Miley Cyrus isn't even married yet, but that isn't stopping her from becoming insecure and jealous, at least according to reports. In their line of work, both Miley and her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, are put in situations where they are sometimes required to flirt with and even kiss other people. Liam is currently in that situation with Julia Roberts's niece, Emma Roberts, and Miley isn't happy!
According to a source, "Miley doesn't want Liam socializing with a loose cannon like Emma. She thinks the girl is bad news. Not only did she tell Liam it had to stop, she even confronted Emma, reminding her that Liam is off the market. Miley more or less said, 'Hands off my man!' Emma couldn't care less what Miley thinks. She makes fun of Miley behind her back, saying she's just a washed up tween star. Emma feels she has nothing to lose, so she's pushing it as far as she can with Liam. And he's definitely enjoying the attention."
Well, any girl is going to get slightly jealous and insecure when a woman is around their man, but it's hard to get away from that in Hollywood. If Liam wants to continue making movies, he is going to be co-starring alongside beautiful women for years to come.
Unfortunately, there are a few holes in this claim, specifically the part that claims Emma Roberts showed up on set saying she was "single and ready to mingle." She is reportedly dating Evan Peters ofAmerican Horror Story, so if Emma was trying to get with Liam, it obviously didn't work and Emma moved on!
Interestingly, though, Emma is a blonde and Miley recently went and dyed all of her hair blonde. Could there be some sort of connection? Have Miley's insecurities about Emma gotten the best of her?
Emma got her big break on Nickelodeon's Unfabulous and seemed like a sweet girl. She later appeared in the film Valentine's Day. Of course, now that she is all grown-up, she may not be the sweetheart fans fell in love with, but would Emma really try and take the most ineligible bachelor in Hollywood right now?
What do you think? Does Miley Cyrus have anything to be worried about?

Some girls are known to be high-maintenance, but actor and supermodel Godfrey Gao gives them a run for their money.

There's no better on-screen heavy than Jonathan Banks – he's had a forty-year career playing cops, wise guys and bad men. He was a villain in Beverly Hills Cop, Nick Nolte's doomed partner in 48 Hours and the tough detective Frank McPike on the classic TV show Wiseguy. For the last few years he's been delivering some of the best hardboiled dialogue on television as the the fixer/enforcer Mike Ehrmantraut on Breaking Bad. "I do always get cast in these world-weary parts," Banks, 65, says. "But I'm really lucky. What a gift of a character that they've given me in Mike. I can say that about my whole career. What a good deal I've had."
This second episode was very Mike heavy, can you break it down for us a little bit?
In the second episode as far as decision-making goes, Mike is in turmoil. Two of his guys are killed – one of which he kills. With the heat of the police investigation, the stakes are raised and he's got to keep people quiet. He makes a decision to kill Lydia. But then he starts breaking a lot of his own rules – the very idea that he lets Lydia go is obviously harkening back to his speech in season three about half measures. And he's even joining with Walt.

For the first time in seven years, U.K. post-punk pioneers New Order will return to North America for a string of shows this October. The seven-date tour kicks off on October 5th at San Francisco's Oakland Fox Theatre and swings through Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, New York City, Chicago and Toronto.
"We’ve been having such a great time together this year, playing shows all over Europe, and we're all really excited to be playing America again," says singer Bernard Sumner, referring to the group's recent festival dates and sold-out U.K. tour. "We have so many friends and fans there we can't wait to get back!"
The trek will also mark New Order's first stateside run without original bassist Peter Hook, who left the band in 2007 and was replaced by Tom Chapman.
The group's last stateside show was back in May 2005 at NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom. Their Toronto date marks the group's first concert in Canada since 2001.

There's a new buzz-word in the world of DJing: "Button Pushers." As the DJ moves from club booths to festival stages, the equipment has become increasingly varied. And as the lines continue to blur between a DJ who mixes and a producer who presses play, questions of authenticity have been raised. I should mention that I am a DJ myself. I won five world DJ championships (yes, there is such a thing) at a young age, and this has been my career for 15 years, so I feel a certain responsibility to weigh in on the subject.

