Howard Stern may have a reputation as a jerk around adults, but listeners to his this morning's satellite radio show learned that he's a really good with kids.
The Howard Stern Show contacted the 17-year-old high school student who goes by the name Killa Karisma and convinced him to call in to Wednesday morning's show to talk about his YouTube hit "Jackin' Off to Yo' FB Pics". The song features Killa Karisma making "sexy" faces at the camera and singing lines about masturbating to pictures he finds of women on Facebook, including "lotion is my best friend" and "I gotta use both hands". The teen claims it was an attempt at "satire".
First, Stern took on the role of "cool guidance counselor" and gently asked KK about his home life, family life and circle of friends. After finding out that his dad was out of the picture, that KK had never even kissed a girl in real life, and that he had very few "human friends," Stern offered these words of wisdom:
“As your stand-in dad I’m telling you to think this through a little bit…Here’s my advice: Tell your mom. Talk it over with her. And then, as your dad…I’d say take it down, just because a lot of people might not get the joke, and, like, if you actually want to kiss real girls…”
Killa was defiant, explaining to Stern:
“I think a lot of girls just talk to me and like me just for the sheer fact that I have the confidence to do something like that."
“That’s why I think you’re not thinking clearly," replied Stern. "Women get freaked out by that kind of stuff.”
Then KK revealed some of the saddest, least self-aware statement of all, saying:
"A lot of people misunderstood the video and thought I was retarded."
Killa Karisma's song has racked up more than 100,000 hits on YouTube.
The song for y'all who are unaware. I'm probably going to be fired from my job because I haven't been able to stop singing this song to myself around the office all week.
