking one question: How will Cory’s tragic passing affect the future of Glee? A source close to production tells HollywoodLife.com that “there have been zero thoughts or discussions on the direction of the show,” but that Cory’s memory will be honored in some way.

Though nothing is official yet, our source tells us Glee will likely pay tribute to Cory:

With this being so sudden and unexpected, there have been zero thoughts or discussions on the direction of the show. And there will not be any thoughts on how to react to this till some of the grieving process subsides. … But it’s easy to say there will be a tribute episode, and the season will be dedicated in his honor. Cory will have a never-ending connection to the legacy of the show; it will be handled delicately and with the utmost respect. The whole situation is just completely awful, and those [issues] will be addressed … but its safe to say, in the current state people are in over his death, that it will take some time.

When Cory, 31, initially checked into rehab back in April 2013, the writers were forced to work around his sudden absence. HollywoodLife.com was told that “Matthew Morrison was written into new scenes at the last minute to make up for Cory [being away.]“

More work will need to be done by the writers once again — though, this time, it won’t be as easy.

Top 10 DreamWorks Animation Movies

Ranked by MovieFanatic

10. Megamind

Will Ferrell as an evil animated villain? Brad Pitt as a slothy superhero who just wants to watch TV and drink beer? Tina Fey as a spunky, willing-to-do-anything-to-get-the-story reporter? Sold, sold and sold. Wickedly drawn and impeccably smart, Megamind showed that DreamWorks Animation can go outside of their comfort zone and create a madcap comedy with a heart of gold.

Coco Shows You How To Tone Up Dat Ass At The Gym

Coco Austin is definitely one of a kind! She's got the craziest body AND picks no bones about showing it off in the most epic of ways (someone cue Thong Thursdays, please).

Most recently, Ice-T's curvy wifey threw on some short shorts, got on a surf board machine, and rode that thing like her life depended on it, with the purpose of exercising all that extra junk she's got in the trunk. It's honestly an amazing sight - because Coco's got an insanely strong body.

While surfing, she told fans:

"For all you guys who don't think I work out my booty, this is the KILLER machine. This is how you kill your booty and make it rounder. Tone it up girls, tone it up! This is a little surf board action!"

We had NO IDEA that this kind of exercise, one, existed and, two, was the magic behind Coco's fabulously toned bottom half.

Febreezy's Probation Is Now In Double Trouble

Chris Brown faces possible jail time after a judge revoked his probation Monday in connection with his conviction in the beating of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown's alleged failure to hand over his drivers license and insurance information to another driver after a minor traffic crash in May triggered the probation revocation, but the singer will remain free until a trial is held.

Brown, 24, was already facing a probation violation trial after prosecutors accused him of not completing the community labor ordered for his 2009 felony assault conviction.

Kylie Minogue is philanthropic; to feature US nobody Brooke Candy

US rapper Brooke Candy will feature on Kylie Minogue's new single.

The star - who is known for appearing in Grimes's 'Genesis' music video last year - will record her feature on the track this week.

The 23-year-old tweeted: "Also just got word that I'll be recording a feature/verse on Kylie Minogue's first single off her upcoming album this wednesday in London!"

The star appeared to be excited at the prospect of working on the material, adding: "KYLIE F**KING MINOGUE! So f**king cool!"

The single will be the first official cut from Minogue's 12th studio album - the follow-up to 2010's Aphrodite - and is expected to be released later this year.

The LP is her first since joining Jay-Z's Roc Nation label last year. She has worked with the likes of Darkchild, Sia and Pharrell Williams on the record.

The 45-year-old teased her new material by unveiling buzz single 'Skirt' in May.

#TheWalkingDead: Glenn and Maggie lock lips!

They had some tough times in season 3 of The Walking Dead, what with her being forced to strip down by the Governor and him not being able to get over it. But Maggie and Glenn finally worked it out and even got engaged before all was said and done. How are things between the pair when things pick up in season 4? Pretty damn fine, it seems. “It’s in a really safe place,” says the woman who plays Maggie, Lauren Cohan, of the relationship. Steven Yeun, a.k.a. Glenn, agrees. “They’re in a good groove, living as close to what normal life should be,” says Yeun. “Whatever you can call that in this world.”

In fact, Cohan and Yeun got into the mood, so to speak, during a recent Entertainment Weekly photo shoot to show us just how great things are. They are lip-smacking, face-sucking, full-body-embracing great! Click on the “Full Size Image” button above to check out the rest of the smooch in all its full-sized glory. And then look below to see their passion in animated GIF form! Let’s just hope there are still condoms available in the zombie apocalypse, or else baby Judith Grimes may soon be having play dates.

Lucas Till Returns For 'X-Men: Days Of Future Past,' Peter Dinklage's Role Revealed

Let's say you're making a comic book sequel, and let's you already have this cast: Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Halle Berry, Daniel Cudmore and James Marsden. Do you add even more actors or do you think, "Y'know, maybe I'm good right here." Well, Bryan Singer was recently faced with this dilemma and made a choice. Can you guess which way he went?

The already swollen cast of "X-Men: Days Of Future Past" continues to become "The Butler" of comic book movies, with yet another actor on board for what we can only guess will be five seconds of screentime. Okay, maybe ten. Lucas Till will reprise his role as Havoc/Alex Summers in the movie, with Singer tweeting out the teaser pic below. What does that military backdrop mean? We'll let the comic experts sort that out but 'Future Past' is either going a bloated cameo-fest, or proof that movies can stuff themselves with heroes and still come out okay.

Meanwhile, some of the roles kept secret in the movie until now are starting to be revealed. According to Vulture, Dinklage will be playing Bolivar Trask, the man responsible for creating the Sentinels, while the recently cast Josh Helman is playing a young Bill Stryker. All of this was supposed to be unveiled at Comic-Con but "leaked" early, and something tells us Singer will have much more up his sleeve in San Diego to show off to fans. Our guess is that we're going to get a better idea of the plot very soon and some early footage might be shown but we'll see how it goes down and hey, maybe they'll have crammed a few more faces in there by then.

