Kanye West cheating on Kim Kardashian with Iggy Azalea

Last year Kayne West and Kim Kardashian were just embarking on their relationship journey. West chased Kardashian for years. According to Celebrity Laundry on April 7, it looks like now he’s wishing he never laid eyes on her. The April 15 issue of Star magazine also published reports that Kanye is “turned off by Kim, they've stopped having sex. She is being selfish; she doesn't care what she’s doing to her relationship.”

Kim might be putting her beauty and cravings first instead of her baby and baby-daddy causing strife in their relationship. West is taking a step back from the relationship. While Kim stays in Los Angeles pigging out on food hoping to land an after-baby weight loss contract, Kayne decided to go to Paris to hang out with his new gal-pal, Iggy Azalea. Iggy is blonde and tiny; the perfect type for West. Since West is seriously lacking in the sexual department and so turned off by Kim, Kardashian swears West is abandoning her for an affair with Azalea.

Can you blame him? Do you think Kayne West is cheating on Kim Kardashian with Iggy Azalea? Sound off in the comments below.

Courtland pleads guilty to assault against Jenelle and unborn baby!!!!!!

What do you get when Teen Mom Jenelle Evans and her husband Courtland Rogers go to court? A whole lot of drama. The reality star went to a hearing in a Brunswick County, North Carolina courtroom today to support her on-again, off-again, on-again husband, who pleaded guilty to one count of assault on a female and one count of battery on an unborn child.

Courtland was sentenced to 24 months probation, and according a source who spoke to E!, he's happy to put the whole thing behind him.

I ... I am so confused. Let me get this straight. Jenelle gets pregnant with Courtland's baby, they get married, he abuses her (and the unborn child), she has a miscarriage, she leaves him in the middle of the night, er, something, and gets back together with an ex, he goes back to his ex, Tiffany, Jenelle presses charges against him alleging abuse, then she tries to retract those allegations, then they get back together, and now he's just pleaded guilty to battery.

And honestly, that's not the half of it. Courtland was also accused of selling stories that defamed Jenelle, and Jenelle had been accused of faking her pregnancy for attention and money.

But listen. The fact that Courtland pleaded guilty to battery against an unborn baby makes me assume, naturally, that Jenelle really was pregnant and really did have a miscarriage. But I'm taking all this with a grain of salt.

Would I put it past these two to take the pregnancy lie so far that Courtland would be forced to admit to abusing an unborn child lest the truth be discovered? No, no I wouldn't.

But if lies designed to win them fame and a bigger paycheck are resulting in excess battery charges, they made need to rethink their strategy.

Are you surprised Courtland pleaded guilty to one count of battery against an unborn child?

So, do y'all think Dumb & Dumber are continuting the lie or if they are truthful? #messy

Stop Crying Racism At Hollywood Says Antoine Fuqua; 'Put In The Work'

“I wouldn’t use the term racist, as much as I would say the playing field is not even in Hollywood. But ultimately, you have to put in the work [...] It’s very easy to cry racism when you’re not qualified to do the work or your work isn’t transcending to where you want it to be. Hollywood is a business and you have to look at it that way [...] I do see other things – like people who don’t understand or are ignorant to our culture. But I wouldn’t call them racist. If anything, it’s our job to expand their minds to our experience [...] There are no African Americans that run major studios and most of the executives at the top level are not African American. So when the people in those jobs are developing stories, nine times out of 10, their stories won’t be about African Americans – they’ll be about people who look like themselves. To say that those people are racist is not necessarily the case [...] 99.9 per cent of the people that have given me my opportunities in this business were not African American [...] Denzel [Washington] gave me a great opportunity when we did Training Day together, and I also became friends with Mr Sidney Poitier, who has given me great counsel and advice. But in terms of people in the studio system, most of the people who have given me my jobs were not African American. So I can’t sit back and say Hollywood is racist.”

Words from director Antoine Fuqua while doing press in the UK where his latest effort, Olympus Has Fallen, which is set to be released in theaters there this week. Apparently he was asked whether he felt the American studio system was a racist one, likely in regards to the dearth of black talents in front of and behind the camera.

