LeeAnn Rimes Gives Eddie a Creepy Ass Birthday Cake

As self-proclaimed 'bonus mom' to Eddie Cibrian's two sons from his marriage to Brandi Glanville, LeAnn Rimes is forever asserting that she takes her duties seriously.

But while her parenting skills are not in question, the 29-year-old's idea of good taste certainly is.

This weekend, for Eddie's 39th birthday, she presented her husband with a 'fun cake' which featured frosting replicas of the couple in bed together.

Dubiously bawdy in itself, the red velvet confection wouldn't have been quite so awful if it hadn't featured likenesses of her two step-sons, Mason, nine, and five-year-old Jake, seemingly standing at the foot of their bed.

LeAnn proudly tweeted a picture of the cake and wrote: 'Eddie's favorite things birthday cake!'

Perhaps this is the case, but it never needed to be rendered in icing sugar then shared with the world... Mason's figure even appears to be giggling.

Breaking Bad: Five seasons and a movie, plz!

BREAKING BAD: THE MOVIE Is Not Out of the Question, Plus Updates on Season Five from Bryan Cranston and Vince Gilligan

Just as Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul tweeted that tomorrow is his last day of shooting for this season, we’re hearing reports that a Breaking Bad feature film may be in the foreseeable future.  Why? Because as Walter White (Bryan Cranston) says, “We’re done when I say we’re done.“  The fifth and final season of AMC’s epic dramatic series is coming to a conclusion this summer (in two parts, with part one starting July 15th).  But apparently there’s enough story to carry on even after the next 16 episodes.  This raises interesting questions,  such as, “Who will be left alive at the end of this season to carry on into a feature film?” and “Will the series have a satisfying ending for fans regardless of plans to turn the commodity into a movie?”  Hit the jump for more from Cranston and creator, Vince Gilligan.

[There are potential SPOILERS ahead for anyone who hasn't caught up to last season's finale.]

Benedict Cumberbatch: Fame Won't Help With Dating

Newly-single Benedict Cumberbatch doesn't think his rising fame will help him find a girlfriend.

The British actor - who will portray villain Kahn in forthcoming 'Star Trek 2' and previously appeared in 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and War Horse' - is currently single after splitting with girlfriend Anna Jones, who he dated following the demise of his 10-year relationship with Olivia Poulet but thinks his celebrity status will only make him more awkward in social situations.

Critics Choice Awards Winners 2012

On Monday night, June 18, the Broadcast Television Journalists Association announced the winners of its 2012 Critics Choice Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles -- its second annual event.

Though "Community" led the pack going into the evening, with six nominations, they only took home one award -- luckily, it was the most important one, for Best Comedy Series. "Modern Family" reigned supreme in the supporting actor categories.

On the drama side of things, "Homeland" won for best series -- and its star, Claire Danes, for best drama actress.

In addition to the winners, the critics also revealed their most highly anticipated new shows with its "Most Exciting New Series" list. Mindy Kaling's "The Mindy Project," and ABC's "Nashville" were the shows they're most excited to see this fall. Kevin Williamson's "The Following," will premiere in January 2013. Also on the list were summer shows -- Aaron Sorkin's "The Newsroom" (which starts June 24 on HBO) and Greg Berlanti's "Political Animals" (premiering on USA on July 15).

Kanye West Lines Up Two Shows At Atlantic City Casino

Kanye West has been in Europe over the past few weeks, where he's performed dates on his Watch the Throne Tour with Jay-Z, premiered his "Cruel Summer" short film in France and spent a lot of time with Kim Kardashian. But in early July, 'Ye will finally be back in the States to perform two shows at Revel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Beyoncé helped launch the $2.4 billion casino and entertainment venue over Memorial Day weekend with three shows, and now Kanye will bring his star power to Revel in what's being billed as his first solo show since performing at last year's Coachella festival.

Despite the "solo" announcement, we're hoping that doesn't mean 'Ye's set will be free of features, as he's gearing up to drop his G.O.O.D. Music compilation album, led by the single "Mercy," featuring Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz.

Kanye will perform in Revel's Ovation Hall, designed by Cirque du Soleil's Scèno Plus, on July 6 and 7. Tickets will be on sale through Ticketmaster.com on Friday, beginning at 10 a.m.

Last month, Mr. West premiered his new short film, "Cruel Summer," in Cannes, France, revealing that it bears the same name as the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album. The film stars Kid Cudi as a car thief who falls in love with a blind Arabian princess, and to share it with the world, Kanye had the film projected onto seven video screens inside a tented pyramid on the Mediterranean Sea. With his reputation for doing things big, we can't wait to see what he brings to his two-night stint at Revel.

