James Cameron has told TechRadar that he is finding the process of converting Titanic into 3D "mind numbing" and has revealed the intricate detail that goes into retro-fitting a live action movie with 3D.
Titanic 3D is to set sail 6 April 2012 to coincide with the 100 year anniversary of the infamous ship sinking.
Cameron is doing one of the most extensive 2D to 3D conversions ever on the movie, spending a year finessing the footage at a cost of $18 million.

I can't wait until next April. Between this and the Julian Fellowes ITV miniseries I'll be in Titanic geek heaven.
The magic of movie-making is that directors have the luxury of leaving the boring shit out. One minute Kate Winslet is whistling her heart out in the middle of a corpse-filled ocean; the next, she's a decade too old for a part on The Golden Girls. That's what they call editing, kids!
The thing is, that casual jump from A to B is also used as a writer's crutch to gloss over the stuff they didn't have the time to think through -- little things like "continuity," "logic" and "whether or not our protagonist just did some accidental murder."
For example ...

Bieber continued to express his excitement, "Im telling you...never say never...never stop dreaming....never give up. #DREAMBIG. @BoyzIIMen Im honored and blessed. thank u." Replying to his message, the band's member Shawn Stockman wrote, "We got love for u lil bro!! Thank YOU, and Thanx for everything u do for ur fans!! I KNOW they appreciate it."
On behalf of all the members, a short message posted on the band's official Twitter. It read, "It was a pleasure! Remember what we talked about in the studio Lil bro! Let's do it again sooner than later!!" Bieber was quick to tweet a reply, "Im not gonna forget. THANK U!!"
Details about the collaboration song remain under wrap, but Bieber's manager Scooter Braun recently dished on a few tidbit about the whole materials in the holiday album. "This Christmas album is amazing. Might be the best album yet," he wrote. "All originals ...soon 2 b classics. every1 i play it 4 is blown away. #excited." The effort is tentatively set for November release.
When the seasonal album is done, Bieber will continue writing new songs because he wants to craft his next studio installment back to back with the holiday effort. "We're doing a Christmas [album] and it's probably gonna be done by the end of this month and then we're gonna start the next album," he said. "Then I gotta go on a South American tour."

Is she or isn't she. After news broke that Brenda Song was expecting her first child with boyfriend Trace Cyrus, Miley Cyrus' brother, the Disney star's mother is now saying that Song is not pregnant.
"She's actually not pregnant ... It's very upsetting to our family because of what I'm going through and it's not how we raised her," Song's mother, Mai Song, told Star magazine (via Radar Online).
Photos of a very un-pregnant Song, 23, surfaced Tuesday, prompting many to wonder why "The Social Network" star's stomach had yet to show any indication of a growing baby bump.
Song and Cryus, 22, have been dating for quite some time but Song isn't Miley's brother's first high-profile relationship -- he has previously been linked to Demi Lovato.( Collapse )

In a bombshell National Enquirer world exclusive, the new issue of The Enquirer hitting newsstands today breaks major news on Sarah Palin and her husband Todd, according to a new book.
Publishing sources familiar with the contents of author Joe McGinniss’ highly-anticipated book “The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin” have revealed shocking secrets that will impact her decision to enter the 2012 presidential race.
In the book, which will be published on September 20th, McGinniss claims Sarah had a steamy interracial hookup with basketball stud Glen Rice less than a year before she eloped with her husband Todd.
Sarah hooked up with the NBA great, then a 6-foot-8 junior at the University of Michigan when he was playing in a college basketball tournament in Alaska in 1987, the book says. At the time, Sarah, just out of college, was working as a sports reporter for the Anchorage TV station KTUU.
A publishing source told The Enquirer that McGinniss claims Sarah had a “fetish” for black men at the time and he quotes a friend as saying Sarah had “hauled (Rice’s) ass down.”