Of course, A-Trak remains free of the flaws as usual (I'm seeing him on August 10, SO excited!). A lot of news broke at San Diego Comic-Con, particularly courtesy of Marvel and Marvel Studios. They've been busy, and of course fans wanted to know what else was coming down the line. One of the questions that Marvel Studios reps answered was about a prospective Black Panther film. They discussed the difficulty in getting it right and getting audiences to buy into the concept of Wakanda. A short while later, Marvel announced that their big 2014 blockbuster is going to be Guardians of the Galaxy, a movie featuring a talking raccoon and a tree from outer space. That's funny, disappointing, and unsurprising all at once. Let me tell you why:

Katherine Jackson is with her daughter Rebbie in Arizona, following a doctor's orders to "de-stress" and stay away from the phone and computers, her son Jermaine Jackson said in a statement late Sunday. He said access to his mother is not being blocked.

WWE's 'Monday Night Raw' packs 1,000 episodes under its belt

LAS VEGAS – It sounds like an episode of Glee: An on-again, off-again couple finally decide to get engaged, and two separate dance numbers — one involving a disco ball — break out amid a heap of betrayal, wars of words and a few sneak attacks.
But the only thing this program's stars do with glee is hit each other with flying elbow drops off the top rope.
This is Monday Night Raw, World Wrestling Entertainment's wild and woolly live weekly show on the USA Network. Tonight in St. Louis (8 ET/PT), it celebrates its 1,000th episode, a major milestone in the streak of the longest-running weekly episodic program in TV history with no reruns.

Glee 2.0 is taking shape.
The Fox smash has tapped Aussie actor Dean Geyer (Terra Nova) and Jacob Artist (Blue Lagoon: The Awakening) to join the show’s transitional fourth season, premiering Sept. 13.
Geyer – who played security guard Mark Reynolds on Fox’s dino-drama, and also had a long run on the Down Under soap Neighbours — has been cast as Brody Weston, an upperclassman at NYADA who shows an interest in Lea Michele’s Rachel. Meanwhile, back at McKinley, Artist will play Puck’s younger half-brother Jake.
The news comes as the Fox phenom is undergoing a bit of a reboot ahead of its fourth season, which finds many of the show’s core characters transitioning to post-McKinley life.
All veteran castmembers are expected back, but in varying capacities. According to reports, Michele is the only Glee thesp set to appear in all episodes produced this season. Additionally, Glee Project alums Samuel Larsen and Alex Newell are expected back on a recurring basis.