The above is from a teaser interview with The Voice (UK), who promise that the full exclusive interview with Fuqua will be posted on April 11.

Will Smith tried this nonsense already. I love the fact that it's consistently actors and filmmakers whose films I am rarely interested in because they create or act in mediocre or stereotypical films that Hollywood people only like seeing black people in.

Margaret Thatcher 'Ding Dong' chart campaign takes off

Margaret Thatcher's death has prompted the launch of a campaign to get 'Ding Dong! The Witch is Dead' to number one.
The song from the classic 1939 film The Wizard of Oz starring Judy Garland was written by EY Harburg and composed by Harold Arlen.
The "Make 'Ding dong the Witch is Dead' number 1 the week Thatcher dies" Facebook campaign was originally set up in 2007
The song's lyrics trended on Twitter throughout Monday (April 8) following Thatcher's death at the age of 87.
Garland's version has risen up to as high as number 26 on the iTunes download chart as of Tuesday morning.
However, the campaign asks people to download Ella Fitzgerald's version, as Garland's original may be too short to qualify for the official chart.
On Amazon, Garland has climbed to number three, while Fitzgerald has climbed to number eight.
Baroness Thatcher's death has sparked a fresh debate about her legacy and how she should be remembered for her time as Conservative leader.
While the likes of David Cameron and Lord Alan Sugar praised the former Prime Minister, stars such as Morrissey have been critical.
Several hundred people took to the streets in south London on Monday evening to celebrate Thatcher's death with alcohol and dancing.

Chris Rock & Anthony Anderson Are Heading To That Show You Would Be Watching If It Wasn't On BET.

Chris Rock, Anthony Anderson Heading To BET's Hit Series 'Real Husbands Of Hollywood'

BET hasn't made an official announcement on this, but the folks at Hip Hollywood got the scoop directly from the cast, during a set visit while they were shooting an episode for season 2.

It's not clear whether Chris Rock and Anthony Anderson are actually joining the cast as a season 2 regular, or if their's will be guest appearances. But I'm leaning towards the latter. Although I suppose they could also be recurring roles.

Real Husbands Of Hollywood has been a big hit for BET, who said it was the #1 sitcom on cable among adults 18-49. Its season finale last month, drew a total of about 3.5 million viewers. It was no surprise then that the network announced a second season pickup with a 12 episode order for the semi-scripted comedy, promising more celebrity guest-stars.

'Labyrinth' acquired by Walt Disney Pictures?

Walt Disney Pictures has taken screenwriter Larry Brenner's original pitch for a fantasy adventure called Labyrinth, Deadline reports. Although it shares a few of the same narrative elements, the project is unrelated to Jim Henson's 1986 project, which starred Jennifer Connelly and David Bowie.

Okay, we'll see about that finished product...

First Clip From 'Adult World' featuring Emma Roberts, John Cusack

With a just over a week to go until it makes its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, director Scott Coffey has been busy fine tuning "Adult World" and getting ready to walk down the red carpet. We've shared some images and have been keeping up with the developments as the movie has progressed, but now we get our first look at "Adult World," with this exclusive clip.

Life may not always turn out the way you thought, and so it goes for Emma Roberts who plays Amy Anderson, a college grad in poetry, convinced she is the next star in the literary world. Unfortunately, rejection letters, unpaid student loans and more start stacking up so she finds a job at Adult World -- an adult bookstore, naturally -- but things change when she strikes up a mentorship with her hero and punk poet Rat Billings (John Cusack).

As we'll see in this scene, he's not exactly the warmest character, but he is intrigued enough by her enthusiasm which is certainly infectious. Helping to carry the will be a score by Wolf Parade and Divine Fits frontman Dan Boeckner, who has not only recorded a brand new song for the movie ("Floating World") but he's also covered Flock Of Seagulls' "Wishing ("If I Had A Photograph Of You)."

Madonna Gets Her VIP Status Revoked in Malawi

This is a follow-up to Madonna's illiterate, error-filled handwritten note to the president of Malawi.