Didn’t watch the first season of Fox’s adorable family comedy Raising Hope? Wished you had? Wanting to catch up but don’t have time before the show premieres its second season Sept. 20? You’re in luck! The first two minutes of the show’s premiere this season function as a recap of the first season, with the scene-stealing Shelly (Kate Micucci) singing a song about Hope (played by 18-month-old twins Baylie and Rylie Cregut) as she’s baby-sitting her. Fox has shared a first look at the first couple minutes of season two with EW, and you can find that video below.
The intro to the premiere episode, titled “Prodigy,” opens with Shelly talking to her crazy day care crew, which includes senior citizens, dogs, and babies. “Welcome back!” Shelly says. “Did everyone have a great summer?” Then Shelly surveys the group and lands, of course, on baby Hope — the namesake of the Fox comedy — as the subject about whom she’s going to sing.
From there, the song delves into Hope’s entire family — which includes daddy Jimmy (Lucas Neff), grandma Virginia (Martha Plimpton), grandpa Burt (Garret Dillahunt), and grandma Maw Maw (Cloris Leachman) — and how they’re all connected, what they’ve got going on, etc. The whole thing is a pretty clever device, if you consider that it does seamlessly open the new season, recap the first season, and avoids alienating new viewers. Check it out!

For nearly three years, the hit TLC show Toddlers & Tiaras has captured the drama behind the scenes in the world of child beauty pageants. The tantrums were extreme, and the pre-show prep of spray tanning and eyebrow waxing seemed perhaps premature for little kids.
But in the last few weeks, as footage of 3- and 4-year-olds dressed in overly adult costumes (like Dolly Parton, complete with padded breasts, or Julia Roberts's streetwalker from Pretty Woman hit the airwaves, viewers and pageant skeptics have been expressing horror at an industry that is now accused of "sexualizing" young girls.

TBH, I am happy that more "sonic sculpting" is being added to the album, because the songs thus far seem lovely but incomplete (so did Volta's, IMO). Also I am pumped at the "new beat" injected into one of the songs - THIS is the artist she collaborated with.
Each song is 1:50 min long. Songs in Preview (In Order):
Beat of My Drum, Lucky Day, Yo-Yo, Cinderella's Eyes, Porcelain Heart, I, Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime, Say it Out Loud, Gladiator, Fish Out of Water, Take a Bite, Sticks + Stones
My favs are Beat of My Drum, Lucky Day, Yo-Yo, Cinderella's Eyes, Porcelain Heart, Say It Out Loud, Gladiator, Take a Bite, Sticks + Stones. I can't wait for the album now.

Good idea. Renouncing that hotbed of mediocrity, Olsen trained with the Atlantic Theater Company, then went all the way to Russia to study acting, dialect, and stage combat. Now, at 22, she's a legitimate Oscar contender for her haunting performance as a young woman under the sway of a creepy cult leader in the indie thriller Martha Marcy May Marlene. The most unnerving scene has her offered up naked as a ritual shag. Olsen didn't think twice about the nudity. "The movie wouldn't have been as disturbing without it," says the actress. "Taking away someone's sexuality, making it something you don't even own anymore—that's the scariest thing."
On Monday night, Christina Hendricks wowed onlookers with her red carpet style. On Tuesday night, she downright shocked the world.
The star best known for her Autobahn curves and breathtaking bust (also, her two Emmy nominations for her outstanding work in "Mad Men") [ugh, this sequence] wore a low cut gown on Monday at the Toronto premiere of her new film, "I Don't Know How She Does It," prompting blogs to create more slideshows than a 1960s science teacher.
Then, in a move perhaps stolen from the playbook of her Joan Harris character, she showed up Tuesday night at the Self magazine's Women Doing Good Awards in an outfit so withholding that it may require an epi-pen to revive some men withdrawing from the frequent sight of her significant bosom.
In many ways, it was a brilliant move, hitting back at the expectations created for her at each red carpet she graces. With the Emmys coming up on Sunday, it will be interesting to see how much she shows; will she go back to her inviting openness, or will a parka be next for the actress?
Everyone can make a slideshow like this. But few make them like ours.

