Seal and Heidi Klum Confirm Separation

Heidi Klum and Seal: We Are Separating

Heidi Klum and Seal confirm that they are splitting after almost seven years of marriage.

In an exclusive statement to PEOPLE, the Project Runway host and the singer say:

"While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate.

"We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.

"We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

The couple are parents to Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

The supermodel, 38, and the Grammy winner, 48, began dating in 2003 after Klum had split from Italian racecar team manager Flavio Briatore.

In December 2004, Seal proposed with a yellow diamond ring of more than 10 carats in a specially-built igloo on a 14,000-ft.-high glacier in Whistler, B.C. Klum described it as "a once-in-a-lifetime event."

They opted for a warmer destination for their wedding, exchanging vows on the beach in Costa Careyes, Mexico, in May 2005.

TRACY MORGAN Rushed to Hospital at Sundance After Falling Unconscious

Tracy Morgan was rushed to a hospital moments ago at the Sundance Film Festival -- after the actor fell unconscious at an award ceremony ... TMZ has learned.

Tracy was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City, Utah -- and sources tell TMZ, he appeared extremely intoxicated during his award acceptance speech

We're told Tracy was escorted out of the building soon after his speech -- and fell unconscious outside the building

Law enforcement sources tell us, an ambulance was then dispatched to Tracy's location.

We're told Tracy was picked up and rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Calls to Tracy's rep were not immediately returned. Story developing ...

UPDATE: Amy Roberts, a spokeswoman for Park City Medical Center, tells TMZ no drugs or alcohol were found in Tracy's system upon medical evaluation.

Morgan's rep, Lewis Kay, also released a statement saying, "From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention."

BRITNEY SPEARS - conservatorship ENDS, Valentines wedding planned

My Prerogative: Britney Spears to regain control of her finances for the first time in four years as wedding gift from father

She's well and truly back on the straight and narrow, with a stable relationship and her life back on track.

And now it looks like Britney Spears is to finally regain her life and finances officially. Her father Jamie has been conservator of her affairs for almost four years after her life spiralled out of control in 2007.

But as a special gift to mark her upcoming wedding to fiance Jason Trawick, Britney's father is asking a judge to halt the conservatorship. A judge handed Jamie Spears control of the singer's fortune and almost every other aspect of her life after she had a public meltdown.

Now her father is reportedly demanding a judge rescind on the order to mark the pop star's complete turnaround. A source tells the Sunday Express: 'Jamie wants to go to court in early February so Britney will be a free woman in every sense when she marries. And he's hoping the order will be dropped in time for her nuptials, which are reportedly due to take place on Valentine's Day on the Hawaiian island of Maui.'

Heidi Klum Couldn't Take Seal's Temper Anymore

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Heidi Klum is divorcing Seal largely because she has had it with his volcanic temper ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected with the couple tell us ... Heidi's decision to divorce Seal has nothing to do with a third person. There is NO issue of infidelity.

But Seal's inability to control his anger has become too much for Heidi to take, in no small part because it's affecting their children.

TMZ broke the story that Heidi will divorce Seal, and we've learned this was not a snap decision. As one source said, "It was a long time in coming."

We're also told ... their careers also played a part in Heidi's decision. She has become a mega-entrepreneur and extremely rich, and that professional evolution has created a distance between them.

For his part, Seal has a new album coming out and he's about to launch an international tour.

We're told Heidi and Seal are still living under the same roof, but that will change very soon.

Prince Drake RISKED HIS LIFE just to entertain some mortals at Sundance feat. flawfree Aziz

When Drake kept fans and VIPs waiting for hours to start an intimate Sundance gig Saturday night, it wasn’t because of diva behavior. The rapper explained just past 1 a.m., in the basement of multilevel party playhouse the Bing Bar, that he’d risked his life to make it to the show. “I almost lost my life six times to get to this mother[bleeper],” Drake said, referring to the weekend storm that nearly paralyzed Park City. “My flight was delayed six hours. I was on the curviest roads of my life!” A few songs in, he said, “I need a massage and a grilled cheese.”