"X-Men: Days Of Future Past" becomes a geek wet dream on May 23, 2014.

Kris Jenner's Talk Show Tests Well in L.A., N.Y., Dallas

Kris Jenner's talk show "Kris" is off to a good start. The show, which premiered its six-week test run in select markets on Monday, posted solid ratings in Los Angeles, New York and Dallas, delivering impressive growth over its lead-ins and in some cases besting established daytime programs "Katie," "Steve Harvey" and "Dr. Phil."

On Los Angeles' KTTV, "Kris" drew a 0.8 rating in the women 18-49 and women 25-54 demographics, winning the 3 p.m. time period over "Katie," "Steve Harvey" and "Dr. Phil" and improving over its lead-in by 117 percent. In the demos, "Kris" beat out KTTV's June time-period average by 300 percent among women 18-49 and women 25-54.

In New York, where "Kris" aired at 11 a.m. on WNYW, the series performed more modestly but still held its own. The premiere drew a 0.5 in the demos, an 18 percent boost over the station's June average in the time period, placing it even in the year-ago time period for women 25-54. Dallas' KDFW aired the Kardashian family matriarch's new offering at 3 p.m., where it drew a 1.4 rating in the women 18-49 demo and a 1.3 among women 25-54, besting its time-period competitors "Ellen," "Dr. Oz" and "Dr. Phil."

With a 200 percent boost over its lead-in, "Kris" also improved 250 percent over the station's June time-period average in women 18-49, and 160 percent in the women 25-54 demo compared to the station's June time-period average.

Jesse and the Rippers to Perform on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Attention, Uncle Jesse fans: Hope you're sitting down.

Jesse Katsopolis – John Stamos's character on Full House – and his band, Jesse and the Rippers, are back ... and they're performing together again Friday, July 19!

The group will appear on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, PEOPLE confirmed, after Stamos posted a cryptic Instagram video of himself singing the theme song to his beloved 90s sitcom.

"Never thought I'd be singing THIS song," the actor wrote on Monday. And "Jesse Katsopolis" (a.k.a. @jesseandtheripp) has also been Tweeting in anticipation of the TV reunion.

"Have to dig this vest out of storage – may need soon," Katsopolis Tweeted Monday with a vintage photo of himself in a black leather vest, replete with era-appropriate white sneakers. (The Twitter feed also features a trove of photos from the era, including outtakes from the "Forever" video, and hints at another performance as well.)

Stamos, who's currently starring opposite Callie Thorne on USA's Necessary Roughness, has often said he's grateful for the sitcom role that he's still known for today, and clearly he's making good on that assertion.

As to which we must say … have mercy.

There Isn’t Much Room for Women in the Future of "PACIFIC RIM"

There’s no denying that it’s been a brutal summer movie season for women. Only nine wide-release films out this summer feature an actress in a starring role (instead of a less-important co-starring role), and only two of those — two! — have thus far been released: The Heat and Pacific Rim. The former was quietly revolutionary in the way it reinvented a buddy-cop genre with two women, and I had high hopes that Pacific Rim would be just as progressive; after all, director Guillermo del Toro has given us strong female protagonists before in films like Pan’s Labyrinth and Mimic, and the premise of Pacific Rim — two pilots (Charlie Hunnam and Oscar-nominated actress Rinko Kikuchi) each control one half of a monster-fighting giant robot — seemed to inherently promise the sort of gender equality you don’t always get from a giant action movie. So why did I walk away from Pacific Rim feeling disappointed?

quotes from shailene woodley's interview w/ INTERVIEW MAG by emma stone

We are about to enter the Great Shailene Woodley Era, in which the Secret Life of the American Teenager and Descendants star will be in just about every movie that is released. (Especially the YA movies.) If Woodley's recent Interview chat with Emma Stone is any indication, we are also about to be treated to a year of delightful press, because Shailene Woodley is a quote machine. So enthusiastic! So charmingly earnest.

Take her morning ritual, for example:
The second I wake up, I scream very loudly [sings to the tune of "Good Morning" from Singin' in the Rain], "Good morning! Good morning!" And then I scream out, "Exciting day! Exciting day!" I feel like it completely sets the mood for the whole day.

And here she is talking about re-wilding. (Fun fact: Woodley dedicated her MTV Movie Award to Hawaii, cinema, and re-wilding.)
The whole concept of re-wilding came about through some really good friends of mine, and it's basically about adapting to your current situation. If you're in the city, then you can't go back to hunter-and-gatherer times, so you have to adapt to the lifestyle that's out there. Herbalism is part of that, and knowing how to heal our bodies naturally and knowing about organic farming. It's so important and essential to the Earth, to Gaia.

Some real talk about George Clooney and press questions:
I don't mind talking about him, though, because he's one of my favorite human beings on the planet. But it's true that very few people have asked me what it's like to work with Judy Greer or Ann-Margret or Molly Ringwald. It's always the leading male.

She also threatens to buy Emma Stone a pair of those five-toe shoes. Go, read the whole thing and prepare for greatness.

the whole interview is so funny/interesting but i love the last quote. (and can we get a shailene tag??)

Why hip-hop needs a voice on the Zimmerman verdict

Since George Zimmerman’s acquittal for the murder of Trayvon Martin, the reaction within the hip-hop community has ranged from long-winded Twitter rants to total silence.

While rappers like Lupe Fiasco, Immortal Technique and Phonte have been vocal about the verdict and what it says about the value of black life in this society, far too many high-profile stars have said nothing.

Kanye West, for example, positioned himself as a new age revolutionary on Yeezus, but his revolutionary spirit seems to have disappeared since he stepped out of the booth; his last tweet as of this writing was a link to a GQ article about his new creative direction.

Jay-Z recently took to Twitter to connect with fans as a promotional stunt for Magna Carta Holy Grail, but we haven’t heard a peep from him about arguably the most important court decision of our generation.

Collapse )

From Emmett Till to Trayvon Martin, this country has sent a very clear message about the value of black lives and the nature of American justice. It’s time we start a coordinated campaign to seek the justice we are so consistently denied, and we need our most visible artistic icons to help lead the way.