Exclusive: Many a prematurely-canceled TV show lives on in hope of resurrection on the big-screen. This is partly due to the success of “Star Trek,” originally a low-rated three-season TV show that became Paramount‘s biggest franchise after the success of “Star Wars”. Very occasionally, it happens; Joss Whedon‘s cult sci-fi TV show “Firefly,” became the Universal movie “Serenity,” although the film didn’t catch on with many beyond fans. But more often, there’s a lot of talk, but very little action—even Annyong‘s agent has given up hope of an “Arrested Development” movie ever happening.
The latest show to join the graveyard of sorely missed series is Starz‘s cult comedy “Party Down,” and the last year or so has seen the cast and key crew members slowly start to mention the possibility of a movie. We’ve been a little skeptical at the prospect of it happening in the past, but there does seem to be some real momentum behind it, something reinforced when we spoke to the show’s star Adam Scott in Toronto, in an interview focused on his new film “Friends With Kids.”( Collapse )

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011
The premiere of "Ringer" put up pretty good numbers in CW terms and gave the network its best Tuesday performance in a couple years. But it doesn't appear headed for breakout status.
"America's Got Talent" was the night's top show, and the season premiere of "Parenthood" was pretty well in line with its performance last season.
CBS' rerun lineup led the night in total viewers, averaging 8.9 million and a 5.8 rating/9 share in households. NBC (8.2 million, 5.1/8) came in second, a little ahead of ABC (7.65 million, 5.2/8). FOX (2.3 million, 1.5/2) finished a distant fourth and just held off The CW (2.2 million, 1.4/2) in total viewers.
NBC topped the adults 18-49 demographic with a 2.4 rating. ABC, 1.7, edged CBS, 1.6, for second place. The CW drew a 1.0, narrowly beating FOX's 0.9.

"Real Housewives of D.C." star Tareq Salahi believes his wife Michaele Salahi was abducted in Virginia yesterday ... but he's afraid the cops aren't taking the situation seriously ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ just spoke with Tareq ... who tells us he last saw Michaele at their home around 11 AM ET yesterday ... right before he left to go to their winery. Tareq says Michaele told him she was going to get her hair done -- but she never went to the appointment ... and she's been missing ever since.
Tareq claims he got a phone call from Michaele late last night ... from an unfamiliar Oregon cell phone number ... and she told him she was going to her mother's house, located minutes away from the Salahi home.
Tareq says he was suspicious -- so he called Michaele's mother ... who told him she hadn't spoken with Michaele and was unaware of her plans. That's when Tareq -- fearing Michaele had been abducted -- called the Warren County Sheriff's Dept. for help.
But Tareq claims deputies told him she had already called them -- informing them she was OK and just dealing with some "family issues."
Tareq tells TMZ ... he believes Michaele had been FORCED to make the phone calls by her abductor ... and believes she is in very real danger ... especially because the Salahis have received death threats in the past.
Tareq says he's considering going to other law enforcement for help because he feels the Warren County Sheriffs are not taking proper action. A rep for the WCSD tells TMZ cops are not releasing any info about the situation at this time.
Tareq has issued a statement saying, "We are reaching to the public pleaing [sic] desperately for your help."
He continues, "It is our belief as of last night, that Michaele Salahi may have been kidnapped or abducted and being held under duress and forced to tell persons, including authorities she is okay."
"We are asking the public to please be on the look out for her, and if found please contact the authorities and please approach her and contact the authorities to intervene and that she may be forced to say she is okay, when in fact she is not and being held under possible abduction.
The Salahi family can be reached at 540-635-9933."
I don't want to be cynical and I hope this isn't true, but they are both such attention whores I have issues believing it....

When the series aired in August, some viewers complained over "too much gay content" in the sci-fi drama.
Barrowman told iVillage: "When you watch Torchwood there is a warning at the very beginning that some scenes may offend or disturb people, so if you allow your children to sit and watch it with you that's your responsibility, it's not ours anymore.
"We kissed, we held each other, we lay on top of each other in bed... and there were lots of complaints about that."
The BBC had previously edited a sex scene from the show from UK broadcast, although US network Starz aired the segment uncut.
The actor further declared: "Nobody complained that I was shot in the head four times, there were burning people in ovens, that I was stabbed by a mob of 50 people hundreds of times and I was hanging dripping my blood in a pit.
"So that's what confuses me, because you're not complaining about gay sex, you're complaining about two men kissing.
"And it's 2011. And people say, 'Well why should we have that on television?' Because the BBC have to represent the greater public - and there are gay people out there who pay their television license.
"For people to complain, that's your prerogative - but you know what, none of them turned it off! They were just embarrassed because it put them in a position where they had to explain things to their kids or their family which probably should have been explained a long time ago."