Before Drake’s arrival, DJ Case One pumped the jams until poor Aziz Ansari did stand-up for an impatient crowd. Cuba Gooding Jr., amped by the weekend success of his movie “Red Tails,” jumped onstage and yelled, “Shut the [bleep] up! We got Aziz here. Let the mother[bleeper] do his [bleep]!” Ansari responded, “I’m not that upset,” and Cuba shot back, “Oh, now the mother[bleeper]’s being funny.” Ansari seemed relieved the gig was over, quipping, “Thank God they paid me a lot of money.”

Rihanna and Chris Brown More Evidence ... They're Back Together

Rihanna and Chris Brown partied at the same club last night, fueling growing rumors they're back together.

The two singers left Greystone Manor -- a West Hollywood club -- separately, but they were both definitely there at the same time.

Several people who were at the club last night tweeted that as far as they could see Rihanna and Chris had no contact with each other.

The protective order -- requiring that they have no contact with each other after Brown beat Rihanna -- was lifted a year ago.

2Gether - MTV Signs Off On Reunion!

2Gether is ONE GIANT STEP closer to returning to the stage ... now that MTV has given the "boy" band its blessing for a highly-anticipated reunion show ... TMZ has learned.

2Gether -- the parody band behind the 2000 hit "U + Me = Us (Calculus)" -- put together a pitch to the network to resurrect the gang for a new TV movie.

We're told MTV was interested ... but it wasn't a high priority ... so the two sides worked out a deal, which allows the band to get the ball rolling ASAP.

Sources connected to the project tell us ... the 4 living members asked MTV for permission to take the project into their own hands -- and MTV obliged. Which means, the band will organize the show, film everything themselves and then package it for MTV ... which will ultimately decide if it will air on the network.
> The guys are FIRED UP -- especially because all of the proceeds will go towards the Michael Cuccione Foundation ... named after the member of the group who died from cancer back in 2001.

So far, no word on when or where the concert will take place -- but we're told they're gunning for Vegas or L.A.

The Wanted & Justin Bieber To Party It Up In London

The Wanted: "We'll Fly Justin Bieber Over To Stay When He Turns 18"

The 'Lightning' singers say they "love" Justin and would like to spend more time with the Canadian pop singer.

The Wanted have revealed plans to invite Justin Bieber to stay with them in the UK when he turns 18.

The 'Warzone' singers supported Justin on several South America dates last year, and say they are all big fans of the 'Baby' singer.

"We all love him and he likes us too," The Wanted's Jay McGuiness told Now magazine this week. "His manager Scooter Braun has given us lots of advice.

"Justin literally lives in 'Justin world' so it was great that he let us into it."

"When he turns 18 we're going to fly him over," Nathan Sykes revealed.

Jay added: "Imagine Nathan and Bieber walking around London. They'd kill it. The girls would go crazy."

The 'Glad You Came' singers reunited with Justin in November 2011 when they joined him in turning on the Christmas lights at London's Westfield shopping centres .
I can totally picture Nathan and Justin leaving some club in London completely shitfaced lol

DoJ to Megaupload users who lost files: You should have known better

Anyone who used Megaupload to store files long-term should have read the site's Terms of Service, the Department of Justice tells Digital Trends.

If you had personal files stored long-term on the now-dead Megaupload, consider them gone for good. A Department of Justice spokesperson, who asked not to be named “for security reasons,” tells us in an email that the Website “clearly warned users not to keep a sole copy of material on the site,” so there was no reason to believe these files would remain safe and accessible.

“This is still an ongoing matter, however as alleged in the indictment, the vast majority of Megaupload.com users do not have significant capabilities to store private content long-term since anything that isn’t repeatedly downloaded is automatically deleted from the system,” said the spokesperson in an email to Digital Trends. “To the extent there are users that do have copies stored on Megaupload.com, it is important to note that Mega clearly warned users not to keep a sole copy of material on the site.

“In fact,  Megaupload.com expressly informed users through its Frequently Asked Questions (‘FAQs’) and its Terms of Service that users have no proprietary interest in any of the files on Megaupload’s servers, they assume the full risk of complete loss or unavailability of their data, and that Megaupload can terminate site operations without prior notice.”