Kelly Osbourne Confirms Engagement to Matthew Mosshart

Kelly Osbourne is ready to become a Mrs.! The E! Fashion Police star, 28, tells Britain's Hello! magazine that she and her boyfriend of one year Matthew Mosshart are officially engaged; Us Weekly broke news back in January that Osbourne and the vegan chef, 29, had secretly made plans to wed in December of last year.

He popped the question during a romantic vacation in Anguilla, they reveal. "I knew she was 'The One' pretty early on," the groom-to-be says. Adds Osbourne: "I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."

Mosshart and Osbourne met at the summer 2011 wedding of Kate Moss -- and the duo quickly fell in love, stepping out as a couple that December. To seal his commitment, the New Yorker moved to L.A. to be with her. "Matthew made the biggest sacrifice anyone's ever made for me, to move away from everything that he knew to be with me in LA," Osbourne gushes.

"Long-distance relationships often don't work out. We'd dated for a year and knew we wanted to be together," she adds. "Matthew has broken down every one of my walls. There's nothing I wouldn't do in front of him."

Back in January, sources close to Kelly's famous family -- parents Ozzy and Sharon, siblings Jack and Aimee -- assured Us that the whole family approved of Mosshart. "Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," a pal said. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."

New Images From Christoph Gans' 'BEAUTY AND THE BEAST' Starring Lea Seydoux

Yeah, we know, the whole fairy-tale-reimagining thing is getting pretty played out and boring, but it's not going to end anytime soon. Disney already has "Maleficent," "Cinderella" and yes, even a live action redo of "Beauty And The Beast" in the pipeline, but our attention is focused overseas where Christoph Gans will hopefully shake up this latest cinematic trend with his own take on the latter bedtime tale.

New images have landed for "Beauty And The Beast," starring recent Cannes Palme d'Or winner Lea Seydoux (yes, the first time it's happened in history, sharing the prize with her co-star and director of the upcoming romance "Blue Is The Warmest Color") and Vincent Cassel, but they're not showing everything off just yet. As you'll notice, while we get a good few looks at the Beauty, the Beast isn't seen except for one shot from behind, but nonetheless it's pretty compelling regardless. Perhaps more curiously, the effort is said to resemble the films of Hayao Miyazaki instead of previous takes on the fairy tale by Jean Cocteau and Disney. Hmm...

Still a while to go before it lands in theatres in the U.S., but "Beauty And The Beast" will open in France on February 12, 2014.

Darren Criss wears black ribbon in honor of Cory Monteith at movie premiere

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Darren Criss is mourning the loss of Glee costar Cory Monteith. Two days after learning of Monteith's tragic death, the 26-year-old actor attended a screening of his new movie, Girl Most Likely, at Landmark Sunshine Cinema in New York City on Monday, July 15.

As a tribute to Monteith, Criss wore a black ribbon on the collar of his gray suit, which can symbolize remembrance or mourning. An attendee tells Us Weekly that Criss "looked rather sad and somber" during the event. "He only smiled when he as posing for photos and obviously wanted to get off the carpet as soon as possible," the insider says.

Though Criss did attend the screening, the singer canceled his July 16 appearance on Live with Kelly & Michael. Glee costar Matthew Morrison also has canceled his performance on the show scheduled for July 18.

A source previously told Us that Morrison, 34, dedicated a song to Monteith during his encore engagement of Up Close and Personal with Matthew Morrison at 54 Below in NYC on July 14. Before the show started, the insider tells Morrison told the crowd, "'We lost a great young man too soon.' He said Cory was a beautiful person."

Monteith was found dead in his Vancouver hotel on July 13 at the age of 31. The British Columbia Corner's office told Us they "might" have an update on his cause of death on July 16, but that "final cause of death might be several days or even a couple of weeks after that."

Horror Sequels That Don't Suck

Let’s face it, most horror movie sequels suck. Either they go overboard and become ridiculous or they invalidate what made the first film so great. Most of these sequels end up getting terrible reviews and becoming straight-to-dvd features. However, occasionally there are some horror sequels that manage to be just as enjoyable and just as good a film as the first. Here the writers of House of Geekery come together to talk about some horror sequels that don’t suck.

Naya Rivera: Stakes Is High (2013 Complex Cover Story)

On Glee, Naya Rivera plays everybody’s favorite cage-dancing lesbian cheerleader. In real life she’s expanding into music and movies while finding time to kick it with Big Sean. Looks like she’s playing her cards right.

Naya Rivera sits at a table at the outdoor patio of Coast, an oceanfront restaurant within the sunny Santa Monica hotel Shutters on the Beach. She’s waiting for her French 77, a cocktail made with champagne, a lemon twist, and St. Germain Elderflower liqueur.

She’s clad in a long black cotton dress and oversize sunglasses, with her hair in a bun, held in place by a black headband. Wearing just a touch of foundation and mascara, Naya doesn’t mean to intimidate, although it’s hard not to be taken aback by her beauty. She’s got the presence you’d expect of a celebrity: Her face is expressionless as she scans the emails on her phone one last time before burying it in her black Prada bag. Sitting tall with her legs crossed, she is quiet, collected, and perfectly postured. But the poised moment doesn’t last.

The waiter returns with bad news: “I’m so sorry, we don’t have any Elderflower on hand for your 77.”

“Oh no? It’s OK. I’ll just take house champagne then,” she replies graciously. Spotting a glass cylinder of plastic-wrapped sticks in the middle of the table, Naya asks, “Do you guys have sushi, too? Is that why there are chopsticks here?”

The Beckham effect: Burberry boosted by Romeo adverts

An ad campaign featuring Romeo Beckham helped Burberry notch up a 13 per cent boost in sales it was revealed today.

The group enlisted the 10-year-old budding fashion model and son of Victoria and David Beckham as the star of its latest campaign, alongside Cara Delevingne and Edie Campbell.

Burberry said spring/summer was a “stand-out season” for the group, with its high-end Prorsum fashion range and accessories such as the Blaze and Orchard bags proving a hit with shoppers.