Last week, Drake admitted his sweater obsession to Vulture, estimating that he owns at least a thousand knitwear pieces — if you're counting hoodies, which we do.
If that covers his sartorial interests, what else is Drake into when he's not rapping or milk shopping? What feeds his soul? One answer, at least according to his blog: Lady Di. Teasing the release of Take Care, due October 24, the sensitive Canadian posted two new tracks (plus a Waka Flaka remix) over the weekend and accompanying the second, "Free Spirit," is the following quote: "I like to be a free spirit. Some don't like that, but that's the way I am." —Princess Diana. Really! That this quote accompanies a harder, Rick Ross–featuring song about tattooing his name on his lady is perhaps incongruous, but Drake is nothing if not conflicted. Case in point: "Club Paradise," another self-conscious confessional about fame (and strippers: The track is named for a Toronto strip club), with the timely line: "No wonder why I feel awkward at this Fashion Week shit / no wonder why I keep fucking up the double cheek kiss." Sorry, Drake, if we made you feel uncomfortable about the sweaters. Just big fans of your style.

When asked if John Lennon scheduled time to work on his drawings and artwork, Yoko Ono is quick to say no.
“He was not a scheduled person,” Ono says. Rather than specifying a time to draw, the music legend would start creating whenever he felt like it, she says.
“It was great that he had this talent of doing artwork because when we were in a conference with all the lawyers, and maybe 20 lawyers together, it’s so boring,” she says. “And he would just start to do drawing. He would never sort of waste any time, he was like that.”
Drawings, sketches and poetry by Lennon will be on view in “Gimme Some Truth — The Artwork of John Lennon,” at Palmer Square in Princeton, Sept. 16-18. The show will feature sketches, free-hand drawings, caricatures and illustrations in pen, pencil and Japanese Sumi Ink and will help benefit the Mercer St. Friends Food Bank.
The exhibit takes its name from a song Lennon wrote and recorded for his 1971 album, “Imagine.” It’s a song that expresses anger, but Ono says her husband’s drawings show a playful side of him that his music often didn’t.

After stepping out during a photo shoot for Vanity Fair in the meat packing district of New York City Lady Gaga suffered a serious wardrobe malfunction revealing a pierced “Lady flower.” I guess this can put to bed those endless, “What is Gaga packing?” rumors.
The avant-garde fashion trend-setter pushed the envelope a little too far in the futuristic red ensemble you see above. She wore her patented super-high heelless shoes and glammed out shades. In addition she wore a form fitting red dress that intended to have a very high seam cut up her left thigh. Unfortunately for Gaga that seam got a little unseemly as it scooted on over and introduced her private area to the big apple.

I would also like to confirm that the rumors about Swizz “sexting” me, even in his present marriage, are absolutely true. I’ve known Kasseem since 2007. We met at Solange Knowles’ (whom I do not associate with) birthday party in Houston, TX. A gentleman from Kasseem’s entourage approached me and said that someone wanted to talk to me. After I asked who it was, he pointed at Kasseem. I knew he was “Swizz Beatz”, but I did not know anything else about him. I gave him my phone number and he called me right away and invited me to eat at Katz’ Deli on Montrose Blvd. The next morning, he invited me to accompany him at Radio One (979 The Box) for his interview. Afterwards, we went back to his hotel room but we DID NOT HAVE SEX. A couple of hours later, he had to leave so he could catch his flight. He hugged and kissed me in public as if he were a single man.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks later. He invited me out to Miami with him and I gladly accepted. I met him in Dallas and we flew to Miami together. My last minute ticket placed me in coach and his ticket placed him in first class, but he switched his first class seat with the guy sitting next to me so he could sit next to me. In Miami, we stayed at his friends beautiful home. This is where we became sexually active and this is where I found out he was married. He snuck me through the house and it was all odd to me until I found a gift with Mashonda & Kasseem’s name on it. I asked him later on why he was cheating on her and he basically said she wasn’t being the wife he needed. He also said that if she asked if he was cheating, he would not lie to her, but he wouldn’t come right out and tell her.