The second episode of Breaking Bad marked a distinctive shift from the heisty shenanigans of the season premiere. “Madrigal” set a leisurely pace right from the cold open, which suddenly sent the viewer to a sauce-flavoring taste-test in Germany. From there, “Madrigal” focused mainly on Mike, the brutal badass-with-a-heart-of-gold (at least with regards to his granddaughter). We talked to Breaking Bad showrunner Vince Gilligan about the evolution of Mike, why Walt still wants more money, and last night’s cameo by Humphrey Bogart. (follow-up to Nolan giving his blessing)
Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises is (obviously) the trending topic of discussion, and Anne Hathaway’s performance as Selina Kyle is widely considered one of the film’s highlights. So… will the Cat-burglar be getting her own vehicle?
Hathaway had made it known that she’s interested in a spinoff, so long as it maintains tonal continuity with the Nolan-verse iteration of the feline femme fatale. The actress is certainly not alone, as many fans are eager for a Catwoman movie that fully wipes away memories of Halle Berry’s solo outing as the character.
Digital Spy asked Hathaway about the idea, and she responded:
“I think it would be lovely to see more of her but only if it’s with the right people. She lives in [Nolan’s Gotham City] and so it would have to be established by the people who have made this Gotham City. For me, at least.”
The Oscar-nominated actress expounded on her stance towards a Catwoman spinoff, while discussing her approach to tackling the iconic Batman antiheroine role:
“I didn’t want to focus on the other peoples’ interpretation of [Catwoman] because I didn’t see where that would get me; it would only be a rehashing of something already done – and done very well. I thought it was probably best to focus on being a part of Chris Nolan’s Gotham City.”
Nolan has made it known that he has no plans to serve as a central creative guide in the developing DC comic book movie universe. However, that doesn’t exclude the possibility of a Catwoman movie where Nolan serves in a secondary position and helps get the project off the ground (as he did with Man of Steel).
An adaptation of something like Selina's Big Score would be cool.
Here's hoping the third time's a charm for Cybill Shepherd!
The twice-wed Client List star is engaged to Andrei Nikolajevic, she tells The New York Daily News. "He was a jeweler. Now, he's a psychologist," the 62-year-old actress says of her fiance. "He's Serbian."
According to Shepherd, whose ex-husbands include David Ford (1978-1982) and Bruce Oppenheim (1987-1990), Nikolajevic popped the question several weeks ago in New York City. "It was very romantic and on one knee," she recalls. "I never thought I'd get married again."
The actress has three children: daughter Clementine, 33 (with Ford) and twins Cyrus Zachariah and Molly Ariel, 24 (with Oppenheim). Shepherd has also been in two long-term partnerships with Peter Bogdanovich (1971-1978) and Robert Martin (1994-1998).
In addition to Lifetime's The Client List, the former model's notable TV and film roles include The Last Picture Show, Cybill, The L Word, Taxi Driver, Psych, Moonlighting and Martha, Inc.: The Story of Martha Stewart.
Aw, congratulations to her! I really need to catch up on Client List. Also, I'm missing "Cybill" now.

Critical reception of “The Newsroom,” Aaron Sorkin’s new HBO series set in the TV news business, has been generally cool. On Metacritic.com, which averages out reviews from all over, its score is a distinctly mediocre 57. Even those critics who’ve embraced it have generally done so with considerable caveats.
You wouldn’t know that from ads HBO has been running to promote it, though. Sylvia Woods’ life stands as a strong rejoinder to those who doubt that the American Dream is achievable for all.
Woods, who died Thursday at the age of 86, rose from being a waitress at the then-Johnson’s Luncheonette — to buying and renaming it after herself on Aug. 1, 1962.
Over five decades, the trailblazing entrepreneur would become Harlem’s unofficial hostess and “Queen of Soul Food.”
Sylvia’s became a world-famous destination — the go-to establishment for Harlem’s elite and visiting black celebrities.
Eventually, politicians of every background would be sure to make their way uptown to pay respects to the charismatic “Miss Sylvia” — including once-and-future presidents, governors and mayors.
It didn’t hurt that the food itself was darn good: Sylvia and her late husband Herbert offered a menu true to their native South Carolina cuisine — fried chicken, cornbread, ribs, collard greens, etc.
Woods extended the Sylvia brand into bestselling cookbooks, catering and a line of seasonings and canned goods.
Sylvia Woods leaves behind a great New York legacy — good food and a landmark of African-American culture and achievement at Lenox Avenue and 127th Street.

The Dark Knight Rises doesn’t toss out as many wild theories as Prometheus, which we had a lot of questions about last month, and doesn’t leave nearly as much to the imagination as Inception, which we spent months discussing back in 2010. But a lot of us still walked out of The Dark Knight Rises unclear on how a few things went down, and going over our questions together, we figured we’d bring the conversation to the group.
So, before we get started, and it should go without saying-- SPOILERS FOR THE DARK KNIGHT RISES FOLLOW. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Now let’s dig into some of the nagging questions that still get to us, whether they were answered elsewhere in the film or are left as complete mysteries. For some of them we’ve come up with what seem like pretty reasonable answers, but for others, your guess is as good as ours. And if you have questions we didn't tackle already, let us know in the comments and we may add them. Let's get this movie figured out!