The first quarter like-for-like sales rise marks an impressive increase over the seven per cent growth seen in the previous six months, with total retail sales in the three months to June 30 up 18 per cent at £339million, excluding exchange rate effects.

Burberry said: “In what remained an uneven trading environment, there was an exceptional consumer response to spring/summer 2013.”

It added that its ad campaign and catwalk shows generated “record reach and engagement”.

Richard Hunter, head of equities at Hargreaves Lansdown Stockbrokers, said it was an “impressive start to the year” for the group.

He added: “Burberry remains well regarded by consumers and investors alike."

Axed Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei allegedly made racist remark

Sophie Kasaei has reportedly been axed from 'Geordie Shore' after she was allegedly recorded saying she hates "n*****s".

Sophie Kasaei, from Tyne Dock in South Shields was removed from the MTV show due to alleged ‘offensive behaviour’.

The comments are said to have been made while Sophie and her castmates filmed scenes for the seventh series of the programme in a nightclub.

The 23-year-old insists she is not a racist and is sorry for any offence caused.

A spokesperson for Sophie said: “Sophie is absolutely devastated and sorry for any offence that has been caused by her drunken language.

“Sophie is against racism in any form being of mixed race herself and having experienced racial abuse as a child. “

Her father Keivan Kasaei, owns Mambo Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar in St Hilda Street, South Shields, says it is “impossible” that his daughter would make racist comments.

He said: “Sophie was born in England but I am from Iran and we also have Italian heritage.

“If you know her background, it is impossible for her to make racist comments. She is from a multi-cultural background.”

A statement on the music channel’s website read: “MTV and Lime Pictures, the producers of Geordie Shore, have decided it is not appropriate for reality star Sophie Kasaei to return to the current production of the show, following the investigation of an incident which took place in a nightclub last week.

“MTV and Lime will be reiterating to the remaining cast members that offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.”

Sophie, a former call-centre worker, has been part of Geordie Shore since the first series of the show and recently joined the rest of cast in Australia for the filming of series six.

When she won a place on the show she vowed to the Gazette she would make her home town proud.

Speaking in May 2011, she said: “I honestly think once people watch it, they will love it. I’m a Shields lass through and through.

The show’s really about twenty-somethings having a good time.

I just hope I do make the people of Shields proud.”

Youtube Celeb, Gloria Nava (aka glowpinkstah), speaks out about her "unaccepted" relationship

My boyfriend Ali is 5'10" with friendly blue eyes, a dimpled smile and a fit, muscular body. He's someone you'd expect to see with a really hot, thin woman...not an overweight girl like me.

We've been dating for 18 months, and wherever we go—whether we're walking hand in hand through the mall, airport or down the street in his hometown (Glasgow, Scotland) or mine (San Jose, California)—we get confused looks that say, He can do better than her!

When people say things out loud, their comments range from cruel ("Is he blind?" or "He's only with you to get a green card") to quips such as, "It's great he can see past your looks" or "He's so nice for being with you." I usually respond, "He's not doing me a favor—he's my boyfriend!"

Wolf of Wallstreet's Margot Robbie to join Will Smith in Focus

Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, who directed "Crazy, Stupid, Love," are directing the heist project.

Margot Robbie, the Australian actress who starred in ABC’s Pan Am, has been chosen to star opposite Will Smith in Focus, a Warner Bros. heist project being directed by Crazy, Stupid, Love directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, THR has confirmed.

Focus is a two-hander about a con man who becomes romantically involved with a novice. He is then thrown off his game when the former flame shows up just as he’s staging an elaborate con in Buenos Aires.

The project has had its share of revolving doors. Requa and Ficarra originally wrote the script with Crazy, Stupid, Love stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in mind, but when the actors were unavailable, they moved to Ben Affleck and Kristen Stewart. Affleck dropped out earlier in the year, and so did Stewart.

Smith came on board in April.

Robbie, who tested along with actresses including Michelle Williams and Rose Byrne, is expected to receive an official offer shortly.

She will next be seen opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street.

1 p.m.: Oh my God, let me just be the first to say: I can completely see how offense was taken. I truly apologize for the miscommunication and any and all resulting discomfort or anger. I’m not a wretched person with zero sense of perspective or respect for fellow human beings; rather, the actual explanation of my statement is something far more banal. No, Arendtites, not “banal” as in “the banality of evil”—banal as in, this was a very stupid grammatical error. You’ll see the offending tweet below.

What I intended to say was “not having hair makes me feel like a cancer: patient.” That is, waiting for my hair to grow has made me a more patient person—a trait, in the astrological community, typically associated with those born under the Cancer sign. I’m actually an Aries (traditional traits: determinedness, ambitiousness, impulsiveness, and, I can now say, inexcusably poor grasp of punctuation.)

1:15 p.m.: Not having your forgiveness makes me feel like I should have Aids.

1:16 p.m.: Christ, I’ve done it again. I meant: not having your forgiveness makes me feel like I should have aides, lower-case and with an “e.” Aides because I’m clearly in something of a public-relations quagmire. Please accept my second apology.

Record executive says Lady Gaga 'ARTPOP' is best pop album since "Thriller."

Yesterday evening, this column talked to an executive from Interscope, who has listened to Lady Gaga's "ARTPOP" album. He claims that Lady Gaga's latest effort is the best pop album since Michael Jackson's "Thriller."

"When you hear the songs, your heart will race. Tears will come out of your eyes. And you will dance with joy. "ARTPOP" isn't your typical EDM album. It takes EDM and pop to a whole new level. Actually, it takes music to a whole new level," the executive tells us.

However, he also admits that 'ARTPOP' may not be completely finished yet. "There may be some tweaking here and there, but the product is just about ready. Everybody at Interscope is excited for the biggest album of the year and, possibly, the biggest album of the decade." Fans of the new Queen of Pop can look forward to an ARTPOP Ball tour in 2014.

What's your favorite GaGa album ONTD? I think the Fame Monster was her best tbh

Josh & Fergie Expecting A Boy

The Duhamels are having a boy!

Josh Duhamel and wife Fergie (who recently announced she was legally changing her name to Fergie Duhamel – her birth name is Stacy Ann Ferguson) will be welcoming a little guy into their family.