News anchors are supposed to read the news, not make it. But we're more than happy to make an exception for two reporters from Philadelphia's Fox 29 morning show, "Good Day."
After interviewing Kim and Kourtney Kardashian on the air, Mike Jerrick and Sheinelle Jones thought the cameras had stopped rolling. They hadn't.
As soon as they said their goodbyes to the Kardashians, who were promoting a line of clothes, the anchors began making fun of the two sisters. "Can they still hear us?" asks Jerrick. He then proceeds to mock the reality stars for their high-pitched voices and affinity for shoulder pads.
Jones half-heartedly attempts to defend the sisters, saying, "I think they're stunning." But even she can't keep a straight face as her cohort continues speaking in a nasally Kardashian-like voice, a bit like a Smurf who had inhaled helium.
Yes, yes, we know. Making fun of others is wrong. Except when it's the Kardashians. Then it's hilarious. Enjoy!
Madonna has infuriated some Italian politicians by suggesting that prime minister Silvio Berlusconi "screwed the entire country."
In an interview with the country's best selling Oggi glossy magazine, the singer is asked what she thinks of Mr Berlusconi, who facing trial this month for allegedly having sex with an underage prostitute.
"What do I think about Berlusconi? I wouldn't like to talk about it now. But didn't The Economist say it all?" she tells the magazine. Earlier this year the magazine carried an analysis of the billionaire politician's bunga-bunga crisis under the headline: "The man who screwed an entire country."
An earlier piece written in 2001 before the crisis was titled: ""Why Silvio Berlusconi is unfit to lead Italy." But the singer's comments have provoked fury with supporters of Mr Berlusconi in Italy, where Madonna's family were born. Italian parliamentary official Carlo Giovanardi told local media: "Her political thoughts are worth nothing." "Among other things she is openly for homosexual families and therefore openly against our culture and our Constitution. "Mrs. Ciccone quotes The Economist, a magazine in a country that has recently experienced strong social upheavals," he adds.
Gabriella Carlucci, a parliamentary MP from the PDL party said: "It's disappointing that she's running down Italy because it's a country that loves her
"It is obvious she has a communist press officer who told her what to say to get quoted in communist papers. It is obvious she knows nothing about Italy."
Another PDL party official Daniela Santanche called for a boycott of her new movie W.E. "Madonna has offended millions of Italians. After this I hope she'll be left to watch her movie on her own," he said.

The awkwardness starts at the very beginning -- as Gosling and 'Drive' director Nicolas Winding Refn ('Valhalla Rising,' 'Bronson') declare their love for each other -- and builds from there. They field a question from Jesus in Santa Fe, N.M. ("You'd think Jesus would already know [the answer]," Gosling observes), talk about their bro-mance and telekinetic connection, and argue over who came up with the idea to have Gosling kiss co-star Carey Mulligan. "Gaga makes incredible art. She’s exceptional. The parallel was obvious, but whether she was copying me or somebody else doesn’t make any difference. Women have been wearing men’s clothes for centuries. It’s a powerful thing when a woman wears something less feminine. It’s saying; you must look at me slightly differently, I’m not just going to be a sexual object for you."
Victoria Beckham believes her two-month-old daughter Harper is already a fashionista. Beckham claims Harper enjoyed going to Prada and felt at home when visiting the store in New York City.
‘We went in to Prada yesterday and she loved it. It was if she was saying, “Mummy I’m home!”
I have nothing against Victoria, but she sounds ridiculous. A two-month-old baby doesn’t care about fashion! My daughter was born one day after Harper and I can say from experience a baby only cares about two things right now: “Where is my milk?”and “Why aren’t you holding me?”. I would laugh so hard if Harper turns into a tom boy!
Shehas also been criticized for carrying Harper around in hooker heels while bombarded with paparazzi. She carries Harper around like Paris Hilton carries around her little dogs. She is not an accessory, but a two-month-old baby! Stop carrying your baby in hooker heals and put her in freaking carriage.