ONTD, have any of you seen them live? Also, what have been some of your favorite concerts? Of course, video receipts are always appreciated. Happy Hump Day Eve, y'all.

Sources say “Lawless” star Jessica Chastain and Michelle Williams of “My Week With Marilyn” are in the mix for the female lead. The movie’s original French version, which is now playing in the States, hauled in $349 million internationally.

Adidas cancels 'shackle' shoes after outcry

As a follow up to this post: http://ohnotheydidnt.livejournal.com/69801330.html

German sports apparel maker Adidas withdrew its plans to sell a controversial sneaker featuring affixed rubber shackles after the company generated significant criticism when advertising the shoe on its Facebook page.

The high-top sneakers, dubbed the JS Roundhouse Mids, were expected to release in August, according to the Adidas Originals Facebook page. "Got a sneaker game so hot you lock your kicks to your ankles?" a caption below a photo of the sneakers read.

The June 14 post prompted plenty of criticism from around the web, with many of those commenting saying they felt the shackle invoked the painful image of slavery.

"Wow obviously there was no one of color in the room when the marketing/product team ok'd this," said a commenter identifying herself as MsRodwell on nicekicks.com.

"I literally froze up when I saw a new design from Adidas set to hit stores in August," said Dr. Boyce Watkins in a post for the website Your Black World.

Though dismissing the criticism in a written statement by defending the sneaker's designer, Jeremy Scott, as having a "quirky" and "lighthearted" style, Adidas nonetheless said Monday that it planned to cancel the shoe's release.

"The design of the JS Roundhouse Mid is nothing more than the designer Jeremy Scott's outrageous and unique take on fashion and has nothing to do with slavery," the statement said. "We apologize if people are offended by the design and we are withdrawing our plans to make them available in the marketplace."

One of Adidas' most high-profile condemnations came from the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

"The attempt to commercialize and make popular more than 200 years of human degradation, where blacks were considered three-fifths human by our Constitution is offensive, appalling and insensitive," Jackson said in a statement Monday, prior to Adidas's decision to withdraw them from the marketplace.

The photo could still be found in the photo section of Adidas' Facebook page Tuesday morning. And whether Adidas wanted it or not, the sneakers were still inspiring a spirited debate about race in the comment section of its Facebook page.

I was tempted to post screenshots of comments from my local news network's article on this full of stupid people who think "people got riled up over nothing" and that "this is so stupid."

Harry Potter is the Antichrist, according to Alan Moore

He is a hero to millions of children the world over; fighting against the forces of evil in one of the most successful book series ever written. So fans of Harry Potter might throw down their plastic wands in disgust when a new graphic novel is published this week parodying the "boy who lived" as the Antichrist.

Century 2009, written by the celebrated graphic novelist Alan Moore, is poised to cause controversy over its parody of JK Rowling's best-loved creation. Legions of Potter fans are also likely to be incensed by the book's suggestion that Potter has been sent up as the Devil.

Though the words "Harry Potter" are never mentioned, the allusions are unmistakable. One section features a magical train hidden between platforms at King's Cross station which leads to a magical school. The Antichrist character has a hidden scar and a mentor named Riddle. (Lord Voldemort, born Tom Riddle, is Harry Potter's arch enemy in the Potter series.) Characters resembling both Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger also appear and, at one point, the Potter character kills someone with a lightning bolt from his flaccid penis.

The story threads history and fiction together, taking readers through different periods in British history – 1910, 1969 and finally 2009. The final installment will see the three main characters, Mina Murray, Allan Quatermain and Orlando attempt to face down the Antichrist.

Released on Wednesday in the UK and US, Century 2009, the final part of the trilogy, has been heavily embargoed to avoid being leaked on to the internet because of its cult status among comic-book fans, but also because of fears of reprisals from Rowling's publishers.

Over the years, Rowling's phenomenally successful franchise has been the subject of numerous legal proceedings over copyright infringements. In 2007, she sued a US publishing firm to block the publication of a 400-page book version of the Harry Potter Lexicon, an online reference guide to her work. The judge found in favour of Rowling and the book was released in a much shorter, unauthorised version a year later.