In other words: Don’t blame the US government for taking your files. User who utilized Megaupload’s cloud storage services — which, incidentally, only constituted a fraction of its visitors — should have had no reasonable belief that their files were safely stored on the website’s servers, even if the FBI hadn’t shutdown the site, seized its servers, and locked up its executives.

Like a dwindling number of other websites, Megaupload was what is known as a “cyberlocker.” It allowed users to upload large files. A link to the file was automatically generated for easy sharing. Users could then download the file via the corresponding link. Files that were not regularly downloaded were automatically deleted after a certain period of non-use, though Premium members could store files for a longer period of time, among other perks.

The difference between Megaupload and other cloud-based services, says the DoJ spokesperson, is that the site allegedly built its entire business model on distributing copyrighted content illegally.

“The indictment alleges that the Mega conspirators designed their business model on profiting from distributing content, not storing it,” said the spokesperson. “As one of the conspirators allegedly said in an email, ‘We’re not pirates, we’re just providing shipping services to pirates.’ (See paragraph kk on page 36 of the indictment.) Mega was targeted because the investigation revealed that its ownership allegedly had knowledge of the infringing content, took steps to conceal that content, and rewarded those who uploaded infringing content, among other things.”

For those of you who are interested, you can read the full 72-page indictment here: pdf.

Watch Steven Tyler Screech His Way Through The National Anthem

Butchered celebrity performances of "The Star-Spangled Banner" are as important to American history as the anthem itself, but Steven Tyler gave us something entirely different during today's AFC Championship. His may be the first rendition that screeched while being butchered.

Sure, there are the classic mispronunciations and forgotten lyrics we've all come to expect ("And the rockets' red glare as bombs bursting in air"?), but what's really special about this performance is Tyler's emergency brake of a voice.

Steven definitely deserves an A+ for effort (he was clearly giving 110%), but maybe his singing voice just shouldn't leave the station again anytime soon.

Mark Wahlberg Apologizes and Slams Reporter

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Mark Wahlberg has once again apologized for making controversial comments about September 11th in the new issue of Men's Journal, and is now calling into question the journalist who wrote the story, as well.

Wahlberg told the writer that he would have fought off the terrorists had he been on one of the hijacked planes on September 11th, 2001. The comment was taken out of context, he told a number of radio interviewers.

"I don't go out doing publicity for movies or a magazine cover talking about what's important to me," he told the Kidd Kraddick Radio Show. "I want to promote the movie and whatever questions they want to ask me I am more than comfortable talking about. But it wasn't a Q&A where it was the exact question and my exact response. It was somebody's interpretation of it and you know... that's not OK because I don't want people to be offended. I would never do that."

He was also upset about the sexual questions that were raised in the interview.

"This guy is asking me about sexual questions and I'm married and I have 4 kids, how inappropriate is that?" he commented.

Still, he understands that, as printed, his words did offend people. He completely understands the uproar, he said, and apologized once again.

"I'm not trying to duck and hide. I will certainly continue to apologize to anybody that I offended because that was never my intention," he told the Jojo, Reagan and the Mix Morning Show in Baltimore. "Anybody who was on those planes was a hero. And you want to do anything you can do to prevent something like that from happening. Being somebody who at one point was scheduled to be on one of those flights, I get asked about it a lot and that was the gist of it."

M. Ward to release A Wasteland Companion in April; full North American Tour announced

Merge will release M. Ward‘s sixth solo album, A Wasteland Companion, on April 10.

In the three years since Portland, OR-based troubadour M. Ward released his last solo album – the universally lauded Hold Time – he’s toured the globe, released two albums as one half of Grammy-nominated duo She & Him as well as one with the talented group of friends collectively know as Monsters Of Folk.

Inspired by his increasingly itinerant lifestyle Ward set forth to create something of a musical travelogue. He explains, “Between now and when I made Hold Time there has been a lot of traveling which requires a lot of reckoning with what to leave behind and what to carry – material and otherwise – and thinking about what I want versus what I need, creatively and otherwise. I wanted to get a reflection of that on the album. It was a process of stripping away my security blanket, which is the same four walls I always record in.”

Aretha Franklin calls off her engagement :(

Aretha Franklin won't be getting fitted for a wedding gown after all: She's called off her engagement. A statement released Monday by her representative said Franklin's wedding to Willie Wilkerson wasn't going to happen.