A CHALLENGE HISTORY
FRAME is the set of ' Les Miserables ', the big-screen version of the music of Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublildirected by Tom Hooper . A considerable challenge, and this director: jumping off a small drama about a character who could not speak ( 'The King's speech' ) to an epic melodrama with a cast that does nothing but sing. A change of direction, given the size of the set and the stage or, first things first, the size and scope of the original novel, a romantic classic written by Victor Hugo in 1862 - is a challenge. As if not enough to adapt one of the famous musicals represented and viewed the world.Functions only 10,000 in England, a work so popular that in 2010, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of its premiere in London, agreed to sign three different productions at once. But bringing the cinema Les Miserables is a company that Hooper does not face alone, but as captain of a star cast: Hugh Jackman gets into the skin of the hero, Jean Valjean, but his side are Russell Crowe as Javert, his opponent, Anne Hathaway (Fantine), Amanda Seyfried (Cosette), Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter (the Thenardier) and Eddie Redmayne (Marius).

Looks like Taylor Kitsch‘s SEAL team is nearing completion as Variety reports that indie actor Emile Hirsch is in early talks to take the last lead, joining Kitsch, Mark Wahlberg and Ben Foster.
“Lone Survivor” is an adaptation of the book by Marcus Luttrell, chronicling Luttrell’s own experience in Afghanistan. It follows Luttrell (to be played by Kitsch) as “he and his Navy SEAL team members fought to stay alive after being ambushed in Afghanistan in 2005 by Taliban forces during a covert mission in the Hindu Kush mountain region, where the team went to kill a terrorist leader” and will be directed by Peter Berg.
After several years away from film, Hirsch has recently been seen in Oliver Stone’s “Savages” and the dark thriller “Killer Joe”. He secretly filmed a new indie also starring Paul Rudd and directed by David Gordon Green earlier this year, and filming for the adaptation of Nick Hornby’s “The Long Way Down” begins in September.

The tape is shot in a semi-professional manner. The camera is secured by a tripod and hooked up to a TV monitor, so both Minka and the BF can watch the action they create. Minka is very aware of the camera.
It's unclear how old Minka was when the tape was shot. Two songs from Brandy's second album, "Never Say Never," are playing in the background. The album was released on June 8, 1998 -- 16 days before Minka's 18th birthday. But one source questioned whether the song was added after the fact to make it appear she was over 18.
As for Minka, we put a call in to her rep. So far, no comment.
As for the claim the Brandy songs were added after the fact, that's not possible, because we now know Minka is singing and dancing to the songs in the video.

Various Egyptian actors are interviewed by a TV show which they’re told is for a German Arabic TV channel. However, half way through the interview, a caller chastises the Egyptian actor for appearing on “an Israeli TV station”. The caller is then cut off.

Then the truth is revealed, and everybody has a good laugh.

ABC is considering shuffling its Wednesday comedy lineup -- and potentially giving a big boost to its second-year show "Suburgatory."
The network is likely to swap timeslots for "Suburgatory" and its new comedy "The Neighbors," Deadline reports. The move would send "The Neighbors" to 8:30 p.m. ET Wednesdays and give "Suburgatory" the prime real estate following "Modern Family" at 9:30.
Early reviews from critics on "The Neighbors" -- about a family that moves to a suburban development populated entirely by aliens disguised as humans -- haven't been especially kind. But it will still have a solid timeslot between "The Middle" and "Modern Family" and the potential to possibly reach more of a parents-and-kids audience in the earlier spot.
"Suburgatory" averaged 7.25 million viewers and a 2.5 rating among adults 18-49 in its inaugural season -- numbers that could rise some with "Modern Family," one of the top-rated comedies on TV, as its lead-in. In turn it could provide a more compatible lead-in for ABC's high-profile new drama "Nashville," which is set for 10 p.m. Wednesdays in the fall.
Sounds like a good move to protect Suburgatory, but I'm not entirely sure if it's a 9:30 show.

