When Tom Hardy played Heathcliff to Charlotte Riley’s Cathy in ITV's adaptation of Wuthering Heights in 2009, their passion continued off screen and the pair were soon engaged. Sadly, the actors’ love story seems to have come to no more of a happy ending than that of Emily Brontë’s characters.
Mandrake hears that the couple's wedding has been put on hold. It is said that Hardy, 35, who played Bane in the Batman film The Dark Knight Rises, is being comforted by Noomi Rapace, the 33-year-old star of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
NEW YORK – MAY 10, 2013 – Univision Radio, the leading radio network serving Hispanic America, will premiere an exclusive Spanish version of Ariana Grande’s gold-selling smash single “The Way” [Republic Records] this Friday, May 10 on select Univision Radio stations across the country. The actress and singer recorded this Spanish version of the hit song exclusively for Univision Radio.
About this new version, Grande excitedly comments, “The past month has been like a dream come true, and the response to ‘The Way’ has been so amazing already. Now, it’s so exciting to bring this song to my Latin fans with a very special recording—for them. I’m so happy for everybody to hear it.”
Republic Records Executive Vice President Charlie Walk echoes her excitement, “Ariana’s impact worldwide is simply staggering. This is a phenomenal opportunity to speak directly to a massive and devoted segment of her demographic and, as a label, we’re thrilled to invite that audience closer to this young superstar. We’ve built such an inventive partnership with Univision, and this release is emblematic of the synergy between our teams.”

“It was very funny,” Kit tells AccessHollywood.com of the show’s most recent “GOT”-themed sketch, which had its cast playing contestants, competing in a “Game of Thrones” game. “I’m a big Zach Galifianakis fan, so I just found it hilarious, and Nikolaj [Coster-Waldau, who made a cameo in it] was funny.”
Just a year ago, “SNL” player Taran Killam actually impersonated the Englishman in another sketch about the drama, and down the phone line from Canada (where he’s been shooting the film “Pompeii”) Kit admits to Access he found Taran’s work to be on point.
“I saw that other one they did and it’s a horribly accurate impression of me,” he laughs.
As for Kit’s work — his portrayal of Jon Snow has not only been accurate, but compelling. From Season 1, Kit’s Jon has fit in closely with the Jon of George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” novels: a young man who grew up in a noble family (but without the perks of their name), suffered emotional abuse at the hands of his stepmother, and left home determined to live up to an idealized version of nobility he couldn’t have in the Seven Kingdoms, by dedicating the rest of his life to the Night’s Watch.
It didn’t quite turn out the way Jon planned. He entered into the Wildling camp at the start of Season 3, and later, broke his chastity vow for a feisty, flame-haired woman named Ygritte. And for those who haven’t read, “A Storm of Swords,” and don’t know what’s on the way, Kit’s put a real question in TV watchers’ minds over where Jon’s loyalties lie.
One place it was clear they do exist is in self-preservation. After Orell tried to cut the rope holding Jon and Ygritte hundreds of feet above the ground in last Sunday’s “The Climb” episode, Jon managed to save himself and his girl with some quick thinking. And in our new interview with the actor, Kit told Access about preparing to film the epic, action-packed scene, Jon’s feelings for Ygritte and the trouble that lies ahead for his character as the season continues.

It’s official: Josh Holloway is returning to prime-time.
The Lost actor’s pilot Intelligence just received a series order at CBS for next season. He’ll play an agent at the “US Cyber Command” who has a microchip implanted in his brain that allows him to access the entire electromagnetic spectrum (so he gets free WiFi wherever he goes, at the very least).
The project, from Empire State writer Michael Seitzman, is bound to draw comparisons to J.J. Abrams’ new Fox series Almost Human, which chronicles an android police officer.
CBS also gave a series order to Hostages, about “a family caught in the middle of a grand political conspiracy that will change their lives forever.” That one stars Toni Collette and Dylan McDermott. Hostages is from Jeffrey Nachmanoff, who wrote NBC’s Chicago Fire pilot and episodes of Showtime’s Homeland.

Lisa Marie Presley played Michael Jackson like a "Smooth Criminal" when she blindsided the King of Pop with a divorce filing, after she convinced him to hold off from filing first.
That bombshell is the latest nugget to come to light in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit with concert promoter AEG Live.
It was revealed Thursday by Karen Faye, Jackson's longtime hair and makeup artist. During Faye's testimony, the jurors we shown several photos of her with Jackson, including a shot taken in January 1996, the day after the King of Rock 'n' Roll's daughter filed for divorce from Jackson.
Faye testified that Jackson was upset after Presley blindsided him with a divorce filing, after she asked him not to file.
"She begged and begged, saying please don't file," Faye said, according to a CNN report. To appease his estranged wife, Jackson promised not to file. Yet "the next morning it was all over the press that she filed before him," Faye said.
Indeed, when news of the divorce first broke, a publicist for Jackson claimed he knew nothing about it.
In an effort to control the negative press, the Jackson camp issued a photo of him with Faye. It "was to give the press something to talk about" with Faye being "the mysterious blonde," she said.
Calls and emails to Lisa Marie's press representatives weren't immediately returned.
Jackson and Presley married in 1994, just 20 days after she divorced her first husband Danny Keough. The marriage, which brought together two generations of pop royalty, was such a big event that MTV opened the 1994 Video Music Awards with the couple onstage sharing a kiss. "Just think, nobody thought this would last," Jackson famously said, before kissing his then-bride.
Although they divorced in 1996, in a 2010 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Presley said that she and Jackson tried to reconcile for four years following their split and often traveled the world to be together.