President of Malawi says Madonna "just came unannounced... and made poor people dance for her" Someone's not a fan. It's now believed that Madonna's VIP status was revoked after this disastrous visit.

Last Monday, Madonna arrived in Malawi a VIP. Last Saturday, she left the country with her VIP status revoked.

She and the first female president of Malawi are having a real bitch-off.

The Madonna camp's version of events is that the singer flew to the country last week to check in on some projects she had helped fund through her charity, Raising Malawi. She went to some classrooms her foundation had helped build. She visited a hospital and some orphanages. Before she left, she scrawled out a bizarre handwritten note (on her bright yellow personal stationery) to Malawi President Joyce Banda, in which she:

*Casually addressed the president as "Joyce"

*Misspelled the word "responsibility"

*Said it "would be great" to meet if Joyce had time

Joyce, it seems, did not have time.

When Madonna arrived at the airport to fly home on Saturday, her VIP traveler status, the Telegraph reports, had been revoked. By official directive.

That sneaky Joyce.

The Sandlot: 20 Years Later

Twenty years later and Tom Guiry still can't escape the classic line from his most memorable film appearance.

"You're killin' me, Smalls!"

Guiry was Scotty Smalls in "The Sandlot," the 1993 coming-of-age baseball movie about a rag-tag group of boys who loved baseball, and the new kid in town, a total rookie, trying to fit in with them. Ready to feel old? Sunday was the 20th anniversary of the film debuting in theaters.

Rare is the day that goes by without someone seeing Guiry, now 32 and a father three, and saying "You're killin' me, Smalls." When he's not acting, he works at a hospital as a patient transporter to make ends meet. So when patients recognize him and say, "You're killin' me, Smalls," it's very nice they don't mean it literally.

"When I was in my early 20s," Guiry says. "It used to bother me. But it's nice to be remembered for something and Smalls isn't a bad thing to be remembered for."

David M. Evans, the writer, director and narrator of "The Sandlot," loves to tell this story: He was in an airport a few years back. He saw a father trying to contain a wild child while also trying to carry his luggage. Finally, giving up, the dad put down his bags and told the child, "You're killin' me, Smalls."

"He was three feet from me and I couldn't resist," Evans says. "I told the guy, 'You're never going to believe this' ...'" He took the guy's address and sent him and his son an autographed poster.

"I am very, very grateful that it means that much to people," Evans says.

Chauncey Leopardi played Michael "Squints" Palledorous, the kid with the big glasses who famously tricked hot girl Wendy Peffercorn into kissing him. When "The Sandlot" anniversary occurred Sunday, fans were sending him well wishes on Twitter like it was his birthday.

"People get pretty excited about [the movie]," says Leopardi, 31. "We're obviously not really celebrities or movie stars or anything. When I meet people in public, they've really taken it to heart. They're genuinely excited to meet us."

To mark the 20th anniversary of the film, 20th Century Fox put out a special edition Blu-ray of "The Sandlot" with collectible baseball cards of the characters. There's also an anniversary tour in which the film will be shown at baseball stadiums around the country (now through September, the first one is Saturday in New Jersey). Evans is attending the screenings and blogging about them. P.F. Flyers, famously worn by "Sandlot" hero Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez, even put out a special 20th anniversary edition.

Big League Stew had its own idea of how to honor the anniversary of "The Sandlot." We talked to Evans, Guiry and Leopardi about a few of the movie's most memorable scenes to get their behind-the-scenes stories and memories.

The Rise of Brooke Candy

New Brooke Candy track called STACK:

After a stint working in San Francisco, Candy moved back to L.A. a year ago to take an internship with stylist and reality star Rachel Zoe.I gave her a ride home one time, and she was talking to me about all this stupid bullshit. She’s so ditzy. I don’t know how she’s so successful with her empire. Her QVC line is really ugly.” After that, she asked Larry Flynt for work as a Hustler photographer. Instead, he gave her a job designing windows for Hustler stores. “It was like: ‘Dress the mannequins slutty.’ I wasn’t into it.” Still, Candy sees Flynt as a role model. “He’s worth three or four hundred million dollars. And he stands for cool shit: He wants to legalize prostitution and weed.” Best of all, through “crazy ties,” he managed to “get all this stuff on political figures and save himself from being fucked. He’s a genius.”

