Kim Zolciak: fake bitch, can't haggle

An ONTD exclusive? Hell yes, it is.

As you've all already read, Kim Zolciak made a seemingly out-of-character good decision this weekend: when she got married, she bought a used wedding dress. Hey, in this economy, none of us can be mad at that, right? All the gossip sites, including this one, are reporting that she has a $58,000 dress, but I noticed that none actually say what she paid. Needless to say,  I got to sleuthin' (it's Friday, I have no life, do not judge me even for a moment).

What size dress did Kim buy?
Who was the previous bride who spent such a stupid about of money on a freaking dress you wear one damned time?
And what kind of deal did Kim get?

Bey performs "Countdown" on Jimmy Fallon

A baby bump-less Beyonce got the party started on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon with a rocking performance of her latest single, Countdown. Dressed in a form hugging black dress, the singer blazed through the hit (with a little help from The Roots) looking as hot as ever. And besides looking fantastic, she sounded fantastic as well. Before conspiracy theorist jump all over this performance and question Bey’s pregnancy–again, it should be noted that this was shot in July–the same time King B filmed her performance of Best Thing I Never Had on the late night talk show. Kudos to the show’s editing team for cutting away to a smiling Bee when Jimmy thanked his guests as if she were actually there though. Countdown is pulled from Beyonce’s critically acclaimed album, 4. Fans wanting to see more Beyonce performances can grab her new DVD, Live At Roseland, when it’s released on November 21 exclusively at Walmart locations.

Hi !!! This is a Tent City 2011 post !!!! <333333

Fans from all over the world are camped out in front of the Nokia Theater in downtown LA in anticipation of Monday's red carpet premiere of "Breaking Dawn Pt. 1," the fourth installment of the Twilight saga. SOOOOOO HEART WARMING TBQH

Dedicated (some would say obsessive) fans have pitched tents and rolled out sleeping bags at L.A. Live, turning the sports and entertainment center into a Twilight tent city as they wait for the premiere of the fourth installment of the Twilight film franchise.

Nearly a thousand tents have popped up outside of L.A. Live’s Nokia Theater, where about 2,000 fans will wait anxiously for the chance to see their favorite stars at The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1 red carpet premiere – on Monday.

It will be more than a 100 hour wait.

"It's totally worth it," said David Rodriquez, who is camped out just south of the LA Live Plaza. "I'm a really big fan. The movies and the books are just so epic."

So is the commitment of the fans.

Event organizers expect hundreds of more fans and tents to pop up over the weekend.

"We came here from the U.K.", said a fan who gave only her first name, Sarah. She travelled from London with her friend Claire to watch the premiere and explore Los Angeles. "Although, I won't get to see Venice or Hollywood because we have to camp out to get the best seats. It's still worth it, I may get to meet Robert Pattinson."

Pattinson along with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner star in the fourth film adapted from the bestselling novels. It sees Bella (Stewart) marry Edward (Pattinson) and become pregnant, while vampire and werewolf tribes continue to battle.

"I'm really excited to see how the wedding turns out because it's suppose to be the most perfect wedding ever," said Rodriguez.

Chances are the wedding only cost a fraction of what the first three films have made, more than $1.8 billion worldwide and counting.

Melissa McCarthy Lost Waitressing Job After Yelling at Drunk Patron

Melissa McCarthy has confessed that she was once fired from a waitressing job for yelling at a customer.

The Bridesmaids actress revealed that she lost a waitressing job she had taken on to make ends meet after chasing down a drunk patron who had failed to settle his tab.

"Some guy that was incredibly bombed left like a $1,800 bill," McCarthy recalled to Access Hollywood. "Security was supposed to catch him, but they didn't. I went and found him two bars down, still drunk. He was too drunk to get far so I got him back, got him to pay the bill... and then they fired me for yelling at a customer."

McCarthy recently insisted that she has learned to develop a thick skin and no longer cares if anyone criticizes her appearance.

The Emmy winner previously said that her daughter was not interested in her award and instead only cared for the tiara she was given as a result.

Ugh. I was a waitress for a grand total of a week before I quit, I hated it so much.

Rihanna Tones Down Her Image: ‘I Don’t Want to Become a Gimmick’

Rihanna has played with her image throughout the years. But the fierce fashionista is trading in her bold style for a simpler look as she launches her new album Talk That Talk.

“I kinda just wanted to scale right back instead of having a look,” RiRi told Ryan Seacrest. “I didn’t want to make it such a big deal about what hair color or what cut. I just wanted to go right back to something simple and something flexible, something a little more natural. It’s more about the music. I don’t want to become a gimmick—ever.”

The Barbados beauty, who swapped her red hair for a more natural look, joked about her style evolution. “Well, I ran out of [hair] colors, so that’s why I decided to go back to my natural color.”