Kelly held up two onesies, one pink and the other blue, and asked the actor to pick one. Josh played coy at first, but then grabbed and held up the blue one as the crowd cheered.

Fergie and Josh announced that they were expecting their first child in February.

The Black Eyed Peas singer shared the news on Twitter, writing, “Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump.”

The couple wed in 2009 in Malibu.

The 25 Most Underrated TV Drama Actors Right Now

Whether you like the golden age label or not, it’s undeniable that TV is flourishing right now. But for every hit series that your timeline stays spoiling for you on Twitter, there are several others that fly under the radar. By the same token, there are a ton of great actors whose performances deserve to be mentioned during the live documentation of this era, but who aren’t getting their due.

Underrated has multiple meanings. Some of the actors on this list are on shows that just concluded their debut seasons, and are thus just warming up. Others are doing fantastic things on series that Emmy boards, and maybe even critics, will never recognize or give props to. Still others have both notoriety and acclaim...with nary a statue or nomination even, to show for it. Of course, hundreds of great actors go unnoticed by the voting board, but the sting is worse when there’s a bevy of fans and critics alike all clamoring for it.

Those main three categories comprise the bulk of this selection, which is focused on actors who are currently on a series. To clarify—dramas that are on now, recently concluded this year, or are on hiatus, set to return soon. A collection of men and women who are next to blow, have been criminally overlooked, and/or grossly snubbed in the past. It’s time to take notice. Read on for the 25 Most Underrated TV Drama Actors Right Now.

Oprah to become Lindsay Lohan's life coach

Lindsay Lohan's guts don't come cheap, because we found out she's spilling them to Oprah at a cost of around $2 million.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us ... The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) has been negotiating with Lindsay for 4 months. The plan -- an 8-part docu-series about Lindsay's struggles, her career and her plans for the future -- but we're guessing it's mostly about her struggles.

Paper's editorial director discusses career, photographing celebs; Mariah crawls on all fours

I remember being in the grocery store in Hanover Park, Illinois, seeing Vogue. I thought, What is a legitimate excuse for a 10-year-old boy to buy a Vogue? I also recall once when my mom was sick, I said, “Oh, I’m just going to get some magazines for mom because she’s sick.” I didn’t plot to get involved in fashion. I kind of always just visualized a lifestyle that would involve lots of travel and interesting people.

In terms of cover stories, we’ve had some fun ones, we’ve had some horrible ones. The three celebrities we shot for Paper who I thought were going to be crazy but weren’t were Lindsay Lohan (March 2008), Prince (June 1999), and Mariah Carey (December 2009). They were all super-easy and fabulous. Lindsay was five minutes early! And same with Mariah. With Mariah, I wanted her to drink only out of a gold goblet, but none of that happened. She was a little nutty, though — all she wanted to do was be on all fours with the boobs out and the butt out. If you have Mariah, you’re going to get Mariah.

Prince was going to come clothed, all hair and makeup ready, [have the shoot] done in an hour and then leave. I get to the shoot’s location minutes before he’s going to arrive and they were filming a shampoo commercial. The studio’s filled with German people yelling and screaming, and [this commercial] was supposed to be done but it wasn’t. So Prince rolls up in his stretch limo and I’m having a nervous breakdown. I said, “I’m so sorry, we’re not ready.” And he said, “Well, should I just drive around the block for half an hour?” So he does, he comes back and the Germans are still yelling and screaming. I said, “Can you come back tomorrow at the same time?” and he said, “I can come back tomorrow at the same time, but promise that you’re going to be ready.” I promised, and we were, and it was easy breezy. That cover was one of our biggest sellers ever.

Others were not fun. Marisa Tomei was not fun. Nicki Minaj was not fun. The Nicki thing turned out fine in the end, but it was two weeks of hideous torture and [her] walking off shoots. We had hired a photographer who’d shot her before. She liked the pictures, so we got him to shoot her again for the cover a year or two later. The first day of the shoot, she was locked in a room with her hair and makeup team, people whom she picked — she made them put [all her hair/makeup] on, then take it off. She would not let anyone from our team, stylists or photographers, talk to her. She came out and it was a mess. The photographer took some shots and she said, “Let me see.” He [showed her] five frames and she walked off — it was insanity. I had to sign up for AOL Instant Messenger so I could talk to her later, and she hung up on me on AIM. It was a super headache. We were going to do another shoot and then she had to cancel the day before. In the end everything was set up, but she wouldn’t use the stylist that we had. [Eventually] we got it, and the pictures looked great.

4chan Rigs Contest So Creepy Man Can Smell Taylor Swift's Hair

Love & Hip-Hop ATL Recap: Up in Flames

Scrappy faces up to his problems, Drew and Traci come to terms about their relationship, Joseline makes a big purchase, and Rasheeda and her mother face off against Kirk. Check out the recap of this episode of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta inside..

Season 2 of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta is slowly coming to a close with just three episodes left before the reunion. And there are still a lot of questions left unanswered, and situations that need to be resolved. In short, there's a lot of fixing that needs to be done.

Mimi sees how down Rasheeda has been lately and offers her some encouragement. She is still understandably upset with Kirk and his "turnt up" boys weekend at the cabin with Benzino, and says she doesn't want to divorce but she may not have any other options. Rasheeda doesn't need any more stress as she is very pregnant, almost ready to pop, and Kirk isn't making things any easier. Quite chilly, Mr. Frost.

Harley Quinn is getting her own ongoing series.

Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti are many things in the comics industry: writers on a variety of projects including "Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre" and "Batwing." Artists who have worked together and with other collaborators. And a bona fide comic book power couple.

Later this year, the pair team to co-write their first ongoing series as the duo have been tapped by DC Comics to pen "Harley Quinn," a new, monthly series debuting later this year with a yet-to-be-named artist. The villainess of Gotham City and Joker's girlfriend has headlined a monthly comic before, but since the advent of the New 52 relaunch, the character has kept mainly to her current role as a cast member of DC's "Suicide Squad" where she sports a look closer to her recent "Arkham Asylum" video games appearances than her original "Batman: the Animated Series" outfit.