Mila Kunis is the latest celebrity whose cell phone has been hacked, and the hacker is leaking several pictures of a seductive Justin Timberlake ... TMZ has learned.
Four pictures have been leaked, including two which show Justin -- one, laying shirtless in a bed, and another in which J.T. is jokingly sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. Kunis is not featured in either of the pics.
There's another photo of Mila in a bathtub, but all you see is her head. And then there's another photo of a male which is explicit in nature, although his identity is a mystery.
There are also some texts and the hacker claims they reveal exchanges between Justin and Mila.
As we first reported, we're told Scarlett Johansson is going to the FBI today after nude photos of her that were hacked from her cell phone were published this morning.
We could not reach Kunis for comment.

LOS ANGELES -- Michael Jackson's estate has generated more than $310 million in the two years since the pop singer died deeply in debt, enabling executors to distribute a preliminary payment of $30 million to Jackson's mother and children, and to unnamed charities, according to recently filed court documents.
Executors also disclosed Tuesday that Jackson's mother, Katherine, is putting the family's fabled Encino compound up for sale and wants the executors to negotiate the purchase of a new residence for her and the children, Paris, Prince and Michael Joseph Jr., known as Blanket.
The Encino property, where Jackson grew up and where several of his siblings lived in a cottage near their parents' home was appraised at $4.15 million in 2010 but has since undergone extensive renovation. Katherine Jackson and the children moved out and have been living at a leased Calabasas home that is for sale for about $10 million. The executors said Katherine Jackson has identified a number of homes in that price range that would suit her needs and that of the children.
The executors said the trust and the California attorney general's office, which is representing charities as beneficiaries of the estate, have been pressing for distribution of funds.
The executors, John Branca and John McClain, filed a detailed accounting of finances since Jackson's death on June 25, 2009. By the end of last year, the estate had produced more than $310 million in gross revenues. "Since that date, the estate assets have continued to generate additional income," the executors said.

Good song tbh! Dedicated 2 likegunfire
"Nothing ventured, nothing gained."
Such is the thinking, as voiced by EMI Music/Capitol Records EVP/marketing and promotion Greg Thompson, behind the label's decision to release a sixth pop radio single from Katy Perry's album, "Teenage Dream."
The set's "The One That Got Away" goes for airplay next month.
Thus, should "One" follow the first five singles from "Dream" to the top, Perry would become the first artist to crack open a six-pack of Hot 100 No. 1s from one album.
The label stressed that it is not specifically releasing "One" with the hopes of rewriting Hot 100 history. Rather, the decision factors in Perry's fondness for the song, its ear-catching hook and her obvious track record of success at pop radio.
"If it goes to No. 1, that would be great," said Thompson. "If not, we still have a Katy song on the radio in fourth quarter," potentially fueling further sales for "Dream" in the busiest of shopping seasons.
Even if "One" is not a Hot 100 No. 1, Perry still offers her fans the gift of a Yuletide-timed release. If it does reach the apex, Perry herself opens the gift of unprecedented Hot 100 history.
Adding to the song's chart-topping potential: a "touch-up," i.e., a Dr. Luke-produced radio edit of the album version (which he also produced), according to Thompson, and a video. The label is currently "reading treatments" for the proposed clip. (Perry penned the song with Dr. Luke (Lukasz Gottwald) and Max Martin). [source]