She continued, “I’m just really having fun with the music and the style is a lot more accessible. It’s more lifestyle, it’s not so much a look or a costume, which I really enjoy.”

While she may have wanted a naughty gift for the holidays last year, this year the hard-working gal is just looking for some rest. “Sleep with a big bow on it! That would be great,” she said. “I’m praying that my BlackBerry shuts down.”

Rihanna will appear on “The X Factor” and “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in the days leading up to her November 21st album release.

Jay-Z to Profit From Occupy Wall Street -- But Won't Share the Wealth

Does this count as an example of the rampant capitalism that the Occupy movement has been railing against?

The Jay-Z co-founded Rocawear clothing company began selling a T-shirt Friday inspired by the populist movement, with the "Occupy Wall Street" slogan modified to read "Occupy All Streets."

The handsomely designed shirts -- which the "99 Problems" rapper was recently spotted modeling while in the company of entrepreneur/activist/Occupy supporter Russell Simmons -- run a cool $22 each.

Or perhaps not so cool, if you were expecting Rocawear to share the profits with the movement that inspired the tees.

(Though Jay-Z sold the rights to Rocawear in 2007, he retains a stake in the company and continues to be involved with it.)

A company spokesperson tells Business Insider that there are no plans to donate any of the shirts' proceeds to Occupy Wall Street.

According to the spokesperson, the shirts will "support" the movement by raising awareness of it.

"The 'Occupy All Streets' T shirt was created in support of the 'Occupy Wall Street' movement," the spokesperson said. "Rocawear strongly encourages all forms of constructive expression, whether it be artistic, political or social. 'Occupy All Streets' is our way of reminding people that there is change to be made everywhere, not just on Wall Street. At this time we have not made an official commitment to monetarily support the movement."

Apparently, money really ain't a thang for Jay-Z -- at least when it comes to flowing it to the people who've inspired your product.

Hit-Boy: Rih 'Killed It' On Talk That Talk's 'Watch N' Learn'

Rihanna has given fans a taste of her November 21 release Talk That Talk in the form of two singles: the Calvin Harris party starter "We Found Love" and the Dr. Luke club banger "You Da One."

The album features nine other booty-shaking, NSFW tunes about getting frisky, with production credits from a number of noted hitmakers like Stargate, Bangladesh and The-Dream. Another producer, Hit-Boy, made the final cut with his sexy, instructional "Watch n' Learn."

Get More: Music News

"She definitely murdered it vocally," he told MTV News. "I was just at the studio last week listening to a mix of it, and man, she killed it. I really feel like, this song, it's going to be big. I'm really excited about it."

The track wasn't originally slated for any artist in particular when Hit-Boy (who has produced for Lil Wayne, the Throne, Eminem and Jennifer Lopez, to name a few) started working on it.

"I kind of went into the situation blind, but I had this track I actually started at home, and the one day I was at the studio with this amazing [songwriter] Priscilla Renea, and I was going to tell her to go home, but I was like, 'Stay here and see if you could come up with an idea for this,' " he recalled of the track's origin. "And by the time I got back to the house she sent me the idea through iChat, and I was like, 'Man, this is crazy.' So we got it to [Rihanna], and they went crazy, and she cut it, and that's what it is!"

The song, like many on the album, focuses on two people getting frisky. So why is Rihanna feeling so hot and bothered this time around?

"I mean it's called Talk That Talk, and she's definitely talking that talk — especially, I know, from my record," he said. "It's called 'Watch n' Learn,' and people will understand what it's about once it comes out. It's a very sexy record, but it's fun. It's [got] great melodies; it's catchy; the beat knocks. It's so many different elements to it."

'American Horror Story' Goes Too Far

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

American Horror Story is, despite all of its silliness and overly manufactured mood, an undeniably entertaining show. It's campy and creepy and doesn't seem to take itself too seriously, as it shouldn't. It's not the kind of horror thing that demands we imagine ourselves in the situation in order to be scared, which would require the show to exist at least somewhat within the bounds of the real. No, this show eschews all attempts at relatability and just throws the grimy, gore-ridden kitchen sink into the middle of the room and we yelp and laugh in equal measure. It's fun! Sure it's dark and gross and everything, but all the depravity is such an operatic brand of grand guignolia that all the demon babies and bloody shows come across as nothing more than elaborate stage effects, akin to rattling a sheet of metal to make thunder. It's all so silly it's consequence free.

Clint Eastwood supports gay marriage….sort of

LOS ANGELES ( – He won’t be riding the main float during Pride, but Clint Eastwood doesn’t care if same-sex couples get married.