"Will and I have decided we were moving a little too fast, and there were a number of things that had not been thought through thoroughly. There will be no wedding at this time," Franklin said. "We will not comment on it any further because of the very personal and sensitive nature of it. We appreciate all of the many well wishes from friends."

Franklin, 69, announced shortly after New Year's Day that she was getting married. In an interview with The Associated Press, the jovial Queen of Soul talked about getting fitted for gowns by designers including Vera Wang and Donna Karan, and said she hoped for a summer wedding in either Miami or the Hamptons on Long Island, N.Y.

Franklin said Wilkerson was the one for her and that the relationship was particularly strong because they had been friends first.

"We're very compatible, and he supports me and I support him a lot, and he has given me specialized attention that I don't think I've received from anyone else," she said.

It's unclear if the pair are still romantically involved.

ONTD’s Oscar Post, week 13

The Final Showdown

Tomorrow, on January 24th 2012, the nominations will be announced for the 84th Academy Awards. For the past few weeks, we’ve been doing our own coverage of the changes from week to week, doing averages based on the opinions of Oscar bloggers around the web, looking into the gossip, rumors and smear campaigns that happened (surprisingly few this time around – maybe that’s because the Weinstein movie has been firmly in the lead throughout the season), to come up with the names that are most likely to get the coveted nominations (last week’s post here).
And now, it’s showtime – in this post we’ll look over the “experts” predictions in 11 categories of the Oscar race, plus we’ll add our *own humble estimations* at the very end of the post.

'Breaking Bad' Star Aaron Paul: 'I Know How It Ends'

'It's going to be pretty intense,' he promises MTV News at Sundance about the 'Bad' finale.

By now, "Breaking Bad" fans are well aware that Walter White (Bryan Cranston) is the danger. He blew the face off of an ingenious criminal drug lord in a dramatic seasons-long showdown. He secretly poisoned a little boy as a means to manipulating his on-again off-again business partner into helping him kill said drug lord. Ladies and gentlemen, make no mistake: four seasons deep, Walt has finally broken bad.

With only one season remaining before "Breaking Bad" closes the meth lab for good, it's anybody's guess how the saga of the cancer-stricken chemistry teacher-turned-murderous meth manufacturer will ultimately resolve itself. But there is one person who claims to know how the AMC drug thriller ends: Aaron Paul, the anything-but-"Bad" actor who stars on the show as reluctant drug slinger Jesse Pinkman.

"I know how it ends," Paul told MTV News at the Sundance Film Festival, where he's promoting the release of his new movie "Smashed." You wouldn't think Paul would spill any further details, but he proceeded to drop a bombshell bigger than the one that took out Gus Fring.

"Jesse dies," he deadpanned.

And just like Fring, our jaws dropped to the floor at the stunning revelation. But true to Pinkman's prankster ways, Paul immediately cracked up and cleared the air.

"No, no, no! He doesn't die! Or maybe he does," he continued ominously. "I don't know! Actually, I have no idea what's going to happen. But I'm excited to see [it play out]."

No matter how "Breaking Bad" reaches its conclusion, it will all come to an end one way or the other, sooner rather than later.

"[There are only] 16 more episodes, and then we're done," Paul said. "We start shooting at the end of March. I think it's going to be a full sprint to the finish, and it's going to be pretty intense."

Gabriel Aubry (Halle Berry's Baby's Father) Is Being Investigated For Battery And Child Endangerment

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Halle Berry's baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery  -- over an incident involving his and Halle's child ... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while she held his daughter Nahla in her arms.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Gabriel was supposed to take 3-year-old Nahla to school Wednesday but decided to keep her home instead. The nanny -- who worked for both Gabriel and Halle -- went to the school to pick Nahla up and was told the child was a no-show.

According to the report, the nanny then went to Gabriel's home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Gabriel as to why he didn't take the child to school.

According to the report, that's when Gabriel allegedly flew into a rage -- claiming, "You're the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f**king know anything." The 6-foot-4 Gabriel then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out the door, Nahla in her arms.

The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured. Law enforcement sources tell us ... police are investigating Gabriel for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery.

The report lists the investigation as a battery, but law enforcement sources tell us they are "definitely investigating child endangerment."