Dr. Zoe Hart is getting a new pal.
Girlfriends alum Golden Brooks has taken up with the CW's returning drama Hart of Dixie for a recurring role in its upcoming second season, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.
Brooks, who played Maya Denise Wilkes on all eight seasons of UPN/CW's Girlfriends from 2000-08, will play Ruby Jeffries, a successful woman with acerbic wit who returns to BlueBell and makes quick friends with Rachel Bilson's Zoe. However, upon her return home, Ruby will encounter some unresolved issues with her fellow townspeople -- including Lemon (Jaime King) and Lavon (Cress Williams).
Brooks' credits include episodes of The Exes, CSI: Miami, Eve and Star Trek: Enterprise.
The CW renewed the series, from Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage and Leila Gerstein, in May, giving Fake Empire an impressive four series on the air next season -- joining Gossip Girl, freshman Cult and midseason entry The Carrie Diaries.
Hart of Dixie premieres Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 8 p.m. on the CW.

Menino has sworn that the franchise will have to fight city hall to bring its fast-food empire to Boston after Chick-fil-A’s president, Dan Cathy, said gay marriage is “inviting God’s judgment on our nation.” The Atlanta-based chain is hoping to open a restaurant in a popular tourist spot near the Freedom Trail — a rather ironic choice in Menino’s eyes.
“Chick-fil-A doesn’t belong in Boston,” Menino told the Boston Herald on Thursday. “You can’t have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against the population. We’re an open city, we’re a city that’s at the forefront of inclusion. That’s the Freedom Trail. That’s where it all started right here. And we’re not going to have a company, Chick-fil-A or whatever the hell the name is, on our Freedom Trail.”
Chick-fil-A has been the target of critics for years. The LGBT advocacy group Equality Matters published a report that concluded Chick-fil-A had donated more than $3 million to Christian groups that oppose homosexuality between 2003 and 2009 and donated another $2 million to anti-gay causes in 2010 alone. Cathy, however, never spoke publicly about the company’s policies on the matter. Cathy finally went on record with the Baptist Press on July 16. When asked about Chick-fil-A’s support of the “traditional family” (referring, presumably, to one led by a married husband and wife), Cathy responded, “Well, guilty as charged…We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that.”

Of course, she's not the first actress to play the role. There was Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns, and former Miss America winner Lee Meriwether, who played the role in the 1966 film version of the ABC TV series.
And oh yes there was Halle...whatshername in that unspeakable Catwoman film travesty, which one could argue she has yet to recover from, career-wise; the film that the originally-cast Ashley Judd bailed out on, when she saw that the project was headed off a ciliff.
But there was, perhaps most memorably, Eartha Kitt, who played Catwoman several times during the final season of the Batman TV show, from 1967-68. She replaced the previous Catwoman, the Amazon-built, 1960s sex bomb, Julie Newmar, who played the role during the first two seasons of the show, but decided not to continue.
Needless to say, when Kitt was cast in the role, it was a big deal. I mean a HUGE deal. It got a lot of publicity, and there was a lot of anticipation.

