"I'm finally at an age—I'm 36 years old—where I finally don't care about anything like that anymore, which is a wonderful thing. And then this happened, and I started to realize how not sexy I am," he began.
"I swear to God. I'll have a lot of moments where I'll be walking out, and I'll open up the door and go, 'I could've done that a lot sexier. That was not very sexy.'"
"There was such a backlash to when they announced it, and Ryan Gosling—who I love, and I just did a movie with him, he's the greatest—but we were both in Paris this last week and a friend of mine showed me, there was photographs from paparazzi...and when I say 'friend,' I mean me, alone in my room looking at the computer.
"And it was of him walking around, and he literally looks like he's in a photo shoot, like he just came off the runway. With, like, the peacoat, is like this," he said, mimicking an upturned collar, "with the scarf, and there's ones of me, and I literally look like the neighbor that never comes out of his house and when he does it makes you go, like, maybe he should just stay in.
"So it's interesting."
"I personally want to do it," he said. "I hope we're gonna start shooting in September. Todd Phillips is working on the script…I think it'll take place in Los Angeles and maybe not adhere to the structure. It might be different."

TV star Tyra Banks has confessed to fans she's nothing like her America's Next Top Model "character", confessing she invented an alter-ego to score better ratings.
The beauty launched the reality TV competition show in 2003 and has since developed a reputation as a confident and sassy pioneer in the modelling industry, but Banks insists it's all an act for the cameras - because she's shy and insecure in real life.
Speaking during CNN's U.S. TV special Dinner with the Kings, which aired on Sunday (04Dec11), she said, "When I did my show, created my show or whatever, I also created a persona on Top Model. And it's a character. So when I'm sitting there and I have all this make-up on, and I'm like, 'Your picture's not fierce...' talking all that and reprimanding the girls, that is a character.
"I don't do that, like, in real life; I'm passive aggressive. I'm anti-confrontational; I'm even in coaching to learn how to be confrontational.
"So it's a character, but people think it's real. I'm so not sexy. I know how to turn it on for a picture but I'm not sexy in real life."

A big congrats to our friends at Universal Studios Hollywood who officially announced earlier today that in partnership with Warner Bros. Entertainment, they’re bringing The Wizarding World of Harry Potter to Hollywood! The new fully immersive environment will bring the stories of Harry Potter to life at USH & feature the majestic Hogwarts castle as its centerpiece.
BUT WAIT, there’s even more great news! We’re excited to announce that we’ll be significantly expanding The Wizarding World of Harry Potter here in Orlando... more details to come later.
"I am delighted that The Wizarding World of Harry Potter has been so popular with fans since the opening in Orlando last year and I am sure that the teams at Universal and Warner Bros. will bring their expertise and attention to detail to Hollywood to make this new experience equally as exciting," said J.K. Rowling.
Patty Jenkins previously directed Monster starring Charlize Theron, who won an Academy Award for her performance in the film. Jenkins, who received an Emmy nomination for directing the pilot of AMC's acclaimed series "The Killing," has also directed episodes of "Entourage" and "Arrested Development." Most recently, she directed "Pearl," one of the five short films that comprise Lifetime's original movie "Five."
The original article cites "creative differences" as the reason for Jenkins' departure, suggesting that the split is amicable and that she might return for a superhero non-sequel in the near future.
With a release date planned for November 15th, 2013, a new director is expected to be announced soon.
"Man, I would be so mad if I went to see my favorite pop singer, and they didn’t play all the big hits. When I went to see Britney, I just remember thinking in that moment, 'If I feel this way, I bet the audience feels this way.'"