Despite comparisons to Stefani and Nicki Minaj, Candy says she takes pains to distinguish herself from artists who “come off weird and take from the underground culture but were never really a part of it.” Candy says Lady Gaga, for example, would send photographers to A Club Called Rhonda, an East L.A. party, to take photos of the clubgoers and copy their styles. Candy thinks her own look is already being appropriated by mainstream performers, producing a photo of Carmen Electra in pink dreadlocks as evidence.

'End It' movement set to raise awareness of slavery through viral campaign
By T.J. Murray

When most people think of slavery, they envision southern plantations in the nineteenth century. But the practice of slavery is still very much alive in the world, even in the United States.

The End It movement is a campaign that raises awareness of slavery's modern existence. Their website estimates that 27 million people are slaves today through the use of child labor, sex trafficking, bondage, and work without wages through coercion. Just last week, a local CBS station in South Dakota reported of a man convicted of sex trafficking in that state. Also last week, the Daily Herald reported that two men in Rochester, NY, had been accused of sex trafficking. A Google search on sex trafficking will show you plenty of current results just like these.

The Guardian reports that human trafficking - the exchange of human slaves for profit - is the third largest illegal industry across the globe.

The problem is profound, and the answers are scarce. The End It movement hopes that awareness will build a movement against the detestable practice. On Tuesday, April 9, they implore people to mark a red 'X' on their hands in order to spark conversations and spread the word.

Also, the movement is inspiring people to use social media sites like Facebook to get the message out. By changing your profile picture to a red 'X', it can use be used as a platform to make people realize that slavery is a modern problem requiring modern solutions.

Billboard predicts big things for Ariana Grande's career

After playing a supporting character on Nickelodeon’s “Victorious” for the past three years, Ariana Grande is taking center stage as both a singer and an actress in 2013. While filming a starring role in new Nickelodeon series “Sam & Cat,” the 19-year-old Florida native has logged the first mainstream hit of her recording career with “The Way,” featuring Mac Miller. After hitting iTunes on March 26 through Republic Records, the song sold 219,000 downloads in its first week, according Nielsen SoundScan, and debuts at No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 (see page 50).

Grande recorded the flirtatious R&B-tinged single, which samples Big Pun’s 1998 hit “Still Not a Player,” after meeting with U.K. producer Harmony Samuels earlier this year and immediately connecting with the slinky beat. “I cut my vocal on it,” Grande says, “and then Mac and I had been hanging out for a while at that point, and I was like, ‘I really want you to feature on this record. What do you think?’ And he said, ‘Sounds like a hit to me.’”

Grande has been slowly piecing together a debut album while splitting her time playing Cat Valentine on “Victorious”; her 2011 single “Put Your Hearts Up” has sold 120,000 downloads. But “The Way” fast-tracked her career by grabbing the attention of Republic co-founder Monte Lipman as well as Charlie Walk, who started as the label’s executive VP in late January.

“It was 8:00 one night, and I heard a song coming from Monte’s office through my wall,” Walk recalls. “He called me down and I played a video, a DIY of Ariana Grande. We heard the song and I immediately made the decision to set it up [and] put the song out.”

The Emmy-winning actor is in the mix for a spot in NBC’s late-night lineup, one executive involved in the network’s program planning said. The executive asked not to be identified because the talks were still in initial stages.

The most likely landing place for a show hosted by Mr. Baldwin would be in the latest of NBC’s entries, the show now called “Last Call.” That half-hour interview program currently stars Carson Daly.

Mr. Daly is also the host of NBC’s biggest show, “The Voice.”

NBC is in the midst of what looks like a complete overhaul of its late-night lineup. Last week, the network confirmed that Jimmy Fallon, now host of NBC’s “Late Night,” would be taking over the “Tonight” from Jay Leno when he steps down next February. The show will move from Los Angeles to New York with Mr. Fallon as star.