In the October issue of GQ Magazine, the steely gazed slab of machismo says he doesn’t think gay marriage should be such a controversial issue.

“These people who are making a big deal about gay marriage?” Eastwood tells the magazine. “I don’t give a fuck about who wants to get married to anybody else! Why not?! We’re making a big deal out of things we shouldn’t be making a deal out of … Just give everybody the chance to have the life they want.”

The Oscar-winning director is promoting “J. Edgar,” his biopic about J. Edgar Hoover, the controversial longtime FBI chief, who many suspected to be closeted.

Leonardo DiCaprio, who stars as the bureau chief, also thinks that the gay marriage debate has been overblown.

“That’s the most infuriating thing — watching people focus on these things,” DiCaprio told GQ. “Meanwhile, there’s the onset of global warming and these incredibly scary and menacing things with the future of our economy.”

Though DiCaprio is a prominent supporter of liberal causes and candidates, Eastwood is known as one of Hollywood’s few Republicans. However, he maintains that his attitude is in keeping with his political beliefs.

“I was an Eisenhower Republican when I started out at 21, because he promised to get us out of the Korean War,” Eastwood tells the magazine. “And over the years, I realized there was a Republican philosophy that I liked. And then they lost it. And libertarians had more of it. Because what I really believe is, let’s spend a little more time leaving everybody alone.”

“J. Edgar” hits theaters on November 9. It’s written by Dustin Lance Black (“Milk”), an openly gay screenwriter who has been active in the marriage equality movement.

Enlightened: The Best New Show No One But You, If You Are Bothering to Read This Post, Is Watching

The end of last week’s mail brought a new batch of screeners for HBO’s Enlightened, the Laura Dern–Mike White half-hour about a California woman trying to get her life back together after a nervous breakdown and spiritual awakening. I was so impressed by what I saw—specifically, last night’s episode, “Not Good Enough Mothers,” directed by Nicole Holofcener—that I tweeted that I wanted to write a long post on it, except that judging from the miniscule ratings, no one would read it. I then promptly got a flood of reply tweets from closet Enlightened fans out there, including Men of a Certain Age producer Mike Royce, who knows a thing or two from underappreciated character-study TV series.

Contrarian Corner: Why 'Enlightened' is the best show nobody's watching

There’s a general feeling among cable TV fans that television needs to be dark in order to be taken seriously. And I get that. Most of my all-time favorite shows are about meth dealers and undertakers and stylishly dressed alcoholics. So there’s something pretty brave about a show that’s not cynical or sarcastic or defeatist, one that’s not set on a street corner in Baltimore or inside Al Qaeda’s torture barracks, and still manages to be absolutely heartbreaking. HBO’s Enlightened is the most genuinely moving TV show that’s debuted this fall. And none of the characters get cancer.

Craig Ferguson's Interview with Playboy Magazine

On Christmas morning 1991, Craig Ferguson was ready and determined to end his life. After an all-night bender, he woke up in the storeroom above a London pub, covered in vomit and piss, and decided he couldn’t take it anymore. “I was a drunk, a loser and a disaster of a human being,” he writes in his 2009 memoir, American on Purpose. So the then 29-year-old Ferguson came up with a plan: He would walk down to the Tower Bridge and take a swan dive into the Thames River. On his way out he ran into a drinking buddy, who offered him half a pint of sherry for the road. Ferguson ended up getting so drunk he completely forgot to kill himself.

Justin Bieber Auctions his Johnson for charity

No, not that Johnson, you pervs! His pet snake Justin lovingly dubbed "Johnson".

Want to be the proud owner of Justin Bieber’s snake?

Never say never.

The 17-year-old heartthrob is auctioning off Johnson, the baby boa constrictor he brought with him to the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, to raise money for charity.

According to online auction site Charity Buzz, bidding on Bieber’s slithery pet is already up to $2,000 — more than twice the snake’s estimated value.

Johnson will go to the highest bidder once the auction closes Nov. 29. All proceeds will be donated to Bieber’s favorite non-profit, Pencils of Promise.

But while owning Justin’s pet boa might seem like a dream come true for some, a disclaimer on the site warns bidders that keeping a snake is a huge responsibility.

“Before making any decision about keeping one please ensure you have the money, space, knowledge, time, resources and enthusiasm required to properly care for the species you intend to keep, for the duration of its life,” it says.

And Bieber isn’t just going to give Johnson away to anyone.

Whoever wins the snake must also be screened upon the close of the auction, sign a personal injury and limited liability release, and guarantee that necessary vet care will be provided.

“The welfare of this snake is the sole responsibility of the adopter,” the site reads.

The auction is the latest philanthropic endeavor for Bieber, who received an award for his charity work at the 2011MTV Europe Music Awards.