Laura Sneddon, a comics journalist and academic, who reviews the book in this newspaper and who has the only review copy, says Moore is depicting Potter as the Antichrist to make a comment on the degradation of the publishing industry. "As the publishing industry takes fewer risks, originality is visibly dwindling, while major franchises and celebrity biographies are relentlessly pushed upon us," says Ms Sneddon. "Moore is always keen to point out that the League books are satire and that he has respect for all characters that he uses and hints at, expressing hope that people will look beyond the Harry Potter connection to appreciate the whole."

Moore is Britain's most famous graphic novelist and his stories such as the Watchmen, V for Vendetta and From Hell have been turned into major Hollywood blockbuster films.

Both JK Rowling and Harry Potter's publishers, Bloomsbury, refused to comment on the publication of the book.

Ryan Gosling sings, dances in Hammer pants at 1991 talent show

In 1991, an adorable nine-year-old in Hammer pants took to the stage at a Mormon talent show to belt out “When A Man Loves a Woman” and get extremely funky to “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now.)”

That nine-year-old was none other than future Oscar nominee and Internet meme Ryan Gosling.

Yes, in a video recently uploaded to YouTube, baby Gosling croons “When A Man Loves a Woman” (the Michael Bolton cover version, we assume) then does a choreographed dance routine with his sister Mandi to the sounds of C+C Music Factory. Matching outfits are involved.

Gosling would bring his skills to a much larger audience in 1993 when he was cast of Disney’s “Mickey Mouse Club.”

The video’s uploader, my new hero Rossana Odar, said in a message she was at the show and filmed the footage herself.

Lifetime's THE CLIENT LIST Season Finale Draws 2.7 Million Viewers

2.7 million Total Viewers signed up for last night's season one finale of Lifetime's new hit drama The Client List, up 8% versus the program's average, according to Nielsen Research.

The series, starring and executive produced by Jennifer Love Hewitt and co-starring Cybill Shepherd, Loretta Devine and Colin Egglesfield, also averaged 1.3 million Adults 25-54 viewers (+8%), 1.2 million Adults 18-49 viewers (even), 1.1 million Women 18-49 viewers (+18%) and 1.1 million Women 25-54 viewers (+14%), and secured a 2.2 Household rating (+10%) in its season wrap at 10:00pm.

Recently renewed for a second season with 15 all-new episodes (up from 10 for season one), cable's number one drama among Women in the Sunday 10pm time period tells the story of Texas housewife "Riley Parks" (Hewitt), who, after being deserted by her husband, takes a job at a seemingly traditional day spa only to learn that sexual favors are being offered there on the side. Conflicted at first, she seizes the opportunity and takes the job, balancing two starkly different lives - one as a single mom in a conservative town struggling to provide for her family - and the other as a masseuse working with a rowdy and unpredictable group of women.

The finale aired on Sunday, but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Rooting for Evan, fuck Kyle, etc. I'm happy that next season has 15 episodes, instead of 10.

Matthew Gray Gubler talks Terry Richardson and future (promised) nude scene

Entering The Magical Mind Of Matthew Gray Gubler

Interview by Falene Nurse

Photographs and Illustrations by Matthew Gray Gubler

He’s most recognized as Dr. Spencer Reid on “Criminal Minds,” the voice of Simon (one of The Chipmunks) and Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s shaggy-haired pal in “500 Days Of Summer.” For a while there he was a top male model, before that he graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts—where he majored in film directing. So what goes on inside the nerdy-noggin of an artist-cum-model-cum-actor-cum-director? Have you seen his site? Well this, amongst other things. So as you can imagine I was thrilled it was a phone interview because a) I’m incredibly lazy and b) I’m pretty sure in person he would out “Beckham” me (that’s when the male tends to be prettier than the female). Which I could really do without first thing on a Monday morning. What transpired was a fascinating interview about mice penises, human ridicule and Mr Gray Gubler’s genuine enjoyment of both Bauhaus and the Mary Poppins’ soundtrack. There was lots to discuss, which I tended to do (as always) through a list of random questions, which seemed well suited to his train of thought. Matthew is an authentic eccentric, which is gradually revealed as he shares his observations of the world with you. His is an enthusiasm usually reserved to ecstatic puppies or childhood escapades, he wouldn’t seem misplaced in The Famous Five or any other Enid Blyton adventure. What most of us unfortunately lose along the way, this 32 year actor/director has managed to maintain—and if you speak to him you can’t help but go along for the ride. It started withsomeone wailing “HELLLLOOOOO!!!” down the phone. That someone was Matthew.

Alec Baldwin vs Paparazzi: Part 24872394234238

An enraged Alec Baldwin punched a Daily News photographer in the chin Tuesday morning for snapping his picture outside the city Marriage License Bureau.

The volatile “30 Rock” star popped lensman Marcus Santos once in the face outside the Worth St. office after apparently obtaining a license to wed fiancee Hilaria Thomas.

Santos was standing innocently with two other photographers when Baldwin, 54, approached with an angry glare.

“He was looking mad,” said Santos. “He said, ‘Step back, step back.’ I said, ‘We’re moving back.’”

For her latest role-playing 'fetish film,' the eccentric wannabe, 17, pins up her long platinum blonde locks and blows kiss after kiss desperately trying to be as sultry as the Some Like It Hot star while tinkling piano is heard in the background.

Song Premiere: thenewno2, 'Make It Home'

Thenewno2 have a busy summer ahead of them. On July 31st, the London-based alternative act, led by Beatles heir Dhani Harrison, will release their second album, thefearofmissingout, via H.O.T. Records Ltd. The following week, the band will take the stage at Lollapalooza 2012 with a full tour to follow shortly.

According to Harrison, the song "Make It Home" grew from a universal need. "At the end of the day, whatever you do of a night time, it's always important to make it home, isn't it? Making it home is equally important to all of us. Dynamically this track went through a lot of changes, but always meant the same thing."

The follow-up to 2009's You Are Here will offer a revolving door of guest vocalists, including RZA, the Black Knights and Harrison's Fistful of Mercy bandmate Ben Harper. "Make It Home," an early cut from the album, hints at the band's newfound interest in programming and sampled sounds without sacrificing melodic smarts. Download the song for free here.

"Lindsay Lohan" Broke Movie Rules by Driving

Lindsay Lohan was PROHIBITED from driving while shooting "Liz and Dick," because the insurance policy the production company took out made it crystal clear -- Lohan, the Mean Girls "star" was not allowed to get behind the wheel ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the production tell us ... the insurance company that issued the policy -- which would take a major hit if Lindsay couldn't complete the film -- was extremely reluctant to take the risk. The insurance company set numerous conditions on its coverage, and one of them was banning Lindsay from the roads which have landed her in big trouble multiple times -- DUIs, car accidents, and on and on.

Sources tell us ... the honchos producing the movie knew Lindsay was driving in violation of the policy, but it appears no one cared -- that is until Lindsay crashed a Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway, with a production SUV following right behind her.

As for the consequences, we're told so far the insurance company hasn't attempted to cancel the policy or take other action. For its part, the production company has made it clear to Lindsay -- she is NOT to drive for the duration of the filming.

Actor Victor Spinetti, star of The Beatles’ films, dies aged 82

The veteran Welsh actor Victor Spinetti has died of pancreatic cancer, his agent said today.

Spinetti is thought to have had cancer for a year, but remained in good spirits as friends including Barbara Windsor, on whose Radio 2 show he made a recent appearance, came to visit him.

Barry Burnett, Spinetti’s agent said: “He was very cheerful to the end. I spoke to him on Friday and he was talking about his plans and everything.”

Spinetti was born to an Italian-Welsh father and Welsh mother in Cwm in Ebbw Vale, south Wales in 1929.

His working life began as a waiter and factory worker but Spinetti sprung to international prominence with starring roles in The Beatles’ films A Hard Day’s Night, Help! and Magical Mystery Tour in the 1960s.

George Harrison is said to have told him "You have got to be in all our films. If you are not in them, my mum won't come and see them because she fancies you."

Spinetti also co-wrote John Lennon’s first book ‘In His Own Write’ – a collection of short stories, nonsensical poems and surreal line drawings.

After the Beatles connection, Spinetti went on to act in more than 30 films, including Dylan Thomas’ Under Milk Wood with Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, Zeffirelli’s The Taming of the Shrew, Voyage of the Damned, The Return of the Pink Panther, and The Krays.

His West End appearances included Expresso Bongo, Candide, Cat Among the Pigeons, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Vagina Rex, while roles on Broadway included The Hostage and The Philanthropist.

Kristen Stewart: Forbes Highest Paid Actress

Studios are notoriously stingy when it comes to paying young actors for the first film in a planned franchise. Forget about the $10 million they would have had to shell out to get a big name — an up-and-comer is lucky to get $800,000.

That changes dramatically when it comes to the third and fourth films in a series. Suddenly, the star becomes indispensable and the studio has to pay up. And that’s why Kristen Stewart has vaulted to the top of our annual list of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood.

'Jane Eyre Laid Bare,' Erotic Retelling Of Charlotte Bronte Classic, Set For Summer Release

Jane Eyre, Charlotte Bronte's 1847 classic, has been a popular tale to rework for decades: film adaptations started as early as 1910, and more recently, there have been everything from prequels to sequels to retellings set in Jamaica. But now the novel is set to be retold with a different twist -- an erotic one, according to The Bookseller magazine.

"I think that readers through the ages have appreciated the smouldering sexual chemistry between Jane and Rochester and I have changed very little of Bronte's original to retell the timeless story of a young girl falling for an unattainable older man and getting out of her depth in a sensual world she cannot control," author Eve Sinclair said of the new adaptation, according to The Bookseller.

The speedy turnaround of Jane Eyre Laid Bare means it'll be out in time for the final weeks of beach-reading season when it's released as an e-book in August.

The book will join the growing number of erotic fan-fiction novels piggybacking on the success of E.L. James's Fifty Shades of Grey -- a trilogy originally written as Twilight fan-fiction that's since become a New York Times betseller and been credited with starting a revolution of "mommy porn."

"The idea is genius; Jane Eyre Laid Bare is a fan fiction re-write of Charlotte Bronte's much-loved novel, giving the original an exciting and enticing erotic make-over," Wayne Brookes, a publishing director with Macmillion, said, according to The Bookseller, noting that the original is "full of sexual tension."

As for other titles jumping on the Fifty Shades bandwagon, the sexual secrets of literary figures Melville, Emerson, Thoreau, and Hawthorne will be explored in the forthcoming Fifty Shades of Louisa May: A Memoir of Transcendental Sex, according to Mediabistro.com

"Well, it’s clear that the Fifty Shades of Grey phenomenon has hit a literary g-spot by revealing the inner desires of fictional characters. Fifty Shades of Louisa May just takes it further...So call it lewditure. Call it literotica," the anonymous author told the website.

Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, too, has proven to be a popular muse, with multiple erotic iterations already in print: Last summer, Mitzi Szereto's Pride and Prejudice: Hidden Lusts was released, a remake described as "the classic that goes all the way."

Pride/Prejudice: The Hidden Secret, on the other hand, gives the story a bisexual plot twist, with Elizabeth and Darcy both having affairs with members of the same sex.

Despite this seeming to be a new trend, there are veteran writers in the "literotica" genre: Author Collette Gale has been "seducing the classics" since 2007 with titles under her belt like Unmasqued: An Erotic Novel of The Phantom of The Opera and Bound By Honor: An Erotic Novel of Maid Marian.

Now as for Jane Eyre Laid Bare and how The Bronte Parsonage Museum in West Yorkshire feels about it, collections manager, Ann Dinsdale told the Telegraph, "I am quite OK about it. Anything that brings the Bronte [sisters] into the limelight has to be a good thing. It is quite a passionate book anyway."

Russell Brand Now Owns a Gun

Russell Brand has revealed that he now owns a gun.

The British comedian explained that he decided to purchase a gun after moving to Los Angeles, despite his mother telling him not to.

"I've been learning to fire guns. My mother said, 'Don't learn to fire guns, Russell'," he is quoted as saying in The Sun. "Well, I've learnt and now I've got one. I mean, me, own a gun? I shouldn't really have access to hair gel but I can fire a gun if I need to."

Brand also joked that he finds guns "cool", and said it made him feel like a Hollywood legend.

"To be honest, guns are fun. When I was learning I was firing all over the place - obviously not at people but I was hitting all these targets. I felt like John Wayne," he commented.

Russell Brand was described as a "strange" but "wonderful" man by the Dalai Lama when they met over the weekend. The actor can currently be seen in musical comedy Rock of Ages, alongside Alec Baldwin and Tom Cruise.

Daniel Radcliffe stars in Slow Club's new music video

Daniel Radcliffe has made a special guest appearance in indie band Slow Club's new music video Beginners, which sees the Harry Potter star getting drunk in a pub and passing out.

The actor is a huge fan of the duo, made up of Charles Watson and Rebecca Taylor, and agreed to star in the video after interviewing the band for Time Out.

Wearing a red Hawaiian shirt, Radcliffe is seen mouthing the lyrics to the track, sung by Taylor, as he goes around the Faltering Fullback in London's Finsbury Park, drinking the dregs of other people's pints.

The sozzled star starts dancing, tries to stand on a pub table before falling over and ends up passing out at the end of the promo.

Watson told The Guardian: 'After meeting him for the first time we were pretty blown away by how much he knew about our songs and when the time came to make a video, the director Lucy Needs had the script ready and thought it couldn't hurt to ask.'

Karma's a bitch: The Killing finale gets its ass whooped in the ratings

Viewers delivered their own answer to the question "Who killed Rosie Larsen?": Who cares? The Killing ended its second (and quite possibly final) season with one of its least-watched episodes ever, attracting roughly half the total audience that watched its 2011 series premiere. Sunday's episode averaged 1.5 million viewers for its initial 9 p.m. telecast, down dramatically from its premiere episode last year (2.7 million) and its season one finale (2.3 million). It was also down from this spring's season-two premiere (1.8 million), albeit less dramatically, falling about 17 percent. The Killing held up a little better with adults under 50, with Sunday's finale matching the demo rating for the show's season two premiere (0.5). But that's not to suggest AMC execs have anything to be happy about.

Despite promising to solve the show's central mystery (for reals!), The Killing found itself trounced by its cable competition, losing not only to blockbusters such as True Blood and Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but also other 9 p.m. shows such as Ice Road Truckers, The Next Food Network Star, The Glades, Mythbusters ... and a repeat of Law & Order: SVU. Even more depressing, the big finale ranked only No. 37 out of all cable shows Sunday, drawing a smaller demo rating than Oprah's interview with the Kardashians, Storage Hunters on Tru TV, A&E's new drama Longmire, a telecast of the first Robert Downey Jr. Sherlock Holmes film on TNT, and My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding on TLC.

So does this mean The Killing is toast? Well, it is important to note that cable networks such as AMC don't just rely on overnight Nielsen numbers to make a judgement on a show's fate. This week's episode will be repeated at least a half-dozen times over the next week, and hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of viewers will catch up via DVR or on demand. Considering the show's ratings stayed relatively stable over the course of the second season (even if down from season one), it's possible AMC could decide that the brand name of The Killing is something worth retaining, particularly since the show is primed to reboot for a possible third season. Still, the two new pilots the network green-lit earlier this year are both murder mysteries with conspiratorial tones. While that might make them possible companions for The Killing, it's even easier to imagine one of those shows as a replacement.

NCIS promotes Brian Dietzen to series regular

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

EW has learned exclusively that Brian Dietzen has been promoted to series regular on the show, which is going into its 10th season. He was formerly appearing on a recurring basis as the right-hand man to medical examiner Donald “Ducky” Mallard (David McCallum). “I’m very excited,” Dietzen tells EW. “After eight years of being with the show, I got a contract with CBS, and I couldn’t be happier about it.”

The promotion, says Dietzen, could very well indicate Palmer’s increased responsibilities next year — especially in light of Ducky’s heart attack in the season finale. Palmer’s whereabouts were also not entirely clear in the finale. Last viewers saw, he was planning to abandon his big wedding plans and head back to D.C. in order to help the team. “As far as I know I’m safe, and a contract is a good thing to indicate that,” he says.

Another bonus? Dietzen will finally join his cast mates in the opening credits next year — a move that will please some longtime NCIS fans, who have often questioned his absence. “I believe this year my name will be up at the front of the credits with everyone else, so we’ll have the full team at the front,” he says. “[For my featured shot], I’m hoping I can put on a wig with some long hair and run topless across the beach — something subtle but still classy.”

Fucking finally! Took them long enough.

Woody Allen wouldn't hesitate to cast Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan has a Hollywood heavyweight in her corner.

Last month, the 25-year-old dined with Woody Allen during a visit to NYC -- and this week, the legendary director explained the reason for their outing to Access Hollywood at the premiere of his new film, To Rome With Love.

Though he admitted he isn't currently considering Lohan for a part, "I wouldn't hesitate to use her in a movie because she's a very talented girl," Allen, 76, told an Access Hollywood reporter, adding that his and Lohan's get-together "was a social dinner."

The Midnight in Paris screenwriter also said he would have no qualms about casting the actress in one of his projects -- despite her multiple rehab stints and legal trouble over the last few years.

"If there was some legal reason I couldn't [cast her], that would be a different story, but it would not concern me personally, no. I think that she'd be just fine and she'd do a great job," Allen shared. "As I say, she's a very gifted girl and I would not hesitate. If I had something for her, I'd certainly call her."

Lohan is currently hard at work filming Lifetime's Elizabeth Taylor biopic, Liz and Dick, in Marina del Ray, Calif.

Mary-Kate Olsen Smokes a Cigarette in Front of Boyfriend's Daughter

Is Mary-Kate Olsen a bad influence on her boyfriend's little girl?

The billionaire fashion designer and actress, 26, was photographed smoking a cigarette and chatting on her cell phone while walking with Olivier Sarkozy, 42, and his underage daughter (with ex-wife and writer Charlotte Bernard) in New York City's West Village June 14.

Sarkozy, who is the managing director of the Carlyle Group's Global Financial Services Group and the brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, wrapped his arms around both Olsen and his daughter during their mid-afternoon stroll.

Despite their 16-year age difference, Olsen -- who owns three successful fashion labels with her twin sister, Ashley -- is head over heels for Sarkozy, a source recently told Us Weekly.

"MK is constantly complaining about boys not being mature enough for her. She got the kids out of her system," the source explained. "Now being a businesswoman dominates her time, and she is rarely impressed with guys."

Is it appropriate for Mary-Kate Olsen to smoke in front of her boyfriend's daughter?

Britney looks like this

Here’s Britney Spears arriving at the X Factor auditions in Oakland yesterday, and you’d just assume someone who has an entire dressing room stuffed to the gills with fried chicken, potato salad and Snickers wouldn’t have to be held down in a make-up chair until the tranquilizer dart kicks in cancelling out the Pop Rocks she ate on the car ride over leaving 10 former Navy SEALs paralyzed in her sugar-fueled retard-strength wake. But here we are.

True Story: MTV's Next Real World to Shoot in Portland

IT'S ABOUT TIME: It's been rumored for years that it was going to happen here, but I can now confirm that MTV'S "The Real World" will shoot the next season of the iconic reality show in Portland, Oregon.

I have it on good authority this will take place as early as the beginning of July.

It will be the 28th season of the longest running show in MTV history.

No word on whether or not the crew will get jobs at Voodoo Doughnuts or Powell's Books, or whether or not Grimm star David Guintoli will make an alumni appearance as he was one of the contestants on the spin-off show "Road Rules" several years ago.

With Real World in the mix, four series will be shooting their season over the summer here in Portland.

The 27th season of The Real World, set to premiere on June 27, takes place in the Virgin Islands.

what up fellow PDX ONTD'ers? where do you hope they go/dont go? Hope you all like my instagram photo tbh

For WEEKS we've been hearing that Chris Brown's GF Karrueche was pregnant. Now it appears that we have EVIDENCE!!!

An MTOer sent us a private pic that Kae took just a few DAYS before the NYC BRAWL with Drake. And if you look at her stomach area . . . there seems to be a slight bulge. A gal as skinny as Kae would NOT have even a SLIGHT tummy bulge while on her back.

If she was preggo . . . we hope that BOTTLE TO THE DOME ain't hurt her child . . . source

Taylor Kitsch: Sex Scenes with Blake Lively Were 'Very Awkward'

In his latest turn on the big screen, Taylor Kitsch has segued from superimposed special effects … to super awkward sex scenes.

Getting up close and personal with Blake Lively in the crime-thriller Savages, due in theaters July 6, was just as tough as tackling alien forces in Battleship, the Canadian actor, 31, told reporters.

"It's very awkward to do, you know, and I was just glad it was over with, to be honest," Kitsch said about their sex scenes together. "And it's such a big part of [my character] and who he is, and that's how you meet him. So it's a pretty intense reveal, no pun intended.

Kitsch says there wasn't much time to get to know each other before they had to film the intense – albeit brief – intimate scenes.

"A lot of sexual improv was going on there," he says. "God knows we had two weeks of rehearsal, so we talked until we were about to pass out, and then [we shot the sex scenes] on the day I think I knew Blake three days … four days maybe."

So now that filming's wrapped for Savages, will the Friday Night Lights alum go back to sci-fi? "No green screen for a while," he said. "It's back to just mano a mano, working with actors."

But that's not what he told director Oliver Stone.

"I kept pitching aliens to Oliver, but he wasn't buying it," he said, before once again swearing off the genre. He added: "Just going off another actor and really searching and creating and collaborating is refreshing, and I'll stay on that track."

I'm starting to feel kind of bad for Taylor tbh. There's no way this isn't going to flop. He's like the Charlie Brown of Hollywood.

"New Leona Album Her Most Powerful Yet"

Posted Image

LEONA Lewis vows her third album Glassheart will be her most powerful yet.

After working with one of the big songwriters behind Adele’s 21, the follow-up to 2009’s Echo will be a more rounded project. Fraser T. Smith, who worked on Set Fire To The Rain with Adele, is the executive producer on the record.

Leona, 27, told me: “Fraser is a great songwriter, great musician and such a cool person to be around and vibe with. When you’re in the studio with someone for that long you really have to get along with them. We did the EP together last year and I wanted to keep working with him, so we decided to do the whole album."

“I’m doing it old school and feeling it out, and making sure I’m getting the best songs. I keep going back in trying to make the songs better, more spectacular and up my game each time.”

Dwyane Wade's ex-wife arrested for attempting to abduct their children

TMZ has obtained the mug shot taken by Dwyane Wade's ex-wife ... moments after she was arrested this weekend for allegedly attempting to abduct the former couple's two children.

A rep for the Cook County Sheriff's Office released a statement saying, "Siohvaughn Funches-Wade was charged with two counts of attempted child abduction, two counts of unlawful visitation interference and one count of resisting arrest."

Funches-Wade's bond was set at $10,000 ... which she posted. She's set to appear in court again in August.

Wade -- who's currently in the middle of the NBA Finals -- has been at war with his ex ever since they divorced back in 2010. Wade was awarded primary custody of their two boys ... and Siohvaughn has visitation rights ... but she's clearly not happy with the current arrangement.

The financial details of their divorce are not yet finalized -- and in recent court docs, Wade said his ex has been using the children as "the proverbial pawns in this contentious dissolution of marriage action."

Wade wants the judge to suspend Siohvaughn's visitation rights because of the incident that led to her arrest.

Wade and the Miami Heat are set to square off against the Oklahoma City Thunder in just a few hours right now.

Adele album regains No. 1, holds off three debuts

(Reuters) - British singer Adele regained her place at the top of the Billboard 200 album chart for the 24th time on Wednesday with her Grammy-winning album "21," holding off new entries from Alan Jackson, The Beach Boys and Neil Young.

Adele's "21" sold 75,000 copies according to Nielsen SoundScan figures in its 68th week on the chart, buoyed by NBC's special "Adele Live in London," which aired on June 3. The album has yet drop out of the top 10 since its U.S. release in February 2011.

The "Someone Like You" singer beat out debuts from three veterans of the music industry. Country crooner Alan Jackson debuted at No. 2 with his latest studio album "Thirty Miles West," selling 73,000 copies.

It is Jackson's 15th studio album, excluding holiday and compilation sets, and his 12th time in the top 10 of the Billboard album chart.

The Beach Boys made their highest debut since 1974, as their 29th studio album "That's Why God Made The Radio" entered at No. 3, selling 61,000 copies in its first week of release and kicking off the band's 50th anniversary celebration.

Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young's 35th studio album "Americana" landed at No. 4 after selling 44,000 copies, giving Young his second-highest debut following 1972's "Harvest," which debuted at No. 1.

Newcomer rapper Big K.R.I.T entered the chart at No. 5 with his debut album "Live From The Underground," while New Orleans rapper Curren$y debuted his seventh studio album "The Stoned Immaculate" at No. 8.

One Direction's "Up All Night" fell to No. 6 from fourth place, and John Mayer's "Born And Raised" dropped from two straight weeks at No. 1 all the way down to No. 7.

Country star Carrie Underwood dropped to No. 9 from the sixth spot with her hit "Blown Away," while folk singer Brandi Carlile rounded out the top 10 with her fifth studio album "Bear Creek," selling 27,000 copies.

On Billboard's Digital Songs chart, Carly Rae Jepsen continued her reign at the top with flirty pop anthem "Call Me Maybe," while Maroon 5's "Payphone" featuring Wiz Khalifa held steady at No. 2, as did Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know" featuring Kimbra in the No. 3 slot.

Katy Perry climbed to No. 4 with her ballad "Wide Awake," and Canadian pop star Justin Bieber stormed in at No. 5 with "All Around The World" featuring Ludacris as he continued on his worldwide promotion of upcoming album "Believe."

Emilie de Ravin becomes a series regular on OUAT!

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

We couldn’t have conjured up better Once Upon a Time news if you furnished us with a magical well and a flask of Windex and/or love potion: Emilie de Ravin has been upgraded to series regular status for Season 2.

The Lost alum’s future with the fantastical ABC drama seemed solid given the events of the Season 1 finale, in which Belle was sprung from captivity to reunite with onetime flame Rumpelstiltskin and make him aware of Regina/the Evil Queen’s duplicitous act.

De Ravin appeared in a total of three Once Upon a Time episodes during the show’s freshman run.