After that move was announced, speculation immediately began about who might succeed Mr. Fallon at the “Late Night’ show. Now the mutual interest between Mr. Baldwin and NBC about opening a late-night spot for the actor could result in three new late-night hosts for NBC.

Mr. Baldwin ended his much-praised run as a star on this NBC comedy “30 Rock” this season. He twice won the Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Comedy for his work as Jack Donaghy.

Mr. Baldwin has also been long regarded one of the best guests on late-night television shows. And he has won critical praise for a podcast series he created with WNYC radio in New York, called “Here’s The Thing.”

In the series, Mr. Baldwin has interviewed a wide range of guests, including David Letterman, Billy Joel, Kristen Wiig, Chris Rock, Lena Dunham, and the Indianapolis Colts quarterback, Andrew Luck.

The format of the half-hour podcasts takes Mr. Baldwin out of the studio and into some remote locations — like a star’s apartment – to conduct the interviews. The advantage of hosting a similar show for television would be that Mr. Baldwin could record several interviews in a single day and leave his schedule open to perform as an actor, either in movies or potentially another television comedy.

He is also a Broadway star, currently heading the cast of the play “Orphans.”

Former MTV News Correspondent-Turned TV Writer Gideon Yago Sells Series Pitch to Starz

Starz announced today that it will develop a new original drama series from "Newsroom" writer Gideon Yago with Executive Producer Rob Tapert. "Airborne" is a coming-of-age story set at the dawn of the Vietnam War. The series follows a young helicopter crew as they fight for survival, sanity, their souls, and each other in a country - and war - that are descending into chaos.

The new original series will be produced by Starz with Executive Producer Rob Tapert ("Spartacus," Evil Dead, "Xena: Warrior Princess," "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.") and Producer Aaron Lam. "Airborne" will be written by Gideon Yago, an Emmy and Peabody award-winning journalist and former MTV News and CBS News writer and correspondent. Yago has written drama pilots for both ABC and AMC and was a staff writer on the first season of HBO's "The Newsroom."

"Even though we are using Vietnam and the early days of air cavalry as a backdrop, our hope is to bring the audience timeless stories about what makes a hero and how a group of young people fight to retain their humanity in the midst of a surreal and terrible conflict," said Gideon Yago.

"This project explores events that continue to be a relevant and engrossing point of conversation today," says Carmi Zlotnik, Managing Director of Starz. "The experiences of these young men and their fight for survival are being brought to life by Gideon Yago and Rob Tapert in a way that has not been done."

"We are incredibly excited to be working on a project that holds such continued importance and relevance today. 'Airborne' will capture the human story of war -- a story of love, loss and sacrifice. It will deliver those elements through a lens that is both surreal and stylized, taking the television audience on a journey they have yet to experience in this genre," said Executive Producer, Rob Tapert.

JLO Dumps Puerto Rican Chorro All Over Your Fave's Career

Jennifer Lopez, Earth's creator & legendary Queen of Pop, performed/ended careers on Dancing with the Stars tonight to perform with Italian crooner Andrea Bocelli. The pair performed the iconic Quizas, Quizas, Quizas, Bocelli's single from his collection of ballads, Passione.

Lopez was ethereal, effervescent, iconic & Puerto Rican as she unleashed her golden vocals upon the undeserving DWTS crowd and her former Fly Girl nemesis, Asian-American Carrie Ann Inaba. Her stunning black dress was reminiscent of no one because she's original.

The always humble 3-time divorcée was gracious enough to guide Bocelli's vocals to a stunning third dimension of vocal incredible-ness. Her kindness and warmth was felt throughout the audience, who did not even notice the dancers that were trying to interrupt Lopez's history-making performance.

