The first assessments of "Pacific Rim" rose on the icy waters of the critical ocean today and they're mostly positive, which will no doubt be a relief to executives and what's more, thus far there are no outright pans of the movie, and it looks unlikely to get the kind of roasting "The Lone Ranger" did. It seems the bottom line is that those just going in for a crackin' good time will get their money's worth, but those looking for a bit more meat and potatoes may be left wanting for a bit more out of the monster mayhem. So let's dive in and see what the critics thought, from best to worst.
"Pacific Rim" crashes into theaters on July 12th.
The 6.25-inch NOVA heels appear to be heelless, but the architect claims to have engineered a comfortable shoe that you won't topple over in. The materials are equally creative, with the outside of the shoe using metallic chromed vinyl rubber in either silver, black, or rose gold. The result looks like something out of a sci-fi movie. The sole is rubber and contains a hidden platform and heel made of fiberglass, while luxurious Italian nappa leather lines the shoe's interior.
In case you couldn’t tell from her tit falling out of the nursery curtains she calls a dress or the full view of her tampon string gracefully hanging out of her twat, Brandi Glanville reached RiRi-like levels of plastered while partying with her “gays” in West Hollywood last night. Well, I guess if you’re going to rock out with your cock tampon string out and get so damn drunk that you get into a wrestling match with your own dress and lose, you should do it while your best gay friends are around.
Since Brandi Glanville’s getting attention for being a broke off, dozed off mess last night, expect her dragonized shadow LeAnn Rimes to do the same thing tonight. Great. Just what our retinas need. Pictures of Falkor Rimes’ luck dragon titty balls falling out of her chiffon whisper of a dress as the string to her cooch plug dangles in front of the camera. Thanks a lot, Brandi!
Meanwhile, Riley (Chelsea Kane) hosts a book club in an effort to make friends with the cool girls at work. When her mom, Jennifer (Caroline Rhea), and Bonnie (Melissa Peterman) get wind of her plans, they invite themselves. Much to Riley’s dismay, the ladies’ long-standing rivalry erupts during the club meeting.
“On the Lamb-y” premieres Wednesday, July 10th, @8:30PM ET/PT on ABC Family.
There haven't been any posts since CN's 8th episode +#9 sneak peak clip, so I'm going to catch us up in this post. A new episode of Candidly Nicole is uploaded every Tuesday, and we've only missed 3 episodes. They're a great watch! Deleted scenes and other extras can be found at the source (YT Channel).

Burgeoning agent Jay-Z is wooing Los Angeles Dodgers star Yasiel Puig, hoping to add the 22-year-old to the growing stable of athletes he represents, two sources told Yahoo! Sports.
During a mid-June trip to New York, Puig was invited to a party at a club Jay-Z owns after a Dodgers teammate passed along the rapper's contact information, one source said. Between the lifestyle and marketing plan offered by Roc Nation Sports, Puig left the meeting intrigued.
While Puig has spoken with at least one more marketing agency in New York, the prospect of his joining Roc Nation as a client covering both baseball contracts and marketing remains a possibility, sources said.
After signing New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano as his first client, Jay-Z, who made the bulk of his half-billion-dollar fortune in the music industry, has targeted players from other sports: Thunder star Kevin Durant, WNBA rookie Skylar Diggins, and Jets quarterback Geno Smith.
Jay-Z also is known to be interested in signing another Cuban baseball player, Oakland A's outfielder Yoenis Cespedes, according to a source. Next week, Cespedes will be in New York, Jay-Z's hometown, for the Home Run Derby, and Puig could be as well if he wins the Final Vote for the last slot on the National League All-Star team.
In the song "Crown" on his recently released album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, Jay-Z took a shot at prominent baseball agent Scott Boras, rapping: "Scott Boras, you over, baby. Robinson Cano, you coming with me." While Boras declined to fire back, agents around baseball have questioned the wisdom in signing with a fledgling agency run by somebody with no experience negotiating sports contracts. Roc Nation Sports has partnered on the baseball side with Creative Artists Agency.
Were Puig to leave for Roc Nation, his current agent, Jaime Torres, would receive the full commission on the seven-year, $42 million deal signed in June 2012.
Recently she was seen at Warped Tour in Toronto performing with her new hard rock/metal band Sumo Cyco!
Also, following the link on the video, it turns out they're a college radio station who recently interviewed her and posted a clip of that here.( Collapse )