In addition, we're told child protective services has launched a parallel child endangerment investigation.

Halle's going to court tomorrow, we believe, to secure legal protection for Nahla.

Halle's reps have no comment. So far, no word back from Gabriel's people.

White House petition targets MPAA chief Dodd over statements to Fox News

Chris Dodd — retired Senator from Connecticut, current CEO of the MPAA, and unofficial Commissioner of the Fun Police — has become the most vocal Hollywood advocate for anti-piracy legislation. So it’s not surprising that Dodd had some harsh words for the government in the wake of Congress’s decision to put the hardline copyright bills PIPA and SOPA on hold. However, Dodd has now found himself at the center of a potentially far-reaching scandal, thanks to comments he made on Fox News last week. Dodd told the news network, “Candidly, those who count on quote ‘Hollywood’ for support need to understand that this industry is watching very carefully who’s going to stand up for them when their job is at stake. Don’t ask me to write a check for you when you think your job is at risk and then don’t pay any attention to me when my job is at stake.”

Fox News interpreted Dodd’s statements to be a direct message to President Barack Obama, who is currently finalizing plans for a year on the campaign trail. But Dodd seemed to be talking more generally about Hollywood’s support for liberal causes: “I would caution people don’t make the assumption that because the quote ‘Hollywood community’ has been historically supportive of Democrats, which they have, don’t make the false assumptions this year that because we did it in years past, we will do it this year.”

Over the weekend, a petition was launched on the White House website accusing Dodd of outright admission of bribery. Campaign finance are incredibly confusing — especially now that corporations are people — but the most essential rule is that donations to politicians cannot be based on a direct transaction, or a quid pro quo, which is Latin for… something.

In other pilot news, NBC has also given the go-ahead for Chicago Fire, a firefighter drama from Law & Order boss Dick Wolf.

Johnny Otis , Anti-Racist R&B Pioneer

In a 1969 interview, Jimi Hendrix voiced a frustrated defense of his artistic ambitions and position as an African-American star in an increasingly white world of rock music. "What I don't like is this business of trying to classify people," he said. "Leave us alone… It's like shooting at a flying saucer as it tries to land without giving the occupants a chance to identify themselves."

It's a funny and beautifully perfect analogy, one that acknowledges the extraterrestrial implications of great art while highlighting the violence of categorization, the destructive confinement that comes from talking rigidly about "white music" versus "black music," which is really just another way of talking about "white people" versus "black people." It's fun to imagine Hendrix, aboard his own flying saucer, gazing down upon American culture's mess of racial anxiety and waving his hands dismissively: All this is bullshit.

The Hunger Games Trailer Increases Book Sales By Huge Numbers

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Lionsgate’s movie adaptation of “The Hunger Games” does not arrive in theaters until March 23 — still too far away for analysts to predict ticket revenue. But if spiking sales of the books are any indication, Lionsgate’s marketing efforts are whipping up a five-alarm box-office fire.

About 9.6 million books in Suzanne Collins’s “Hunger Games” trilogy were in circulation in the United States when Lionsgate started production on its adaptation of the first novel in the summer, according to figures from Scholastic, which published the works.

Tim Palen, the studio’s chief marketing officer, started adding kindling soon after, slowly doling out images of the characters — including Jennifer Lawrence as the young heroine, Katniss Everdeen — and sneak-peek film footage to MTV.

By early November, after a heavy online marketing push, 16 million books from the trilogy were in print in the United States. The first full-length trailer made its debut on Nov. 18 (with “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1”), igniting Facebook and the blogosphere. There are now 23.5 million books in print in the domestic market.

And that is before Scholastic releases the well-reviewed trilogy in special movie tie-in editions, books that are expected to go on sale Feb. 7. Tracy van Straaten, a spokeswoman for Scholastic, said Lionsgate’s marketing was only partly responsible, attributing the steep rise to “holiday gift-giving, word of mouth and advance buzz for the film.”

Mr. Palen said in a statement: “I’m thrilled book sales continue to rise as our campaign rolls out. Knowing that the materials and publicity surrounding the movie have inspired people to read the books is very encouraging.”