Morrissey Releases New Statement on Margaret Thatcher (Yesterday's Was From an Old Interview)

Morrissey Releases New Statement on Margaret Thatcher (Yesterday's Was From an Old Interview)

A Morrissey representative confirms that the singer's strongly-worded criticisms of Margaret Thatcher, which surfaced after news of her death yesterday, came from an old interview in an issues of Loaded magazine. (The fan website Morrissey-Solo first noticed this). But the old quotes fall pretty much in line with a new statement Morrissey has released.
His new statement touches on the state of the media, British politics and, of course, the overwhelmingly shitty nature of the entire world:

The difficulty with giving a comment on Margaret Thatcher's death to the British tabloids is that, no matter how calmly and measured you speak, the comment must be reported as an "outburst" or an "explosive attack" if your view is not pro-establishment.
If you reference "the Malvinas", it will be switched to "the Falklands", and your "Thatcher" will be softened to a "Maggie." This is generally how things are structured in a non-democratic society. Thatcher's name must be protected not because of all the wrong that she had done, but because the people around her allowed her to do it, and therefore any criticism of Thatcher throws a dangerously absurd light on the entire machinery of British politics.
Thatcher was not a strong or formidable leader. She simply did not give a shit about people, and this coarseness has been neatly transformed into bravery by the British press who are attempting to re-write history in order to protect patriotism. As a result, any opposing view is stifled or ridiculed, whereas we must all endure the obligatory praise for Thatcher from David Cameron without any suggestion from the BBC that his praise just might be an outburst of pro-Thatcher extremism from someone whose praise might possibly protect his own current interests.
The fact that Thatcher ignited the British public into street-riots, violent demonstrations and a social disorder previously unseen in British history is completely ignored by David Cameron in 2013. In truth, of course, no British politician has ever been more despised by the British people than Margaret Thatcher.
Thatcher's funeral on Wednesday will be heavily policed for fear that the British tax-payer will want to finally express their view of Thatcher. They are certain to be tear-gassed out of sight by the police.
United Kingdom? Syria? China? What's the difference?

John Barrowman to guest star on 'Scandal'

Details on who Barrowman will play are not currently clear, and Rhimes later added: "Here's the deal: I'm trying not to give away ANY spoilers -- my GA fans are FAB at gleaning info from tweets! #lipszipped"

According to The Hollywood Reporter, his scenes will air in the penultimate episode of the season on May 9.

Barrowman and Rhimes worked together on period drama pilot Gilded Lilys last year, but it was not picked up to series.

Rhimes previously joked that she would be "stalking [Barrowman] until the end of time".

"An icon of individualism, not of feminism" - Russell Brand on Thatcher

Remembering Margaret Thatcher, Britain's Unmaternal National Matriarch

One Sunday recently while staying in London I took a stroll in the gardens of Temple, the insular clod of quads and offices between The Strand and The Embankment. It's kind of a luxury, rent-controlled ghetto for lawyers and barristers; there is a beautiful tailor's, a fine chapel, established by The Knight's Templar (from which the compound takes its name), a twee cottage designed by Sir Christopher Wren, and a Rose Garden, which I never promised you.

My mate John and I were wandering there together, him expertly proselytizing on the architecture and the history of the place, me pretending to be Rumpole of the Bailey (quietly in my mind), when we spied in the distant garden a hunched and frail figure, in a raincoat, scarf about her head, watering the roses under the breezy supervision of a masticating copper. "What's going on there mate?" John asked a nearby chippy loading his white van. "Maggie Thatcher," he said. "Comes here every week to water them flowers." The three of us watched as the gentle horticultural ritual was feebly enacted, then regarded the Iron Lady being helped into the back of a car and trundling off. In this moment she inspired only curiosity, a pale phantom dumbly filling her day. None present eyed her meanly or spoke with vitriol and it wasn't til an hour later that I dreamt up an Ealing Comedy-style caper in which two inept crooks kidnap Thatcher from the garden but are unable to cope with the demands of dealing with her and give her back. This reverie only occurred when the car was out of view. In her diminished presence I stared like an amateur astronomer unable to describe my awe at this distant phenomena.

I'm not sure the bit about her being unmaternal was necessary or relevant - but the rest of it more or less hit the nail on the head.
tl;dr: we're being callous and uncaring? This is the Britain she created.