Quentin Tarantino's Girlfriend Caught Plagiarizing Her Film Columns

Quentin Tarantino, the chode of all chodes, is no stranger to plagiarism allegations. Good thing because his girlfriend, almost-award winning writer Lianne “Spiderbaby” MacDougall, is going to need a lot of help recovering from her own cheating scandal—over the weekend, she admitted plagiarizing from a host of different sources in her column for a horror fansite.

A relatively well-known writer and producer in the horror genre field (at least known enough to get a book deal with St. Martin’s Press), most of Spiderbaby's mainstream fame—until now—comes from being the girl who went on that yacht with Tarantino. (Here is the couple arriving at the Saturn Awards together last month.)

Word in the horror community regarding Spiderbaby’s alleged plagiarism spread rapidly last week, in the form of a tipster's email that reached us and several other outlets. Mike White at The Impossible Funky—famous for pointing out Tarantino’s habit of direct, unacknowledged homage to other films—received the email Friday and began investigating the claim that many film reviews from Spiderbaby’s FEARnet column (“Spiderbaby’s Terror Tapes”) were egregiously plagiarized. Sure enough, what he found was “pretty blatant.”

MSNBC crushed in Zimmerman ratings race

MSNBC's ratings woes came into sharp relief on Monday with the release of the preliminary numbers for the Zimmerman verdict.

In the 10-11 p.m. hour on Saturday night, when the verdict in, Fox News had 3,682,000 total viewers; CNN had 3,407,000 total viewers and won the coveted demo with 1,716,000 viewers aged 25-to-54.

In the same hour, MSNBC had 1,298,000 total viewers -- about one-third of Fox's total -- and a mere 510,000 viewers in the demo. (These are preliminary numbers; finals are in tomorrow.)

Despite branding itself as "the place for politics," MSNBC went wall-all on the Zimmerman trial after watching its ratings tank in recent months. It doesn't seemed to have helped.

James Franco to Guest Star on The Mindy Project, Is Not Anders Holm Thus No Fucks Need Be Given

Actor and filmmaker James Franco will guest-star in the season premiere of THE MINDY PROJECT airing Tuesday, Sept. 17 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) and continue his two-episode arc in the season’s second episode, Tuesday,Sept. 24 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Franco will play DR. PAUL LEOTARD, the charismatic and popular doctor who replaces MINDY (Mindy Kaling) at Shulman & Associates while she is in Haiti on a volunteer mission. A former professional fashion model, Dr. Leotard radically altered his career goals after he accidentally walked off a runway at fashion week and was saved by a pregnant woman. From that day forward, he devoted himself to helping pregnant women and immediately applied to medical school.

One of the most celebrated actors of his generation, James Franco is perhaps best known for his Academy Award-nominated performance as mountain climber Aron Ralston in the acclaimed 2010 feature “127 Hours.” Equally adept at comedy as he is at drama, Franco also has starred in several box office comedy hits, including“This is the End” and “Pineapple Express.” Other starring roles in films include “Oz the Great and Powerful,” “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” and “The Spider-Man” franchise. Franco’s breakthrough starring role was on the now-classic TV series “Freaks and Geeks,” and he continues to appear on the small screen in series such as “Hollywood Heights” and “General Hospital.” Franco will also be seen in his own feature adaptation of William Faulkner’s “As I Lay Dying,” which he directed.

Rush Limbaugh - 'I Can Now' Say 'N---a'

Rush Limbaugh crowed on Tuesday that, after hearing an interview with Trayvon Martin's friend Rachel Jeantel, he was now allowed to use the word "n---a." He then used the word.

Jeantel, who was on the phone with Martin just before he was killed by George Zimmerman, told Piers Morgan that she thought "n---a" was a non-racist term that could be applied to any man, whereas "n----r" was. This view is, to say the least, not universally shared, but Limbaugh happily dove in.

"So, n---a with an a on the end," he said, before adding, "I think I can now. Isn't that the point? Because it's not racist! I could be talking about a male."

"They are supporting each other as they endure this profound loss together. We continue to ask the media to respect the privacy of Lea and Cory’s family.”

Monteith, 31, whose body was found in a Vancouver hotel room over the weekend, died in what the coroner called a "most-tragic accident."

The two stars of Glee dated for more than a year, and Michele, 26, stood by his side when he voluntarily entered a month-long treatment program for substance addiction. They reunited after he was released.

Kanye West Sitcom Clip Appears On Net

Longing for a sitcom featuring Kanye West? Footage from the rapper's ill-fated 2008 comedy series has made its way to the internet, showing West's awkward, Curb Your Enthusiasm-style improv scene.

Yesterday, Consequence of Found uncovered a recently released video by actress Alison Quinn, intended as a demo reel for her acting chops. The clip shows Quinn in the role of an aide at the Make-A-Wish Foundation; she is introducing West to a terminally ill little boy.

Inevitably, the child has never heard of West. And Quinn's character isn't convinced that the rapper is as famous as he claims he is.

"I was on [the cover of] Time magazine," West says.

"I just didn't think they'd put you on the cover," Quinn replies.

"You didn't have to THINK they'd put me on the cover because they DID," West says. "It didn't have to be in your THOUGHTS, it was in your REALITY."

While HBO inked a deal with the rapper, and Borat/Curb producer Larry Charles helped with the pilot, the network didn't pursue the project further. "It was really good, but … I think it was too hardcore for HBO," Charles told MTV in 2008. "What Kanye West said to me the first time, he said, 'I'm the black Larry David.' That's the first thing he said to me … He's so much funnier than people realise."

West is probably happy he didn't go the Ricky Gervais route. While his new record hasn't been the sales monster he hoped it would be, the rapper's notoriety is as high as it has ever been: yesterday his new APC fashion collection, including an €80 blank T-shirt, crashed its website and sold out immediately.

Justin Bieber accused of spitting at Ohio man after nightclub confrontation

Justin Bieber could face a lawsuit from an Ohio man claiming the singer spat in his face.
The man, identified as a local DJ, called in to a radio show in Columbus to recount his exchange with the 19-year-old pop star that allegedly took place at a nightclub over the weekend.