“The Hunger Games” takes place in a postapocalyptic world where the government televises an annual fight to the death between a teenage boy and girl. Advance tickets go on sale Feb. 22.

Seal said, "What one has to do in this situation is to remain civil, to retain one's dignity, to be professional, and to understand that we are not the only people on this planet that are going through this."

Seal's conversation with Tavis Smiley on PBS airs this Friday, January 27 on PBS.

Red Tails Rakes In $19.1 Million Over The Weekend, Fox Exec Says ‘George Lucas Was Right’

Last week, George Lucas announced he was retiring from blockbuster films but he may want to rethink his decision seeing as though ‘Red Tails’ pulled in a hefty $19.1 million at the box office its opening weekend, The action movie based on the Tuskegee Airmen of World War II, snagged the #2 spot behind ‘Underworld 4′, after George Lucas was very vocal about the various struggles of getting support and financing in Hollywood for the film. According to Lucas, even though he’s had success with films like Star Wars and Indiana Jones, he had a hard time convincing Hollywood that their was a market for the film that features a majority black cast. After repeatedly being snubbed despite his track record, he finally decided to invest $60 million of his own money to get the film made and released.

The prequel and the sequel are already in the works, and Lucas had already said the only way that those will get off the ground would be if ‘Red Tails’ could have a $20 million opening weekend. The movie was just shy of what he hoped for, but better than the flop that most people expected, so he is now hoping to snag Spike Lee as the director of the prequel and possibly Lee Daniels for the sequel.

Paul McCartney to play Grammys, maybe Olympics

Sir Paul McCartney is in meetings today, he says, about possibly playing the Olympics this summer in London.

"There is something they want me to do," he said, according to The Telegraph.

McCartney, who was speaking Thursday at a promotional event in London for his new album, Kisses On The Bottom, (due next month), said he was a "big fan of the queen."

He explained: "I think she's great and I think she does a great job and people say 'ugh, the monarchy and all that' but what are you going to get in return? You'll get like, David Cameron? I mean much as we may love him I'm not sure I want him to represent the whole of Britain. Anyway, so if I get asked, I could easily do it."

Look for McCartney to take the Grammy stage, along with Rihanna, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Feb. 12.

Taylor Swift Joins LL Cool J for 2012 Grammys Promo

As the 2012 Grammy Awards quickly approach, we’re learning more every week about who’s nominated, who’s hosting, who’s performing and what we can expect from music’s biggest night this year. This weekend, Taylor Swift was busy shooting on-air promos with this year’s host LL Cool J. Pictured here in their black attire standing beside the iconic gramophone, Swift and Cool J seem to have been enjoying the process.

Swift is up for three Grammys this year, including Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song for ‘Mean,’ as well as Best Country Album for ‘Speak Now.’ These are in addition to the four Grammys she already has sitting on her career shelf.

And while the Grammys in recent years have eschewed the traditional awards show host for a variety of stars all presenting awards to their contemporaries, this year they have broken that seven-year pattern and invited Cool J to act as the official Master of Ceremonies. This comes after the rapper hosted the Grammy nominations concert four years in a row.

This year’s star-studded awards ceremony will take place at Los Angeles’ Staples Center and will air live Sunday, Feb. 12 on CBS from 8-11:30 PM ET.

Danny Pudi's a baby daddy, y'all! (this is an excuse for a "Community" gif post, lbr)

"Community"star Danny Pudi and his wife, Bridget, welcomed twins James Timothy and Fiona Leigh on Jan. 12.

"The 1/4 Indian, 1/4 Polish, 1/2 Irish twins are keeping us busy and we're loving every minute of it," Pudi said through his publicist. Pudi's Abed Nadir famously delivered a baby in the subliminal storyline in "The Psychology of Letting Go" episode in 2010.

That doesn't mean the Chicago native was confident about becoming a father of twins.During a December interview, Pudi said that his co-star in the NBC sitcom, Ken Jeong, was a good role model because he and his wife also have twins. "When I watch him I'm like, 'OK, I should be able to handle this,'" Pudi said. "But I don't know, we'll see. I mean he and his wife are doctors; we're not. So we're going to be in for definitely some surprises.

"But I'm looking forward to it. It should be fun."