GRRM reveals Strong Belwas has been cut + has written episode 4.02

George R. R. Martin has dropped a Strong Belwas bombshell over on his Not A Blog. According to two comments he left in response to questions from his readers, the fan favorite character has been cut from the TV series. Strong Belwas is a pit fighter from Meereen who enters Dany’s service. His introduction in the book series came when Barristan joined Daenerys. Obviously that didn’t occur in the show, but the hope was that they would find a way to introduce him later on. Alas, according to Martin, that is not going to happen.

In other news gleaned from his blog’s comments, Martin revealed he will be writing the second episode of season 4 and that he has already turned in his script.

Praying he writes Oberyn's introduction.

Additionally, Cooper’s latest project, the Untitled David O. Russell flick, is still filming in Boston, where Jeremy Renner and Christian Bale were busy shooting scenes yesterday.

Kate Middleton named Royal Princess' godmother

The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, herself a royal princess, will name the Royal Princess cruise ship upon its debut in June, Princess Cruises said.

Her selection will give an extra boost to the publicity that Princess Cruises would otherwise receive in introducing the new ship, particularly in the U.K.

The ship will be formally named in a ceremony in Southampton, England, on June 13.

Middleton, 31, became a royal by marrying Prince William in 2011. She and William are expecting their first child in July.

Her selection follows the choice of William's mother, Princess Diana, in 1984 to christen the previous Princess ship to bear the Royal Princess name.

After several preview cruises, the 3,600 passenger Royal Princess will cruise in the Mediterranean this summer before heading to Fort Lauderdale in November for a winter season in the Caribbean.

Mel B Gets Booed on America's Got Talent For Buzzing Racial Joke

Mel B isn't winning any hearts and minds in the "America's Got Talent" audience ... sources tell TMZ, she just got booed AGAIN ... this time over an arguably racist joke.

Sources at the NYC auditions tell TMZ, a comedian took the stage moments ago and began to tell a joke about how black taxi drivers are more entertaining than other taxi drivers ... and Mel buzzed him.

She said, "I found it really offensive. There was no need to do a stereotypical black joke. It was not funny." But the audience disagreed ... booing Mel for hitting the red button.

Fellow judge Howie Mandel then asked the audience if they thought the joke was offensive ... and the audience replied with a loud NO.

Howard Stern said Mel lacked a sense of humor and Heidi Klum chimed in, saying, "There will always be jokes made about being black and white ... I agree with you that we should laugh about it."

I'm curious to hear the level the joke was going to go to.  Either way, Howie, Howard and Heidi shouldn't be telling a black woman how she should feel about a joke centering on black people.

Kanye West Sued Over 'Gold Digger' Sample

It's one of the most iconic hooks in all of Kanye West's catalog: "get down girl, go 'head, get down."

But now that refrain to West's huge 2005 #1 hit "Gold Digger" might cost him more than any groupie. According to TMZ, the family of David Pryor has filed suit against the rapper for allegedly sampling their dad's 1974 obscurity "Bumpin' Bus Stop" by his group Thunder & Lightning.

The suit by Trena Steward and Lorenzo Pryor claims that West lifted a 13-second bit of the song in which their dad, who died in 2006, says "get down" three times in an echo of West's recitation of the chorus, "Get down girl, go 'head, get down."

The pair, who each own one-quarter of the song, have asked the judge in the case to stop the sale of the song and provide them with "millions of dollars" in damages for the unlicensed sample. They also claim that the defendants named in the case have, "systematically and willfully refused to clear samples of the Plaintiffs' original, copyrighted work in order to gain a commercial profit and to avoid paying and crediting the author."

In addition to West, the suit names Roc-a-Fella Records, Bad Boy Records, Stones Throw Records, Bomb Hip-Hop Records, Autumn Games, Activision, Caroline Distribution and The Island Def Jam Music Group. A spokesperson for West could not be reached for comment at press time.

Made in Chelsea series 5 gets record ratings

Made in Chelsea has achieved its highest viewing figures ever, bringing 808,000 viewers to E4 when the first episode of season 5 got underway last night, along with 304,000 posts on Twitter.