"Justin Bieber spit right in my face," the man said. "It was in the VIP area ... two of Bieber's bouncers approached me and said I was trying to take pictures."
He explained that the singer's bouncers took his phone to search for photos, and though he claimed he didn't take any, later an angry Bieber approached the man himself.

The man suspected Bieber's concern was over his photos being taken at a 21-and-up establishment.

Bieber was indeed in Ohio over the weekend. His "Believe" tour made stops in Columbus on Friday and Cleveland on Saturday.

"He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something, and spit in my face," said the man.

According to TMZ, the man plans to file charges over the incident.

It isn’t the first time Bieber has been accused of spitting — in March one of Bieber’s Calabasas, Calif. neighbors claimed to have been spit on after confronting the singer about reckless driving.

Kristen Johnston: Cory Monteith's Death Is Not Shocking

"Whatever happened, I'm sure it was somehow involved with his addiction," she said. "It's just terribly, terribly sad. However, it's completely not shocking to me."

She continued by saying that she believes drug abuse is no more prevalent in celebrities than the rest of the world, but that the media portrays it as an epidemic of the Hollywood elite. Johnston's memoir, "Guts," which was released last year, outlined her life-long substance addiction.

The 45-year-old actress battled many personal issues that she reveals in her story, and six-and-a-half years after getting clean, she can now personally weigh in on the pressures that lead to drug and alcohol abuse.

Amanda Bynes Offered $200K Advance For Record Deal

Not only does Chinga Chang Records still want to make a record deal with Amanda Bynes, but the company’s producer exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that the troubled actress is capable of making better music than the already-established artist, Drake.
While the company’s first offer to Amanda was eventually rescinded after a disagreement in vision for the album, Daniel Herman of Chinga Chang Records tells Radar he’s determined to produce the album with her and has even increased the initial signing bonus of $150,000 to $200,000 — which Amanda can keep no matter what.
“I would have to be an idiot to not do everything in my power to create a classic album with her. It’s not about being more gangster than Drake, it’s about representing the culture and having the ability to make better music than him,” Daniel told Radar.
“She’s got that. I just want her to let me have the opportunity to prove it to the world.”
In the offer letter obtained by Radar, Daniel apologizes for their difference in vision and for “making the artist feel uncomfortable,” and promises Amanda “complete creative control of all aspects” of the album, along with a 50/50 split on gross record sales of the LP.

Adepero Oduye (should be playing Nina Simone) Is Replacing Condola Rashad In 'The Trip to Bountiful

Last week, when it was announced that the Broadway revival of The Trip to Bountiful, which was initially scheduled for a 14-week limited engagement through July 7, received a second extension to close on October 9, I wondered whether co-star Condola Rashad would be replaced for the latter half of the Bountiful extension, since she's already signed up for another Broadway play - a new adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, with an interracial twist, which will see her play Juliet opposite Orlando Bloom (lol).

That play is set to begin previews on August 24, for a September 19 opening, which would obviously conflict with Rashad's time on the extended Bountiful run (now through October 9). So who's going to take over for her during the latter half of Bountiful's run?

Adepero Oduye, making her Broadway debut, although she's no stranger to the stage. Producers of the critically-acclaimed revival made the announcement today, adding that Oduye will actually be taking over for Rashad this week!

You might recall that both actresses co-starred in last year's all-black TV remake of Steel Magnolias, for Lifetime. Oduye's reign begins tomorrow, Tuesday at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre.

We'll next see her on the big screen in Steve McQueen's 12 Years A Slave.

Also, TV One will air an all-new behind-the-scenes and on-set special of the critically-acclaimed Broadway revival of A Trip to Bountiful, titled TV One Takes The Trip To Bountiful With Cathy Hughes.

The special is slated to premiere on Thursday, July 25 at 8 pm ET.

Harvard Establishes a Nas Hip-Hop Fellowship

By Erin Coulehan

Harvard has honored Nas by establishing the Nasir Jones Hip-Hop Fellowship at the university. The fellowship by the Hip-Hop Archives and W.E.B Du Bois Institute will fund scholars and artists who show productive scholarship and creative potential in the arts in connection with hip-hop.

"Having welcomed various artists and scholars, the Hip-Hop Archive and Research Institute is uncompromising in our commitment to build and support intellectually challenging and innovative scholarship that reflects the rigor and achievement of hip-hop performance," said Marcyliena Morgan, Professor of African and African American Studies at Harvard University and founder and director of the Hip-Hop Archive and Research Institute.

Added Nas, "I am immensely over-the-top excited about the Nasir Jones Hip-Hop Fellowship at Harvard. From Queens, NY to true cultural academia. My hopes are that greed for knowledge, art, self-determination and expression go a long way. It is a true honor to have my name attached to so much hard work, alongside great names like Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and W.E.B. Du Bois and to such a prestigious and historical institution, and all in the name of the music I grew to be a part of."

Established in 2002, the Hip-Hop Archive seeks to build on the traditions of the genre while also tracing the historical context through critical analysis. It also aims to help students explore their creativity with innovative projects. Nas was selected for the honor by a committee of university faculty members.

"Nas is a true visionary, and he consistently shows how boundaries can be pushed and expanded to further the cause of education and knowledge. The work of the Du Bois Institute is enriched by the addition of the Nasir Jones Hip-Hop Fellowship," said Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr., Director of the W. E. B. Du Bois Institute for African and African American Research.

*squints* well played, harvard.

Azealia's "ATM Jam" Was Originally Meant For Third Ward Trill

Azealia Banks has revealed that her new Pharrell produced/assisted single “ATM Jam” was originally intended for Beyoncé.

In an interview with BBC Radio 1′s Zane Lowe the controversial rapper revealed that Pharrell had originally wanted her to write a verse for Beyoncé but that she struggled to write suitable content for the singer.

“Well I actually went to Miami to do a feature for Beyoncé and originally he gave me the song because he wanted me to write it for Beyoncé,” explained Banks.