Forget all that rubbish about Christina Aguilera leaving The Voice.
Despite rumors earlier this week that producers wanted the "Beautiful" songbird off the show, I have the real scoop straight from the top.
Executive producer Mark Burnett tells me nothing could be further from the truth.
"You're the first person I've spoken to about this," Burnett said at this morning's Emmys red carpet rollout with Jane Lynch (Burnett's producing Sunday's big awards show). "Christina is absolutely staying. She is not going anywhere, 100 percent. We were emailing with Christina yesterday. They're all back."
Burnett hinted at how he thinks the rumor got started.
"It's ridiculous," he said. "You know what it is? Nervous other shows. So you know what I say [to that]? 'Good try.' "
NBC has also shot down the speculation, while Aguilera's rep assured E! News when the report first surfaced that it was "absolutely false."
The new season of The Voice with Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and host Carson Daly premieres on Feb. 5 after NBC's coverage of Super Bowl XLVI.
In fact, Cee Lo told me earlier this summer he knew of no plans to change the lineup.
"It's not broke so why try to fix it?" he said. "Everybody's on board and everybody's enthusiastic about doing a second season."
And that's music to our ears.
I love the shade towards the other shows. I see what you did there, Mark. ;-)

Jeremy Kyle gets tough with America in a preview video for the upcoming US version of his daytime series.
ITV Studios announced last year that it would produce the show, which will be syndicated across the United States on stations belonging to FOX, CBS, Hearst and more, reaching 90% of the country.
Ahead of its launch on September 19, seven minutes of footage has been previewed, showing Kyle as he takes his no-nonsense approach with a variety of guests.
Among those featured are a mother who does not approve of her daughter's boyfriends, a couple who receive lie detector results, and an estranged father and daughter seeking to repair their relationship.
Kyle began presenting The Jeremy Kyle Show in the UK in 2005. The morning talkshow was named 'Best Daytime Series' at the TV Choice Awards last night.
Filmed in New York, The Jeremy Kyle Show premieres in the US on Monday, September 19.
The Girls Aloud star arrived at Camp Bastion in Helmand Province last night, where she will film a special tribute for The Mirror's Pride of Britain Awards.
The singer said she was "delighted" to be making the trip, which will be shown on TV next month.
"Cheryl's amazed by the courage of all those serving our country. When she was invited to go out to see them in Afghanistan, she immediately said 'yes'," a source told The Mirror. "She thinks it's such a great cause and they deserve all the recognition they get."
On board a 12-hour military flight yesterday, the former X Factor judge was given her own body armour and protective helmet which she wore as the plane entered Afghan airspace.
The singer said that the happiness of her little boy, who she had with ex-husband Jordan Bratman, is her priority.
'The best thing about being a mum is seeing my son Max smile every day. He is truly the love of my life and knowing that he's happy makes me happy,' she told Hello! magazine.
'A great deal of my happiness revolves around my son. The best days are when I just get to lay in bed with him, get cosy in the blankets and watch a classic Disney movie like Alice In Wonderland.'
Although she loves motherhood, the 30-year-old said it is sometimes good to indulge her wilder side on the stage.
She explained, 'When I'm at home being a mum I'm in my sweatpants. There are two different sides of me, the side of me that will sing my son to sleep at night and be a mummy in bed, cuddling with him and then there's the side of me that gets out on stage and is quite the extrovert and the artist.
'It's always important for me to express that side of myself as well.'
Amazing woman <3 Is able to find a healthy balance between being a Hollywood A-lister and being a mom, loves her child, doesn't drop him, etc...
The announcement comes as it was reported the singer and former X Factor judge has flown to Afghanistan to meet British troops in a bid to boost morale.
he Girls Aloud singer will also be choosing her favourite fashion pieces from the online retailer's collection as well as sharing style tips with the sites users.
Juliet Warkentin, shief creative officer for Stylistpick.com, said: ' We are thrilled to be working with Cheryl'.
The shoe collection will launch in December in time for Christmas.
Cheryl follows in the footsteps of another girldband fashionista, Victoria Beckham.
The 28-year-old is no stranger to the world of fashion and style having appeared on the covers of British Vogue and Elle magazines, as well as appearing as the face of L'Oreal.
Cheryl was named the best dressed female of 2011 by Cosmopolitan and will be using her fashion forward expertise to help shape the collection
A spokesperson for Stylistpick.com today said that Cheryl will be 'overseeing every step of the process, from concept to design and packaging'.
The shoe collection is part of a wider collaboration between the former X Factor judge and the fashion service website.
I think she's definitely shown some growth since Twerk and Yankin and I'm glad she clearly wasn't too hurt by the VMA snub.