The record came in spite of it being the programme’s fifth series, with reality shows usually declining rather than increasing in viewers over time.

The figure means Made in Chelsea remains E4′s biggest non-scripted series (we use the term loosely).

The return of Spencer Matthews, Louise Thompson, Millie Mackintosh, Jamie Laing and more also saw the programme become the most tweeted-about of the night, with 304,000 tweets about the show being posted on Twitter, at one point peaking at 10,000 per minute.

Made in Chelsea also took up eight of the worldwide trending topic spots.

The show focuses on the lives and loves of a group of London socialites, with the new episode seeing Spencer arguing with girlfriend Louise and Jamie finding out that Oliver ‘Proudlock’ had decided to live with Francis Boulle instead of him.

Made in Chelsea has been nominated for a Bafta for the second year in the ‘Reality and Constructed Factual’ category.

Letterman grills Lindsay Lohan on addiction, rehab as the star stops by 'Late Show'

The embattled actress appeared to promote her cameos in 'Scary Movie 5' and Charlie Sheen's 'Anger Management,' but the interviewed turned awkward when Letterman needled the starlet until she opened up on her upcoming court-ordered rehab stint. Lohan called it a 'blessing.'

Lindsay Lohan called her upcoming court-ordered rehab stint a “blessing” Tuesday after funnyman David Letterman served up some serious questions about her sobriety during a “Late Show” interview.

The actress was on the Manhattan-based show to promote her cameos in “Scary Movie 5” and Charlie Sheen’s sitcom “Anger Management,” and she squirmed uncomfortably in her chair as Letterman veered off script.

“Now, aren’t you supposed to be in rehab now?” the 65-year-old comedian asked.

“Do you not watch anything that goes on? What are you, a tabloid now?” the 26-year-old Lohan shot back with a tight smile.
She said May 2 is her deadline to report for the three months of rehab that a California judge gave her for reckless driving and lying to police about a car wreck last June.

“How many times have you been in rehab?” Letterman asked.

“Several,” Lohan replied, turning away to glare at someone offstage.

“And how will this time be different? What are they rehabbing, first of all? What is on their list? What are they going to work on when you walk through the door?” Letterman continued as the audience laughed.

“We didn’t discuss this in the pre-interview, I’m just saying to everyone,” Lohan replied with exasperation.

“No, but, but, it’ll be three months and ...” Letterman said, not giving up.

Lohan finally relented.

“I think, to be honest, I’m the happiest when I’m working and the healthiest, and I think this an opportunity for me to, you know, focus on what I love in life. And I don’t think it’s a bad thing. I think it’s a blessing ... and not a curse," she said.

“To be able to, yeah — it’s perhaps a lifesaver, a career saver,” Letterman said as the audience applauded.

Sue Vertue posts a message to Sherlock set visitors

Filming on Sherlock Series Three is about to enter an important stage.

Sue Vertue, producer on the series, has sent us the following statement:

Hi, Sue Vertue here.

As many of you are aware, we'll soon be embarking on our first London leg of filming for series 3. I'm also aware that there is quite a lot of speculation about where we're shooting when. I can't stress how much we the Producers and Benedict, Martin and the rest of the cast appreciate your love and dedication to our show - we'll endeavour to live up to your expectations for Series 3.

What I am nervous about is that our London shooting schedule is punishing and will really give us very little time to interact with you. The actors really hope you understand that.

Also, and I know this is probably asking a lot, the majority of fans and indeed ourselves would REALLY appreciate it if you didn't post pictures or spoilers or ideally our daily locations.

Thanks for your understanding. Sue x

7 Awesome Things You Forgot About From the Year 2003

It was a year when Ashton Kutcher and his trucker hats had the nation enthralled with Punk'd (it's crazy, in retrospect, that anyone liked those hats). But there was plenty of stuff from 2003 worth putting back (or checking out for the first time!) on your Kindle, iPad and iPod. Here's stuff I loved that year, but totally forgot about til right this second:
