Actress Tara Reid, best known for her role in the "American Pie" franchise, reportedly has a new, much older beau.
The 36-year-old actress was recently spotted getting cozy with 60-year-old jeweler Fawaz Gruosi.
Gruosi is the founder and president of de Grisogono, and is considered one of the most sought-after watch and jewelry makers of his generation, according to The New York Times.
The two were spotted holding hands and looking intimate aboard a massive yacht at the Lady Joy Boat Party in Cannes. The new couple partied alongside A-list stars such as Eva Longoria, Diddy and Alec Baldwin. And though Reid might be dating a much older man, that didn't curb her famous penchant for partying; she stumbled out of the party looking rough.
Reid recently returned to the big screen with a small role in "American Reunion" -- her first film to get a wide theatrical release since 2005's "Alone in the Dark."
The actress also recently appeared in a skimpy bikini on the cover of U.K. men's magazine Loaded, defending her hard-partying reputation in the mag.
"I did party, but I wasn't breaking the law. It wasn't that big of a deal. It's not like going out and getting drunk is a crime, lots of people do it," she told the magazine. "It doesn't make me a bad person because I like to go out and have a drink. I've never missed a day's work."
ONTD, have you ever dated someone much older?

Set in the early 1920s, The Great Gatsby follows Nick Carraway, a young writer who becomes attached to a man of great wealth and means, living the great life in the post-World War I era. But once Nick gets sucked into the world he discovers the secrets, lies and troubles that have been used to build success. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Joel Edgerton, Carey Mulligan, Isla Fisher, Jason Clarke, Elizabeth Debicki, and Amitabh Bachchan and will be in theaters this Christmas.
Eyebrows were raised when it was announced that former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell would be casting an eye over Liverpudlian hopefuls for this year's X Factor in the first audition.
Many were surprised that the 39-year-old was asked to become a guest judge, especially as when she performed the same role two years ago, again in the absence of Dannii Minogue, Halliwell was booed by the public for a perceived lack of insight in her comments.
Reportedly however Simon Cowell was impressed by how Halliwell dealt with the criticism and resolved to give her another shot at gaining a place on the panel.
When you think about it Halliwell is not such a strange choice. The 'Mi Chico Latino' singer is very much a like-for-like replacement for former judges Kelly Rowland and Dannii Minogue, providing an experienced female voice on the panel to add to the younger Tulisa Contostavlos.
Like Rowland, in the 1990s Halliwell was a member of one of the world's biggest girl groups before embarking on a mixed solo career. She also may have learned from her previous X Factor troubles and be prepared to face the anger of the audience when making tricky decisions.
So although Ms Halliwell was not the first name on anyone's lips when Dannii Minogue decided working for her former lover wasn't for her, perhaps it's time to give Ginger Spice a chance and have a look back at her highs and lows since she stunned the Brit Awards with that famous dress.

The top-selling British band, One Direction, is a hot commodity.
They’re so hot that their US summer tour has already out and tickets to their 2013 summer US tour are already on sale.
For those fans who can’t wait until then, the group’s Up All Night: The Live Tour DVD will go on sale on May 29, 2012.
An exclusive world premiere clip of the DVD premiered today on “Good Morning America.”
The DVD features a 73-minute concert of One Direction’s hit songs, behind-the-scenes footage plus music videos for the songs “What Makes You Beautifu,” ”Gotta Be You” and “One Thing.”
One Direction comprises Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. Horan is from Ireland, and the others are from England. All the members auditioned for the UK “X-Factor” in 2010 as solo artists, but joined forces as a group at the suggestion of entertainment mogul Simon Cowell.
“Our fans are simply the best in the world,” Horan said in a statement. “The support they have shown us has been incredible and we’re all so grateful to each and every one of them. We can’t wait to see everyone this summer, at Madison Square Garden and of course when we play our world tour in 2013.”

The Samsung Galaxy S3 has already received nine million pre-orders before launch - even with few people getting to play on Android's latest smartphone until it arrives in the Europe on May 29 and will hit the U.S. market during the summer.
When the phone arrives, it will instantly become the fastest selling gadget in history, beating out the iPhone 4S's four million units sold in three days.
It also tops the first iPad's two million tablets in two months, and the Microsoft Kinect system - which allows you to wave at your television via the Xbox 360 games console - which shifted 2.5 million units in 25 days.
Samsung has reportedly hired 75,000 workers to keep up with the demand, with the company confident of meeting all pre-orders.
The company is said to have the capacity to churn out five million phones per month - or 66 phones per worker per month.
Most of the orders will have come through network carriers across the world, based on customer pre-orders, upgrades and anticipated demand.
The carriers will have pre-allocated the majority of this stock to customers, with a surplus to act as a 'buffer' in case demand exceeds their supply.
In the UK, Carphone Warehouse has confirmed that the S3 is the most popular phone of the year so far, with thousands of customers lined up to pick up their phone a week from today.
Spokesman Graham Stapleton said: 'Pre-order demand for the new Galaxy S3 has surpassed expectations since the handset was first unveiled two weeks ago.
'The first 24 hours alone saw thousands placing their pre-order at Carphone Warehouse.'
The S3's predecessor - the Galaxy S2 - took about six months to sell 10million phones, and 11 months to sell 20million.

Yahoo! Movies has your first look at three new character banners from "The Dark Knight Rises," the final chapter of director Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy. Each banner shows one of the three lead characters -- Catwoman, Batman, and Bane -- facing the camera against an ominous sky as rain and debris fall down on them. Notably, each figure has their eyes hidden in shadow, giving them an impenetrable air of mystery. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, what does it mean that we can't see theirs? It gives the impression that the battle for Gotham City could come with a cost: either their lives, or their very humanity.

Chalk one more title up on the board marked “Remakes.” Though this one is more of the wheel of cinematic life turning, as The Magnificent Seven is remade by Hollywood. MGM has decided to dip once more into the cupboard of title rights it owns and is now developing a new version of John Sturges' 1960 classic with Tom Cruise attached to star.
Before you get all up in high dudgeon about the desecration of a classic, remember that The Magnificent Seven is itself a remake of Seven Samurai. This one is still at a very embryonic stage, with no director or writer attached, though Variety has heard that the company is even now kicking off the hunt for someone to scribble the script. So we don’t yet know whether it will exactly follow the plot of the original, which sees a group of American gunmen hired to protect a Mexican village from a group of bandits.
There’s also no word on which of the movie’s meaty characters Cruise is interested in. He already has plenty of active and potential pics on his plate already, so it’s anyone’s guess when this one will actually get moving.
Cruise will next be seen sporting leather pants for Rock Of Ages, which is out here on June 15. He’s already filmed Jack Reacher adaptation One Shot and is at work on Joseph Kosinski’s sci-fi tale Oblivion. Once that’s complete, he’ll move on to another futuristic tale, Doug Liman’s All You Need Is Kill.

We already know that Season 2 of "American Horror Story" will include some familiar faces from Season 1, but they will not be in the same place, at the same time, or playing the same characters.
Creator Ryan Murphy previously revealed that the sophomore season of the divisive FX series will be set in an insane asylum. But in a recent interview with Vulture, in which he discussed everything from his personal life to his other series "Glee" and next season's NBC comedy "The New Normal," Murphy spilled some more details about Season 2.
"The new season is set in the 1960s and Chloe Sevigny, for example, plays a character who was put in an asylum because she was a woman who likes sex," Murphy told Vulture in the in-depth interview. "At the time, you were able to put people away for that. Another character is institutionalized for being a lesbian. To me, there’s nothing more scary than somebody coming to you and saying they’re going to take you away and put you in a mad house and you have no legal rights and there you shall stay till the end of your days. That is a real horror."
Though there were no further details Season 2 star Jessica Lange, Murphy did reveal that Evan Peters, who played "ultimate badass bad boy" Tate Langdon, will be "the hero of the show" in Season 2. "It’s not like the actors are playing similar parts. They’re going to look different, they’re going to sound different, they’re going to have different accents," Murphy explained to Vulture. "It’s a different time period. The actors are so excited to do that and hopefully their enthusiasm will translate."
In addition to Lange and Peters, Season 1 stars Zachary Quinto, Lily Rabe and Sarah Paulson will be back for Season 2. Sevigny, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and James Cromwell will also join the "American Horror Story" cast for Season 2. A relatively unknown French actress named Lizzie Brocheré will be playing a femme fatale named Gia.
And although Season 2 hasn't even started yet, Murphy is thinking ahead. "I even know what the third season would be," he said. "There are very, very many different kinds of haunted houses in our culture."

After ten years of coffee-house meetings, on-and-off romances, and memories both hilarious and heartwarming, the series wrapped up with fans feeling a sense of closure. Ross and Rachel were in it for good, Monica and Chandler had twins, Phoebe was happily married to Mike, and Joey had a new chick and a duck. With new sets of goals all around, the characters seemed ready to move on with their lives, but the same can't be said for us. Much like Monica's purple-walled apartment in the final scene, we will always be a little empty without our Friends.

His remarks came after Weinstein reportedly refused to appear in a documentary which Baldwin is currently filming at the Cannes Film Festival.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Baldwin walked into the Calvin Klein IFP party in Cannes last Thursday (May 17) and proceeded to rant at length about Weinstein in front of attendees.
"I don't care who knows," he is quoted as saying. "After the success he had at Cannes last year and all the f**king Oscars, he's still a f**king douchebag. I can't believe it."
Director James Toback's documentary Seduced and Abandoned began life as a mockumentary but has become a more serious project about the process of financing films at Cannes, in part because many big names refused to participate in its former incarnation.
Francis Ford Coppola, Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard and Roman Polanski have all been interviewed for the film
A source close to Baldwin refuted the report, claiming that the actor had called Weinstein an asshole, rather than a douchebag.
His NBC series 30 Rock has been renewed for a final 13-episode season.

Premium cable shows like HBO's "Girls" and "Game of Thrones" have set a high bar for awkward, explicit sex scenes, putting pressure on other networks to keep up their steaminess. And while the traditional networks can't get away with showing nudity, they've found their way around those pesky FCC regulations in a variety of bizarre and entertaining ways.
We've watched TV characters do it in the back of a car on top of a sandwich, next to a dead body and atop a Westeros-themed Risk table. Characters have been moved to spontaneous bouts of masturbation and doggy-style sex has gone hilariously awry. Poor Sally Draper walked in on her step-grandma going down on Roger Sterling. And "The Good Wife" triumphantly managed to depict a steamy lesbian sex scene with a mere off-screen hand movement.
All of the strange sex inspired HuffPost TV to fire up a supercut the TV sex scenes that made cringe and laugh uncomfortably since September. From "Mad Men" to "The Good Wife," "Girls" to "American Horror Story," enjoy some of the most awkward sex scenes TV had to offer this season.
Any other scenes that should have been included? I guess Theon fingering his own sister isn't considered awkward!

“Kate had no idea it would be this difficult to sell another show based around her and her family,” one TV executive says. “It’s hard to be on the cover of magazines one week and just a few months later not have people return your calls.”
On Monday morning, Kate revealed on the "Today" show that her kids are doing great, but admitted they do miss filming.
“They’ve recently been saying, ‘When are we going to go here or there? We miss the crew,'" Kate said. "We’re hoping our TLC contract is over -- so we’re hoping to move forward and do more fun projects. Fans are begging, 'They’ve grown up, they’ve turned eight, what are you doing?’ and so we’re hoping to put that out there for them.”
Unfortunately for Kate, fans don't green-light TV shows, network executives do.
“Once you have a show canceled, it's almost impossible to sell the same idea to another network,” a TV insider tells me. “TLC is the non-Hollywood network and the perfect home for her. If they no longer want her, I’m not sure which other network will.”
A spokesperson for WE tells me Kate will not be calling that channel her new home, and Oxygen and Lifetime insiders says they have no interest in Kate either.
Fingers crossed for a "Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars" season, Kate.
New York Times scribe Patrick Healy discusses "The Big Bang Theory" star's sexuality in detail as part of a profile of the 39-year-old actor, who is currently starring on Broadway in a revival of "Harvey." The revelation comes late in the article, when Healy describes Parsons' role in the 2011 revival of Larry Kramer's HIV/AIDS crisis drama, "The Normal Heart."
Writes Healy: '"The Normal Heart” resonated with him on a few levels: Mr. Parsons is gay and in a 10-year relationship, and working with an ensemble again onstage was like nourishment, he said."
Parsons' sexuality has been the source of media speculation for several years. Though the Times doesn't identify Parsons' partner, the actor thanked Todd Spiewak during a 2010 Emmy Award acceptance speech. He has shown up to awards shows and made public theater contributions together with Spiewak, reportedly an art director, on several previous occasions.
The National Enquirer also reported that Parsons and Spiewak were at one time engaged and planning a Massachusetts-based Christmas wedding, which has since allegedly been called off because Parsons doesn't want children. None of this has ever confirmed nor denied by Parsons' representatives, who have continually declined to speak about their client's sexuality, according to AfterElton. source

The dream-pop duo talk about maintaining integrity in a musical landscape seemingly hell-bent on squashing it, as well as their dramatic new album, Bloom.
By Jenn Pelly , May 9, 2012
Beach House: "Myth" (via SoundCloud)
Eight years into their career, Beach House have become the sort of group that regularly tour the festival circuit and do press at the Tribeca Grand, a chic luxury hotel in downtown Manhattan, where I met them in March. Singer/keyboardist Victoria Legrand, 30, and multi-instrumentalist Alex Scally, 29, fit naturally into the mood-lit lounge as they talk of "album cycles" and "the industry," but all while maintaining a vocal skepticism not only of journalists but of anything that could potentially dilute their artistic identity.
Recently, for example, they turned down a potential opportunity to distribute their upcoming fourth record, Bloom, at Starbucks. And they are cautious to unveil the inner-workings of their songs, or "the science" behind the four field recordings tucked into the new album (though Scally lets it slip that one is the sound of wild coyotes). They're a contemporary indie rock band that seems to remember the presence of a reporter is not always to their benefit.
And while the duo is in the position of having benefitted immensely from the internet since their start in 2004, they're weary of how its all-watching eye can diminish the steady growth of their unique musical language, or wipe away mystery at the speed of Twitter. We spoke about how to retain credibility in the treacherous world of modern music, the quickly forgotten glories of Myspace, and the Bob Dylan lyric that helped define their new album.
"A lot of people listening to music now just go, 'Good tones…' and that's it. But we're obsessed with songs. Sometimes, I feel like people aren't even listening to our songs, they're just listening to the sound."
Pitchfork: Teen Dream was your biggest album yet, how have your lives changed since it came out two years ago?
Alex Scally: We now play to bigger audiences, which is awesome some of the time, and also worse some of the time. It made us concentrate really intensely on our playing and presentation, but you also feel like you can't connect with some people in the back. We almost don't want to play bigger shows than where we are now. It's kind of perfect.
The shows are the main way our lives have changed. We wrote this record the exact same way. We still live in Baltimore, where we started. We had the same practice space for this record that we've had for years. Not a lot has changed from the beginning, except for our own development as artists, and our own desire. We're not satisfied with a song that only has this [small motion] much emotion. We want a song that has a much bigger feeling in it.

It's a kind of a long interview but worth reading beyond the bold parts.
While promoting the DVD/Blu-Ray release of The Woman In Black in an interview with Collider, former Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is asked about his thoughts on the growing popularity of comic book movies, as well as if there was a character he would like to play. His answer may surprise you.
"Yeah, absolutely. I dunno who’s left, I mean a lot of comic books have...they’ve all been done. I don’t think anyone’s done The Flash yet, and that’s one I’d probably have a go at. Other then that, I’m not sure which comic book heroes are left."
Warner Bros. has been developing a Flash movie off and on over the years. Last we heard, the studio had a "solid script".
However, after the non-success of Green Lantern last year, many are not expecting WB to actively pursue many other DC characters beyond Batman or Superman.

Ah, Eurovision. Spiritual home of twinkly pop, crazy Euro rockers, accordions and Jedward. After last year's runaway win in Dusseldorf, this year it's Azerbaijan's turn to play host. The Great Gatsby" follows Fitzgerald-like, would-be writer Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) as he leaves the Midwest and comes to New York City in the spring of 1922, an era of loosening morals, glittering jazz and bootleg kings. Chasing his own American Dream, Nick lands next door to a mysterious, party-giving millionaire, Jay Gatsby (Leonardo DiCaprio) and across the bay from his cousin, Daisy (Carey Mulligan) and her philandering, blue-blooded husband, Tom Buchanan (Joel Edgerton). It is thus that Nick is drawn into the captivating world of the super rich, their illusions, loves and deceits. As Nick bears witness, within and without the world he inhabits, he pens a tale of impossible love, incorruptible dreams and high-octane tragedy, and holds a mirror to our own modern times and struggles.
Society harbors a strange obsession with seeing celebrities disheveled, out of makeup, and out of shape. The video featured here takes that fascination and turns it totally inside out, by using normal photographs of good-looking celebrities to illustrate what's known as the "Flashed Face Distortion Effect" — an optical illusion first described last year by University of Queensland researchers Jason Tangen, Sean Murphy and Matthew Thompson:
Watching the video up top should illustrate the illusion quite nicely. It's not unlike viewing the world through a fun-house mirror that lives in your mind.
What's cool about this illusion is that it was discovered completely by accident. Murphy had been working alone in the lab, skimming through photographs of faces aligned at eye-level, when he noticed that some of the faces lurking on the fringes of his vision looked frightening and deformed. The instant he tried to get a closer look at them, however, they appeared totally normal — attractive even. Can you imagine working in the lab late one night, only to discover a novel optical illusion that tricks you into perceiving attractive faces as utterly grotesque? Don't pretend for a second that wouldn't freak you the hell out.
Hilarity ensues! LOL I love optical illusions. XD

"I have a boyfriend, and if I'm being completely honest, no one likes to be not toned when you are dating someone."
"I tone whenever I want, and I chose to now because my boyfriend and I are both really into it," she says. "But we don't work out together. We did that once and I didn't like huffing and puffing," she continues. "I didn't like looking all red and gross, so I don't do that."
There is enough hype about this year's X Factor panel already, with a lot of speculation about who the new judge would be.
But as Geri Halliwell arrived for the first day of auditions today in Liverpool, she clearly thought there was not enough excitement surrounding this year's show.
So, after rolling up in a big black car, leaning out of the window to wave at fans, Geri decided to clamber on top of the vehicle and grab the tannoy control in a bid to attract even more attention.

But he didn't. Instead, he died, beheaded in front of his children, taking with him any standard expectations about where the story would go and its apparent moral center. It was a moment all the more shocking for being found in a genre known for straightforward delineations of good and evil and for tales of likely or unlikely heroes battling for the salvation of the kingdom, the princess, et cetera. In the stroke of a sword, "Game of Thrones" set itself apart from those stories and made it evident, if it wasn't already, that it was no "Lord of the Rings."
And in its second season, the George R. R. Martin-based series has been even clearer that honor and propriety are qualities more conveniently applied as polish to events after they take place, and that underneath the flowery talk these are tribes brutally skirmishing for supremacy. The lesson seen in Ned Stark's execution is that the qualities that make a good leader in this world aren't necessarily the ones that make a good man or woman.

Here’s the crunch for the PG-13 supernatural horror opening in theaters August 31, “When frightening events start to occur in their home, young couple Kelly (Ashley Greene) and Ben (Sebastian Stan) discover they are being haunted by a presence that was accidentally conjured during a university parapsychology experiment. The horrifying apparition feeds on their fear and torments them no matter where they try to run. Their last hope is an expert in the supernatural (Tom Felton), but even with his help they may already be too late to save themselves from this terrifying force…”

SCHAPELLE Corby's Bali nightmare is almost over. Corby yesterday was granted clemency by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, who cut five years from her jail term for smuggling drugs into Bali.
Corby's mother, Rosleigh, said last night: "I can't believe it. I want to bawl."
But Corby may not be able to come home and may be forced to serve her parole in Bali.
It is likely there will be a renewed push to step up talks about a prisoner exchange deal between Australia and Indonesia
I've been following the Corby and Bali 9 cases for awhile now. What do you think of the Corby case, ONTD?
Bad news for G.I. Joe fans out there. In a move out of left field, and one almost as tyrannical as killing off the G.I. Joe's themselves, Deadline reports Paramount Pictures is pushing back this summer's release of G.I. Joe: Retaliation, which has already made a big marketing push with several trailers and a bunch of posters, not to mention toys already on the shelves. Instead of hitting June 29th this year, the studio is moving back the film nine months to March 29th, 2013 to convert it to 3D. An exec said, "We’re going to do a conscientious 3D job because we’ve seen how it can better box office internationally." That's bologna.
What that says to me is Paramount doesn't have faith in the film to do enough business at the box office without the inflation of 3D ticket prices. Honestly, I think this is a shitty move all around as any marketing for the film is now going to wither away for the rest of the year, fans are going to be pissed, and it just doesn't seem worth it for a 3D conversion. Apparently an exec also said, "Jim Cameron did all of Titanic‘s 3D in post – and look how well that movie turned out.” They don't seem to realize that Titanic was a Best Picture winner, and the highest grossing film of all-time for years.
The studio seems to be banking on March as a viable release for such a big movie after The Hunger Games snagged a bunch of money (again, a film with quite a following because of the best-selling book series preceding it), but I don't think that's a good enough reason. Summer is crowded, but there's plenty of people still excited about G.I. Joe Retaliation, but I don't think Paramount is happy with what they have for a summer release (especially sandwiched between Brave and The Amazing Spider-Man). Honestly, even though I hated the first film, this sequel looked fun, and now we have to wait another ten months for it to hit theaters. Bad form, Paramount Pictures, bad form. Anyone else annoyed?

The rule is generally known as, “Three strikes, you’re out,” but it seems that for R&B/pop star Chris Brown, just one will elevate him to fields beyond what he was originally capable of in the first place. The Virginia-born singer, 23, seems to have had relatively close ties with Grammy producer Ken Ehrlich, who defended the annual music ceremony’s backing of Brown on “CBS This Morning”.
An insider of Brown’s, whose name is being hidden for legal and security purposes, has forwarded e-mails sent between Brown and Ehrlich to Neil Portnow, President of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
In the e-mails, Ehrlich was “practically begged” to secure a Grammy for the star with much of the public’s disdain for a “substantial amount of money,” which was not disclosed by the insider. Portnow released a statement after firing Ehrlich for his indiscretion and violation of the Academy’s ethics and integrity in rewarding talent. “Ehrlich was subsequently terminated, after many years of being involved with deliberating which of the past decades’ talents were worthy. With almost ten years of being President for The Academy, I would have never predicted that this would happen. My lack of blessing for Chris’ nomination was known, but as I’ve always respected by colleagues’ insights, I mustered all I could not to fight it so much. I have worked alongside Ken for years now, and I am heavily disappointed, and will have to raise the conduct around this board. will see to it that nothing of this caliber of humiliation will happen again.”
Brown’s publicist and Ehrlich have released no comments after multiple endeavors of contact.

The rap world may seem an unlikely place for small business marketing tips to be found. However, one duo recently showed how marketing advice can be found in the most surprising of places.
Last year, music superstars Jay-Z and Kanye West released their collaborative album "Watch the Throne." In its first week of release, the album was No. 1 in 23 countries worldwide. Perhaps equally interesting was how the pair kept the media and fans buzzing for around six months prior to it being made available.
In a recent article for Forbes magazine, Baiju Shah and John Greene attributed the duo's marketing success to two factors - surprise and secrecy. Jay-Z and West didn't follow a typical marketing scheme, preferring to eschew loud song releases for quiet announcements via Twitter, peeks into the making of the album on YouTube and surprise giveaways for fans.

The hugely buzzed-about ‘R’-rated comedy Ted was scheduled for release July 13th. But Universal execs moved quickly to grab this date now that Paramount’s G.I. Seth MacFarlane is the writer, director, producer, and voice talent behind the foul-mouthed teddy bear alongside Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. “The movie has had so much buzz since the minute the trailers were released that we’ve been looking to see if there was an earlier date available,” a Universal insider tells me. “It also gives us two more weeks of primetime summer. Miley Cyrus refrains from wearing red carpet gowns with a train as she ends up having to buy them because everyone has "put their heel" through it. The songstress turned heads at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday wearing a cleavage-baring Jean Paul Gaultier jacket, which left little to the imagination. Miley teamed the risqué look with Jacquie Aiche jewels and monochrome Christian Louboutin heels.
She revealed why she opted for the more structured thigh-skimming look. "It'll happen on the red carpet. That's why my dad isn't here right now because he always steps on my dress. So no longer do we walk carpets together," she deadpanned in an interview with Access Hollywood.
"There's always a frickin' hole in it when you're on the red carpet. You leave here having to buy the thing because everyone has put their heel in the back of your train. I've learned!"
Miley has explained the inspiration behind her different look. The stunning star relies on some trusty accessories to amp up her wardrobe choices. "I just thought I love white on a white carpet. I thought it would be fun. I like that it's a little boyish but still feminine," she said, before explaining her gold necklace accessory. "This chain literally never comes off. I work out in this."
Miley has been cutting a slimmer figure of late. The 19-year-old star has explained her fitness routine. "I love Pilates - it's physical and mental health, that are obviously very important. You obviously get a good workout but mentally it's just really nice to go in there and completely meditate. It's you one hour of no craziness. It's awesome," she said.

Oldman will play Norton, the scientist who creates Robocop and finds himself torn between the ideals of the machine trying to rediscover its humanity and the callous needs of a corporation.
The production is eyeing a September shoot in Toronto and has a tentative release date of summer 2013.

Syfy has canceled "Sanctuary" after four seasons, the network confirmed Monday, ending months of speculation and smashing fans' hopes for a fifth season.

It completed its fourth season last fall.

The first season of ABC’s Revenge wraps up tonight, likely leading to a major cliffhanger that will propel the Mike Kelley-created drama into its second year of betrayals, bait-and-switches, and vengeance plots, as Emily Thorne (Emily Van Camp) continues her campaign of destruction against the mercenary and venal Grayson clan.
Revenge itself can be looked at in several ways: a revenge fantasy for the 99 percent against the wealthy ruling class embodied by the morally corrupt Graysons, an ensemble drama set in the heightened reality of green-screen backdrops where the high cost of privilege is explored, or simply a wickedly good soap about one woman attempting to avenge her beloved father’s death and pay back those whose deeds led to her own family’s destruction.
While “Reckoning” will see Emily coming face to face with the man directly responsible for her father’s death, don’t expect all of the various subplots to be tied up neatly. Under the watchful guidance of Kelley and his writing staff, Emily’s quest for vengeance has expanded significantly enough to provide several seasons worth of plot for Revenge’s story engine. Along the way, the plot has swelled to include a number of intriguing, villainous, or plain crazy characters who have either ended up becoming part of Emily’s master plan … or collateral damage along the way.

Prince Charles once famously said he wouldn't be the first Prince of Wales in history not to have a mistress. But what about his son, the next Prince of Wales?
Before he married Kate Middleton, Prince William worried that he wouldn't be able to stay faithful to her, the author of a new book about him tells In Touch (via HollywoodLife.com)! (HWL says the name of the book is Prince William: The Man Who Will Be King, which appears to be the title for the American edition, while several British sources cite the title as Prince William: Born To Be King.) Author Penny Junor writes that during his long relationship with Kate, he "had very real worries about whether it was possible to love just one woman."
The "royal insider" also writes that the duo briefly split in 2007 because "Kate had always wanted rather more commitment than he was prepared to give" -- but this is not news to anyone who read anything about Kate before she and William got engaged. At the time of the breakup, there were numerous reports that she was pushing for an engagement but he thought he was too young to settle down and wanted to dedicate himself to his military career.
In the "explosive tell-all," the Duchess of Cambridge reportedly appears "desperate" and is the target of "various insults." The book describes her first meeting with William, when she had "unwashed hair, no makeup and grubby jeans," and says "his friends found her cold, dull and serious." Well, she does actually seem pretty dull, so maybe they had a point. But this is also recycled information: When Kate and William split, it was reported that his friends disapproved of the relationship because of her middle-class background.