“She wanted to rap or something and wanted me to write a song, and I couldn’t come up with anything that I thought would be appropriate for her just because I’m so raunchy, but I wrote the song. I wrote like some verses on it and he was just like ‘you should just keep it’”.

“ATM Jam” is the second official single to be lifted from the rapper’s forthcoming debut album “Broke With Expensive Taste”.

Funny thing is Pharrell's hook is the weakest part of the song.  Glad it won't be on Bey's album either way.

Jay-Z's Magna Carta Is 'Not Sh--That I Like,' Earl Sweatshirt Defends

Twitter is a great place to be opinionated — that is, until you express an unpopular opinion and begin to receive death threats. That's what Earl Sweatshirt learned when he announced to followers last week that he wasn't really feeling Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail. But even with all the backlash, Earl tells MTV News that he stands firmly behind his opinion.

Hov and Magna Carta began trending on the Fourth of July, when the album became available on the Samsung Magna Carta app and subsequently leaked on the Internet, giving fans plenty of time to listen ahead of its official release date. Some listeners gave it rave reviews, others gave it a lukewarm nod, and Earl Sweatshirt had a definitive opinion in the other direction.

"If you really f---ed with magna carta then unfollow me," he tweeted on July 11. "im gonna listen to allure and eat a breakfast burrito." The stream of hateful tweets followed almost immediately, and for transparency's sake, Earl retweeted plenty of the venom that was directed his way.

"I was not expecting that," he told MTV News before hitting the stage at his Vitamin Water Uncapped performance in New York on Monday. "Because I wasn't trying to come foul at Jay-Z, it's just not my favorite album by him, but I f----ing love Jay-Z."

Miley Cyrus Interview with the Toronto Sun + Snippet of "Wrecking Ball"!

NEW YORK - Miley Cyrus says she literally can’t stop.

The former Hannah Montana star, now 20, says her new single We Can’t Stop perfectly sets the stage for her forthcoming fall album and 2014 tour.

“People don’t realize actually how pun-ny it is when I’m doing things,” Cyrus says in a Manhattan hotel room.

“They’re like, ‘It really feels like you can’t stop.’ ‘It is!’ ... What is making my (new) record consistent is the fact that (the songs are) all different and that’s where I am. I’m at a point where it’s like I know who I am, but I’m know that I’m not finished figuring that out and I won’t finished be until I’m in the dirt.”

As for the accompanying We Can’t Stop video, which so far has 75 million YouTube hits, Cyrus, sporting short blonde hair, thinks she knows why it’s made such an impression.

“People are watching like, ‘Cute cat plays with yarn,’ for three hours a lot more than they’re watching anyone else’s music video. And it’s because it makes them happy, it makes them laugh, whatever,” says Cyrus, who’s engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth (and wearing her ring on this day).

“So I wanted my video to make people laugh ‘cause I’m the first one to make jokes at myself. My godmother is Dolly Parton who is constantly making fun of herself. She’s like, ‘It takes a lot of money to look this cheap, honey.’ ... I wanted the video to be that kind of confident.”

Mutya Keisha Siobhan's Idolator interview

Mutya Keisha Siobhan are currently in Los Angeles to film the video for their gorgeous Dev Hynes-produced  single “Flatline” but the lovely ladies took some time out of their hectic schedule to meet the media. I headed over to Toast Cafe this afternoon (July 15) more than a little excited about hanging out with the original and — obviously — the best Sugababes.
By the time I got there, MKS had already been through five hours of interviews but the girls were still happy to chat. Particularly flawless English rose Donaghy, who picked my accent immediately and wanted to know more. Over the next hour or so, I found out some exciting tid bits about the new album, their Suga-history and even Buena’s butt implants.

A Final Fantasy XV, Lightning Returns, Kingdon Hearts HD TL;DR Post...which is GREAT

When we get Square Enix tl;dr posts, it's a good thing, because its fans are starving for as much information as possible! Especially if that information comes from game updates. In the Nomura article specifically, we read up on why there are so many KH spin-offs, why KHIII took a long time to enter preparation, Nomura's life as a creative director, and more sequel/spin-off talk.

Also, Lightning Returns talk: battle systems, worldview, dungeons, a hard mode, and more.

Erren Van Duine writes a review for the Kingdom Hearts HD remaster, and it makes me beyond excited to throw my pocket change at the Western release!!!

Iggy Azalea defies stereotypes

Iggy Azalea defies stereotypes. It’s probably best not to categorise her at all, because apparently the only person allowed to define Iggy Azalea is herself. At just 23, Azalea is masterfully taking over the commercial rap game, putting out on point music videos and seeing her new single ‘Bounce‘ ride high in the charts. But all superstars (or at least, those destined for superstardom) come with a character trait that stops them from being entirely superhuman. So what’s Iggy’s? And what exactly is her signature shade of red lipstick? District MTV have all the important facts…

Hugh Jackman made an oppsie in Japan

When Hugh Jackman was filming for his latest movie The Wolverine in Japan a few months ago, he unintentionally caused a minor incident at a Japanese spa when he walked around nude, not knowing he was supposed to cover his privates.

While visiting a traditional spa at the foot of Mount Fuji, the Australian actor was unaware that the small towel he was handed when he entered was actually meant to be worn around the waist to cover up. Instead, he used it as a washcloth to wipe his face with cold water when he was already getting hot (pun not intended). He noticed a lot of people were staring at him, but he thought it was because he was the only white person in the whole spa (and it never occurred to him that people were staring because he’s a big Hollywood star!). It wasn’t until a fellow customer pointed at his own towel and his private parts, miming what he was supposed to do with the cloth, that he realized his cultural blunder. “I’d spent about an hour just waltzing around this place with this thing in one hand and a beer in my other!” the 44 year old actor exclaimed.

The Wolverine is set to open in the US and UK on July 26, but has no release date yet in Japan. Several Japanese actors co-star in the movie, including Hal Yamanouchi, Will Yun Lee and Rila Fukushima. A number of Japanese locations also figure prominently in the story and in the production, particularly Omishima Island, Tomonura and Tokyo.

one of em could have at least mentioned how big he was