The new issue of the New Yorker has a whopping 15,000-word Bruce Springsteen feature by David Remnick. The piece shadows Springsteen from the earliest rehearsals for this year's Wrecking Ball tour to his home in Colts Neck, New Jersey, all the way to the ongoing European leg of the tour. Over the months Remnick spoke to Springsteen at great length about his life, and also to most of the E Street Band, including new saxophonist Jake Clemons and former drummer Vini "Mad Dog" Lopez. The result is one of the most thorough profiles of Springsteen ever published.
Among the revelatory moments:
• Springsteen has been seeing a therapist ever since 1982. "He was feeling suicidal," said Springsteen's longtime friend and biographer, Dave Marsh. "The depression wasn't shocking, per se. He was on a rocket ride, from nothing to something, and now you are getting your ass kissed day and night. You might start to have some inner conflicts about your real self-worth."
• Springsteen's manager, Jon Landau, recently underwent major brain surgery to remove a growth near his optic nerves. He recovered, but he lost vision in that eye. Springsteen was by often Landau's side during this difficult time. "He knew I was going through something, and I thought I was going to die," Landau said. "It wasn't rational, but the fear was there . . . We shared a lot of deep talk."
• Steve Van Zandt and Springsteen had an epic fight over lyrics to 1987's "Ain't Got You," a rare personal song in which Springsteen addresses his own wealth. "I'm, like, 'What the fuck is this?'" recalls Van Zandt. "And he's, like, 'Well, what do you mean, it's the truth. It's just who I am, it's my life.' And I'm like, 'This is bullshit. People don't need you talking about your life. Nobody gives a shit about your life. They need you for their lives. That's your thing. Giving some logic and reason and sympathy and passion to this cold, fragmented, confusing world – that's your gift. Explaining their lives to them. Their lives, not yours.' And we fought and fought and fought and fought. He says 'Fuck you,' I say 'Fuck you.' I think something in what I said probably resonated."
• New saxophonist Jake Clemons (nephew of the late Clarence Clemons) first talked to Springsteen about joining the band in January. "But you have to understand," Springsteen told him. "When you blow that sax onstage with us, people won't compare you to Clarence on the last tour. They'll compare you to their memory of Clarence, to their idea of Clarence." The pressure weighed on Jake. "I don't know if anyone can perform in the shadow of a legend," Jake said. "To me, Clarence is still on that stage, and I don't want to step on his toes."
• Patti Scialfa is sometimes frustrated with her role in the E Street Band. "I have to say that my place in the band is more figurative than it is musical," she says. "Sometimes my frustration comes when I would like to bring something to the table that is more unique. But the band, in the context of the band, has no room for that."
The New Yorker article is here. It's really, really, reeeeally good.

Spin my nipple nuts and send me to the source
Hoping they show this on PBS or something like they used to, although can't decide if I'm sad they brought back the laugh track or not
We never went to finishing school and our experience wearing dresses is limited at best, but we’re pretty sure it’s ill-advised to skip out on the underpants and then lift up your dress. And Coco appears to have done just that while out on the town in London over the weekend. But hey, who knows, maybe the rules are different over there. They do drive on the other side of the road over there, after all.
Ice-T’s bombshell of a wife apparently gave her undergarments the night off on Saturday as she went out the hip DSTRKT club in a purple leopard print dress. She suffered her first clothing mishap of the evening when she busted out of her plunging neckline, but then she fired back at the photographer’s flash bulbs with some more flashing of her own! Looking lovely but a little fried after a long night (note the smeared lipstick on her cheek), Mrs. T lifted up her dress after exiting a cab, delivering a very vintage wardrobe malfunction.

Looks like Harvey and Mike are finally going to
If this latest casting news is any indication, Jess (Zooey Deschanel) isn't going to have the best luck when New Girl returns this fall.
The Hollywood Reporter has learned that an early episode in the sophomore run features Jess getting her purse swiped, with the assailant being played by Niecy Nash. And Nash won't be taking on just any run of the mill purse-snatcher, the Reno 911! star and former Dancing With the Stars competitor will also be playing a lady of the night.
The news comes on the heels of several other casting developments for New Girl. As first reported by EW, sitcom hopper David Walton has landed a recurring role on the Fox series.
He follows in the footsteps of Justin Long and Dermot Mulroney as the third actor to get a multi-episode spot as a love interest for Jess, first appearing in the second of the two Sept. 25 premiere episodes.
Also joining New Girl for its fall return is Leslie Mann. The Knocked Up actress, who most recently lent her voice to Fox's Allen Gregory, is appearing during that Tuesday's 8 p.m. New Girl. Her character will be involved in the celebrations planned for the removal of Schmidt's (Max Greenfield) penis cast he had to start wearing toward the end of last season.
Actress Rachael Harris is also set to reprise her role as Jess' hardline vice principal, Tayna Lamontagne.
Both Deschanel and Greenfield recently nabbed Emmy nominations for their New Girl work.
Dear Niecy, you are a better comedian than Zoe. Last I checked, you had a successful TV show on air. There are some auditions you just have to say no to. You are too good for this! "tyra voice" I was rooting for you*.