Earlier this month, he announced the launch of his “Believe” charity drive, which will donate part of the proceeds from sales of the singer’s Christmas album, “Mistletoe,” to organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and City of Hope

Kfat's Drunken Naked Pool Romp

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Kevin Federline, is at the center of complaints he went on a drunk and naked romp poolside at South Yarra hotspot The Olsen. A resident at the upmarket hotel claimed the failed rapper went to the pool and stripped off after enjoying a meal at a hotel restaurant last Monday.

"It was Kevin Federline - 100 per cent," said the resident, a married mother with a young girl. "Drunk doesn't even cover it. He was a mess."

After dinner, the resident claimed Federline and another unidentified man got naked. "They were nude. It was disgusting. I could see everything, absolutely everything," she said. "I was seriously offended and went to complain to management."

She also said a woman stripped down to her bra and knickers and jumped into the hotel pool.

The resident said Federline invited her to his room at the hotel for a party. She declined.

The resident said she was allowed to review closed circuit television footage to back her claims when she complained to management.

The woman said an on-duty manager spoke to Federline and his guests after she complained.

Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner: 'We'd let Miles Kane join the band if he asked'

Arctic Monkeys have admitted that they'd let Miles Kane join the band full-time if he asked.

The singer/guitarist - one half of Alex Turner's side-project The Last Shadow Puppets - has regularly guested live with the Sheffield band over the past few years, usually playing guitar on their set-closer '505'.

Speaking to NME, Turner admitted that Kane has never broached the subject of becoming the fifth full-time Monkey - but the band themselves have talked about the possibility "a few times".

Turner declared: "Yeah, we would [let him join] in a second. We've thought about asking him a few times..."

Guitarist Jamie Cook added: "If he did ask … we probably would let him."

Kane appeared on the B-side to Arctic Monkeys' summer single 'The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala' - he was credited as Miles Kane And The Death Ramps on 'Little Illusion Machine (Wirral Riddler)'. He has also been guesting with the band on their current UK tour.

Lady Gaga Fires Choreographer Laurieann Gibson For Comparing her to Madonna??

Looks like Christmas came early for some monsters. Lady Gaga has reportedly fired her “Born This Way” era choreographer, Laurieann Gibson. Apparently the two had a “bitter fight”. This was coming, given Gibson’s recent shade towards Gaga.

And its been a steady buildup – with Laurieann telling the LA Times she is responsible for developing Gaga’s images. She said, “Listen, [Madonna] should be bitter because I [made Lady Gaga in her image] on purpose and you can quote me. I did it on purpose because for all those kids who believe that you can’t, I wanted to let them feel that you can.”

Jay-Z's Rocawear Line Pulls 'Occupy All Streets' T-Shirts

The Occupy Wall Street protests down in Zuccotti Park have had their share of celebrity visitors and entrepreneurs wanting to make a buck off the movement, so it wasn't long until someone filled both roles. And who else but mogul-of-everything Jay-Z, whose clothing line Rocawear announced last week it would start selling $22-a-pop 'Occupy All Streets' t-shirts as "a way of reminding people that there is change to be made everywhere, not just on Wall Street," per a statement issued to Gawker that mentioned none of the profits would go to the occupiers. "What better way to show your support for the Occupy Wall Street Movement than with a dope tee?" read a post on the Roc4Life blog. Following a barrage of criticism, however, the blog post has been pulled down and, as of this afternoon, any mention of the t-shirts had been scrubbed from the Rocawear website.

Frank Miller protests Occupy Wall Street protestors

In the past two months, dozens of celebrities have voiced their support for the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement. Sin City director Frank Miller is definitely not one of them. This past Monday, Miller went to his blog to post his thoughts about OWS, and it seems a feud is about to get as ugly as Basin City itself. Addressing the protestors as "losers" and demanding they "go back to your mommas’ basements and play with your Lords of Warcraft," Miller wrote to OWS participants:

The ‘Occupy’ movement, whether displaying itself on Wall Street or in the streets of Oakland (which has, with unspeakable cowardice, embraced it) is anything but an exercise of our blessed First Amendment. ‘Occupy’ is nothing but a pack of louts, thieves, and rapists, an unruly mob, fed by Woodstock-era nostalgia and putrid false righteousness. These clowns can do nothing but harm America.

‘Occupy’ is nothing short of a clumsy, poorly-expressed attempt at anarchy, to the extent that the ‘movement’ HAH! Some ‘movement’, except if the word ‘bowel’ is attached is anything more than an ugly fashion statement by a bunch of iPhone, iPad wielding spoiled brats who should stop getting in the way of working people and find jobs for themselves.

Are we about to see a battle between Miller and OWS protestors that’s as epic as those in 300?