Beyonce at the Tory Burch store opening in NYC on Tuesday (September 13th)
Coco made quite an entrance during Richie Rich‘s special runway show held at Lavo Nightclub. Just as the curvacious reality star got ready to strut her stuff, she had a major wardrobe malfunction — flashing the entire audience with a nip slip. Although clearly shocked, Coco quickly pulled up her top and remained a total pro.
After the show, the bodacious babe told Celebuzz that the outfit was a recipe for disaster because she didn’t know what she would be wearing until ten minutes before show time. With no time for fittings, Coco admits that the black and white minidress she finally put on was “a little too short.”
“The fabric was so slippery. I knew there was going to be a malfunction!” she said, shrugging her shoulders. “Oh well. That’s life. What are you going to do?”
She quickly changed into her second runway look: a curve-hugging SVEDKA_GRL Halloween costume, created by Richie Rich specially for SVEDKA Vodka. She struck a pose and clearly looked more comfortable wearing this ensemble.

We can say this for Gale Harold: The man loves his destruction. Fictional destruction, that is.
We recently chatted with Harold about his killer role on the CW's new drama The Secret Circle, which centers on a young coven of witches. Harold plays Charles Meade, the father of one of the coven members, who is also a witch and is manipulating his daughter Diana (Shelley Hennig) & Co to accomplish...something. Just call him the wicked witch of Chance Harbor.
So is it just going to be all killin' and mind games for Harold on Thursday nights? Here's what he told us.

After last season's huge cliffhanger finale -- hell, cliffhanger season -- we're now faced with some big changes over at 'The Vampire Diaries.' Stefan is bad, Damon is good ... oh, this is gonna be fun.
I caught up with star Ian Somerhalder to talk all about Damon's latest dilemma: Having to take care of the girl he loves but can never have.
He also teased some more Damon drama in Season 3 (premieres Thurs., Sept. 15, 8PM ET on The CW), including how "pissed off" he is that his brother Stefan has taken off with that "prick" Klaus, and why Damon's annoyed with the idea of spending another three-quarters of a century in Mystic Falls.

Earlier this week, Nicki Minaj made headlines when she sat next to a soberly-dressed Anna Wintour, wearing a rainbow, shoulder-pad-dress-concoction completely covered in neon pom-poms, at Carolina Herrera’s Spring 2012 runway show. Everyone had a good laugh, and prasied Minaj for her gusto and originality... except that, as it turns, the hip-hop singer was wearing a flagrant rip-off of another designer's work.

Much like those pesky robots sent from the future to protect John Connor on Fox’s now defunct action adventure that was TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES, Thomas Dekker is back. Yet unlike his previous role that saw the young actor spend the better part of two seasons struggling to accept the responsibility that comes with being singled out as humanity’s last hope, his newest character is only too happy to bear the burden. Which was just one of the reasons Dekker decided to return to the small screen as Adam, the de facto leader of the titular Coven on the CW’s much-anticipated companion piece to THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, THE SECRET CIRCLE. But just what else attracted him to the role following a two and a half year absence spent shooting movies? We caught up with Dekker at the recent Television Critics Association Press Tour in Los Angeles to find out just that. See for yourself after the jump.

Away from her day job on the AMC series, Hendricks' movie career is heating up. She has two films opening this weekend and a third in the can. About the only way it could get hotter is if she were cast as the lead in a superhero franchise. Which is what her 'Drive' director Nicolas Winding Refn would like to do.
He's spoken often about how much he'd like to make a Wonder Woman movie and cast the Amazonian Hendricks as the superheroine. Now, Hendricks has finally responded. In an interview with New York Magazine's Vulture blog, she said of Winding Refn's offer, "I think he is such an extraordinary and exceptional director, that if he asked me to do it, I would do it in a heartbeat."