We’ll see how fun it is to be up all night with the kids.
Gratulacj& i dobre szczescie to the parents!

My gif folder thanks you in advance.

A Second Super Bowl Commercial For Adriana Lima This Year!

LOS ANGELES, CA, Jan 23, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Teleflora, the world's leading flower delivery service, has teamed up with supermodel Adriana Lima for an ad set to launch during Super Bowl XLVI, which will air on NBC Sunday, February 5, 2012. Teleflora's 30-second spot will debut during the game's second quarter.

This marks the fourth year Teleflora has premiered an ad during the Super Bowl, which encourages viewers to send hand-arranged, hand delivered floral bouquets to their loved ones as a gift for Valentine's Day. This year's ad is both romantic and alluring; with the gorgeous Lima taking center stage as she prepares for a special Valentine's Day date. The spot also features Teleflora's XOXO Bouquet from the company's 2012 Valentine's Day collection.

"The Super Bowl is the perfect opportunity to introduce more consumers to Teleflora and the beautiful gift of flowers. And we are thrilled to have Adriana Lima, who is known for her exquisite beauty on-and-off the runway, help us drive home that message," said Laurie McCartney, Chief Marketing Officer, Teleflora.

McCartney added that the timing of game day dovetails perfectly with Valentine's Day, which is one of Teleflora's biggest holidays. "We know Valentine's Day can be a stressful time, and Teleflora's hand-arranged, hand-delivered bouquets are the perfect solution to make Valentine's Day a success."

Lima, a Brazilian beauty who is known for her work on the catwalk, was the ideal choice to represent Teleflora, thanks in part to her own love of flowers -- especially roses, which are the centerpiece of the XOXO Bouquet featuring red roses.

"The thing I love the most about this ad is that everything happens in a very intimate moment, in a romantic place," Lima revealed. "Men will learn about the emotions women feel and how important a gift of flowers is to us on Valentine's Day. I know you guys will like it."

The company's in-house ad agency, Fire Station, was behind the concept and creation of the stylish commercial. The spot was produced by B-Reel Films and directed by Anders Hallberg, who has directed many commercials, music videos and projects on the web, including the acclaimed Perrier campaign starring Dita Von Teese. The commercial will continue to air through Sunday, February 12, 2012.

Also, starting at 8 p.m. PST on Monday, January 23, visit www.teleflora.com to see behind-the-scenes interviews and clips of Adriana from her filming of Teleflora's Valentine's Day commercial.

Cynthia Nixon: I Chose To Be Gay

Gay fans might have applauded Cynthia Nixon's decision to come out in 2004, but her remarks in a controversial new interview might now leave them feeling a little incensed.

Asked about skeptics who question the legitimacy of her relationship with longtime partner Christine Marinoni, the "Sex and the City" star, who is currently promoting her new Broadway show "Wit," told The New York Times:
I gave a speech recently, an empowerment speech to a gay audience, and it included the line ‘I’ve been straight and I’ve been gay, and gay is better.’ And they tried to get me to change it, because they said it implies that homosexuality can be a choice. And for me, it is a choice. I understand that for many people it’s not, but for me it’s a choice, and you don’t get to define my gayness for me. A certain section of our community is very concerned that it not be seen as a choice, because if it’s a choice, then we could opt out. I say it doesn’t matter if we flew here or we swam here, it matters that we are here and we are one group and let us stop trying to make a litmus test for who is considered gay and who is not.
Nixon then went on to note:

Why can’t it be a choice? Why is that any less legitimate? It seems we’re just ceding this point to bigots who are demanding it, and I don’t think that they should define the terms of the debate. I also feel like people think I was walking around in a cloud and didn’t realize I was gay, which I find really offensive. I find it offensive to me, but I also find it offensive to all the men I’ve been out with.

Prior to her relationship with Marinoni, an education activist, Nixon was involved with English professor Danny Mozes, with whom she has two children.

America Blog writer John Aravosis was among those to criticize Nixon's choice of words. "It's not a 'choice,' unless you consider my opting to date a guy with brown hair versus a guy with blonde hair a 'choice,'" he writes. "It's only a choice among flavors I already like... every religious right hatemonger is now going to quote this woman every single time they want to deny us our civil rights."
